Denny Dumas and James Garbutt helped us sell our 2-bedroom condo in New Westminster in February 2017. It was our first time selling a property and they did a great job explaining the process and providing all the necessary information and even on things we didn’t think of. As a first-time seller we had a lot of questions and they answered all of them to our satisfaction. They were never pushy like some of the realtors we had dealt with in the past. The communication was always prompt and open – they know very well what the market is looking for and was able to leverage social media and their well-designed website and other marketing efforts to attract quite a bit of crowd for the open house. In the end, they were able to complete the sale with a price higher than our expectation. Behind them there is also a highly professional and efficient team supporting the process – they also did a great job on getting all the ducks in a row! Lastly, their photographer was amazing. I am sure the gorgeous pictures he produced was part of the reason why we had a success sale. We are extremely happy with Denny and James and would gladly hire them again when we are in the market again.
