    Always short staffed. Management needs to learn how to schedule. Drive thru is always busy so i prefer going in and ordering pick up. Also, i have seen delivery drivers waiting 20 to 30 minutes for their order. It should be first come first serve. Employees are hard working but poor management made me rate 1 star to this restaurant

    There was no monopoly stamps on all six hash browns I bought on Oct 30. When I asked the staff for the stamps, she only gave me 3x2 stamps when I supposed to get 6x2 for all six hash browns I bought. The worst part was those stamps were previously removed from other customers’ used cups/packaging. That was really disgusting and with all the covid stuff going around, I wonder how the store would permit the staff to reuse the stamps.

    I've been to faster service McD's but this one has a special place in my heart because of a crow that is always there in the morning begging for food. He will follow you everywhere sharing your breakfast till its done then will fly back to his usual place. He is very smart. See picture of him

    You can’t see any hygiene and cleanliness in this McDonald’s. No one wears gloves and hair cover. They touch everywhere with their hands and prepare all food and sandwich with their hands without wearing gloves, putting lettuce, bread, meat … The guy who was getting order and touching cash, then prepared food without wearing gloves. Also, one day I got a coffee from this branch and there was an insect inside it. They are also serving you with lots of delay and log waiting.

    Very dirty, rubbish on the floor, dirty tables, disgusting to sit down, only takeaway food in such conditions. Dirty glass .. door handles too. Really, if the old institution does not need to be looked after? Where does the administrator, manager look??? I'll attach a photo, but it's just a piece of everything that's there.

    So I had buy an ice cream and this girl with her long nails TOUCHED my ice cream and we told her “Its not okay because we are still in a pandemic and its better to hand it in the plastic thing here there is holes in it and to hand the ice cream safety.” Also my friend had ordered two donuts and one had lines, we are assuming that the girl might of touched the donut. That is not safe.

    The only drive through within a pretty large area but simply the worst McDonald’s. Always slow, consistently missing items or burn buns and staff that doesn’t care. Even for a dine in, the staff is rude and managers simply DON’T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. They should be fired. I don’t know how McDonald’s can have this place allowed to be running so badly for so many years.

    Ive been to this location a few times. I feel like it’s a typical fast-food place. Long lines, short staffed, and not clean. It takes forever to get through the drive through, so I usually go in and order. The staff seems pleasant, but management has to get enough people working to speed things up!

    Ordered specific items on the menu expecting monopoly chances on all of our items, but only one burger had the stickers out of the entire four meals that we ordered. We thought that was odd, and when we asked the drive through server, she outright lied and said "The stickers are not included with the medium size drinks", because when we went back after checking online, they said "Yeah we're out of stickers". Don't understand why they didn't inform us that beforehand. Really disappointing, and I'm sure people would agree that this was quite unfair. Will not be returning to this location, always unsatisfactory service.

    Always issues at this location - Keep failing to fulfill the order correctly on multiple occasions. Blaming customer for their mistakes (one employee with sassy attitude, mgmt more professional) - Hair nets are NEVER worn - Ice cream machine is permanently broken, despite their reassurance that it is only broken today and will be fixed soon There are plenty other locations that do a much better job. Keep away from this one.

    I called ahead to make sure they have a toy in there branch for my little girl. I drove 10 km to get there only to be told there was none. She only said, she didn't check. No apology. I don't do much reviews here. But, I want everyone to make sure or to ask twice so you don't waste your time and gas. The worst part is now I have to break the bad news to someone.

    This is the nearest McDonald’s to my place so I’ve been here multiple times. They are always short staffed and busy inside as well as the Drive Thru. I made an mobile order just wanted to save time. It took 20 minutes for us to receive an order of 3 burgers, 1 fries and 3 drinks. Would not recommend this place if you’re expecting FAST food.

    Worst McDonalds ever. The drive through was super slow. They messed up our coupon and tried to over charge us. They messed up our order when we got it. The fries were under cooked. Everything was so cold we had to heat it up before we ate it. DO NOT GO HERE!!! It is so bad we are contacting the corporate office to let them know. No matter the outcome, I will never go back. This place is an ABSOLUTE TRAIN WRECK! If there was a way to give negative stars I would.

