Massive fan of noodle box. This is my new fav place to get food in this area. Owners seem nice. Staff was in the ball willing and ready. I’m really happy to have this place here. They had a good line up going but made it move quickly. Did not have beer yet but EAS assured it was coming soon.

We ordered kids Mac/Cheese, chicken Pad Thai and a Ginger beef with extra beef. Kids meal was cold, chicken smelled rotten and the extra beef ordered on the ginger beef was not there. The worst order from skip the dishes we’ve had and they credited us a whopping $14 on a $60 order. Bad on all fronts! Stay away from Noodle Box South Surrey, absolutely awful and no help wanting to solve our issues as a customer.

Expect bursts of zesty delicious Asian flavors. Nice ambience, and they've got a small selection of craft beer to pair with your noodle box.

I walked in my sisters order and all I asked the girl taking our orders (she has magenta hair) Me : how much is a side of chicken portion wise She replied : 100 grams Me: Are you able to show how much approximately as I'll be sharing the meal Her : Rolls eyes turns around asks the cook what 100gram looks like and shows me The restaurant was empty and this kind of ridiculous behavior was unwarranted I didn't say anything We took our food and walked out. I've been to other locations before always had a pleasant experience

Ordered spicy peanut noodles, the person who took the order was pleasant.. Everything was cooked perfectly.. Only drawback this time was it was on the drier side , I prefer it with little sauce.. but still tasted good.

I highly recommend trying it as it’s one of the only noodle boxes located in Surrey. Food tasted very fresh and was decently priced.

The host was nice she was helpful and offered suggestions as it was my first time experiencing the Noodle box. Would definitely come back !!

Really disappointed in food quality and the take away package. I ordered the Singapore curry noodles, there was no flavour to the sauce but black pepper. I took it to go and the sauce leaked through the bottom of the container and stained my car mats. I’m so glad I thought to put it on the floor of my car than on my seat. If the packaging is not that great maybe put it in a plastic bag.

Just ordered the Bombay Mac & cheese. I ordered beef and there is a couple pieces. Barely any spinach or tomatoes and missing the rest of the ingredients. It's all noodles and sauce. Really disappointed cause I live just above them.

Literally the worst Asian food I’ve ordered. Burnt ginger beef and the rest of the rice box was very bland and almost inedible. Will never go back. $17/box and it was worth less than a Tim Hortons sandwich. No exaggeration. Save your cash. *** UPDATE: The manager replied to my poor review to offer another try with two free Noodle Boxes so we gave it another shot. It was much much better. I give them 4 stars now. Thank you.

We have dined here many times, in the past year. Consistently wonderful food, very good quality and that's why we go there for our, any time meal. Friendly local owner and always have had a great experience with the staff. Also, this restaurant has local beer on tap. Nice. NoodleBox is our only stop, for this style of food and we'll back back.

They have good gluten free protocols in place here. I ordered Butter chicken and the quality of the chicken was poor. The sauce tasted nice, but the chicken was gristly. :-(

The food was far too dry, my partner and I got pad Thai and ginger beef and they were both in desperate need of more sauce. It was really loud in the restaurant so it was hard to hear the cashier when she was explaining the menu to us.

Ordered spicy peanut noodle box, all vegetarian , for takeout, even though i ordered medium hot, the noodles were totally bland, at least for my taste! The serving was moderate and the server was polite, but food was disappointing!

What an amazing place to eat good food! the lady at the till got what I ordered! It’s a shock because most place would look at me funny for not wanting veggies 🤦🏽‍♀️ The chef did such a great job with my bowl I legit have no complaints even the other lady was so kind just absolutely love this place

This idiot across the counter was super annoying. I saw a mouse running inside the shop, when informed, the response was, yeah we know and nothing we can do about it. Spice level was not as requested, he didn’t ask about the crispy level of chicken or tofu. The worst part is the attitude. Absolutely no regards for the customers.

I ordered the Teriyaki box from Noodle Box. I BEGGED them not to make the food too spicy or I wouldn't be able to eat it. My request was ignored, so there goes dinner. The dessert I ordered wasn't available. Door dash just refunded the amount. They didn't give an option to choose another item

I like the food alot usually but last time I ordered it. The spice is usually just right at medium hot but it was real more like mild than hot

I usually LOVE noodlebox but this location disappointed when I went in a few months back. No flavor, completely bland. Most likely the person in the kitchen was new/lacked training.

Even though I keep trying different things, I've never had a good meal from them. My wife ordered online for pick up this time, and the bill for 6 people was an eye-watering $120 (no drinks, no sides -- just six meals). More expensive than any other Chinese food in the area, and it's just not good.

I would of given this place 5 stars because the food was good. Reason why I am giving one start is service. The guy called me and my friend to come up and get our food but took the food to the other customer who is Caucasian.

Pricing is very good for the portion size of the food. Noodles were cooked very well and veggies added plenty of flavour to the overall meal

The dishes are a good portion size and tasted very fresh. The staff was really friendly and overall it was a good experience. I do think the menu prices are on the higher end for a casual fast food style restaurant, but as long as you're ok with that it's a solid choice for a quick meal

Great place that I discovered accidentally. They have different levels of spice that you can choose for yourself for rice or noodles. The staff was friendly and courteous. Good vibe and fast service

Ordered the Shanghai chicken meal with double chicken and all the chicken was just bread i swear I didn't even get any chicken and there was a small piece of black plastic in my meal and my girlfriends noodles look like it had mold or something on it

Such a great place for a fresh and delicious meal. We were given a coupon for next time as the cashier felt we had to wait too long for our food. While not expected, it was a nice gesture. Not many businesses do this anymore!

Disappointing dining experience for myself and my date date yesterday. Seems like they forgot the curry in my dinner and doubled (tripled, even?) the noodles. It tasted dry and like it had been sitting in the shop for way too long! Chicken was missing. My partner had a similar experience... no flavour and tofu was soggy. how could they have messed up BOTH of the meals? Reconsider your staffing on Sunday nights. Not likely to visit this location ever again.

Very consistent and always amazing food. Friendly staff and a great experience. Definitely worth going to if you are in South Surrey! Have been continuing to come here almost weekly and every time the order is ready on time and perfectly cooked.

The staff has always done the a above. Even with minor errors in app notes - they have always delivered amazing customer service. Even on their busiest nights they are pulling 100%. During these times I'm thrilled that there is still a place providing only the best. Everyone has been so charming

Ordered 2 different dishes. They were ready in about 5 minutes and were piping hot and very tasty. The portions were such that we ate half and took half home, so good value for money. Staff were friendly and courteous. I’m not a fan of spicy food so the “mild” spice I requested was perfect.