    10 minutes for two iced coffees. Quite a bit of time to observe. After getting my order wrong and them arguing with me about it they tried to serve me coffee that was sitting on the ground. After touching the ground staff were not washing hands and the assistant manager was constantly touching her face and then packing up food.

    Very nice friendly environment, service guests very politely and gently, open 24 hours and maintain the guests respect and treat them very well , If you feel hungry at night , one quick stop here , night service is as good as daytime, I try new fries it’s so yummy

    Well, the food is the usual mcd's food. What got to me was how messy the place was. Tables not cleaned, garbage on the floor, I had to clean my own table in order to eat in. It was not busy at all. They were all hiding behind the counter. The supervisor just walked by all the garbage and did not assign anyone to clean up. Saw this happen 3 times. Remember, this place was NOT busy only 3 customers eating in.

    This was a dine in experience. When you go to a fast food restaurant you expect it to be fast, taking my order alone took 25 minutes because their till was down. No effort to compensate for the time it took and we got cold, soggy fries. They missed one of the soft drink cups and a manager came to check whether we actually got it before they gave it to us. It was the poorest experience I have had at a mcdonald's. There was a man sleeping there the entire time we were there as well and nothing was done about it. I've also had numerous experiences at this one where they're trying to move the drive thru line so quick that they took my order wrong or told me to drive ahead when the payment didn't even process properly or they missed my food and I had to go back.

    Went through the drive through only. It was busy but we were able to get through in about 15 minutes. The drive through is a bit awkward as traffic has to cross over, kind of hard to explain but it you go through the drive through here you will understand. Our order was taken efficiently and we got what we ordered. No comment on the restaurant as we did not go in.

    This place is littered with 24/7 signs but multiple times I’ve gone there between midnight-5am and they’ve been closed or said it takes 45 minutes for their systems to reset. There will be 20 workers and I still wait 15 minutes for food or get pulled to a parking spot to make food fresh and it comes out cold. Try to go to any McDonald’s besides this one if you want to save the stress.

    It's McDonald's... Consistent and feel this one put their food together most consistent. Order happy meal several time and notice the fries are not as salty compared to regular order. This is a huge plus compare to other McDonald's I've been to.

    Never been to a McDonald’s worst than this location. Always problem with food. Employee 3 Indian lady just chatting the whole time. There’s no on in front of me but I still need to wait 10 min for my drive through order. And the food were cold lol.

    I would not recommend this restaurant at all..... after waiting 15 mins in the line... my spicy Buffalo no cheese wrap was made as "extra cheese No Lettuce " Thabk you for wasting my time and money. Maybe instead of chitchatting and scrolling Instagram on your phone the management can spend some time training their employees?

    Went this morning at 5:15 am to get a quick breakfast meal. But they decided to make us wait for a long time. It's a drive thru and people use it for a quick meal and then go to work. NOT WAIT IN LINE AND BE LATE FOR WORK !!!! This occurs at this location all the time. It's not worth going there.

    I didn’t think it’s possible to make a fast food place bad. This place proved me wrong Every time I go there is at least 40mind wait from drive through. I get it if there are a lot of orders… but 3 cars in line with no large orders… their speed is unreal (in the bad way) I think this place switched management few years ago. Been BAD AND HORRIBLE since

    This store is so clean during night time and good thing is it's 24/7 .Their night crew is very polite and trying to give orders in perfect time as we observed with the team of 3-4 people. Less waiting and good service.

    I think they hired a new manager. She has messed up an order I made using uber. When I went in person and she retyped the order she typed the wrong order twice and I had to correct her. And then again. Not to mention I saw her mess up another lady’s order. Also, I saw so many workers with long hair, not wearing nets no hats and no gloves they’re just handling the meat with their hands. The manager herself had her that went down beyond her bottoms, and she didn’t have it up
