Was recommended this place by a friend. They said its better than FatBurger. That it was juicier and better tasting. We spend almost $40 for what we got...! The Good: Fries were the only thing good! The Bad: The burgers were ok.. but not worth the price! The cheese was cold and not melted to the patty. The mushrooms were cold, the fried onions were cold, the patty was warm, but because all the fixing were cold the burger was over all cold! It was edible, but I have had better burgers from McDonalds. At least McDs will bring the food to my car. For almost $40 you should have brought it to my table. The Ugly: I asked for chili in my burger, the guy at the counter did not even know what chili is? He thought I wanted a chili pepper. I tried to explain what it was, but gave up when he gave me that vacant stare! Definitely not better than Fatburger, cause fatburger brings my food to me. Fatburger gives me hot food. Fatburger will put chili in my burger and melt the cheese on the patty. Never found those free peanuts? Definitely do not recommend, you are better off going to Fatburger! Food is better and cheaper! Always an amazing burger here. Bacon Cheeseburger with Cajun fries is a must. Five Guys never disappoints. You gotta get the green peppers on your burger 🤙🏼🔥

Honestly my favourite burger place. The burgers have never been wrong for us and the fries are always perfect. Id eat here all the time if I could. I think the prices are a bit high, but otherwise its awesome! You also get tons of fries, plus extra ones. Strongly recommend!!

We ended up at Five Guys this evening. Ended up getting the wrong food so they took longer to remake it. the bathrooms were so bad and horrible and they don't have anyone to sanitize anything. Also also Five Guys will still serve people with no masks on during covid, it's mandatory for everyone to wear face masks in public places. There was so many people in the store. Way more than 30.

Consistent in quality and cleanliness of space. They added poutine to the menu and it’s amazing, fries are always made fresh to order. I also add Cajun seasoning.

It has been a few years for sure since i last visited this place. The girl at the till was great and polite. The buger, on the other hand, was good, but I remember the meat patties having more flavor. Something changed for sure. Probably corporate cutbacks on quality food.

2nd time at this location. The line usually moves pretty quick, but it can get super busy and backed up with Skip the Dishes and DoorDash orders. For fast food, their burgers are on the next level up from McDonalds or Wendy’s. Better quality in the ingredients. I’ve gotten my burger cooked medium both times, and it’s come out fine. The fries are consistently warm and fresh. Don’t forget to snack on some peanuts while you wait.

Better burger than Mc Donalds.

First time trying FG restaurant. The service was great and servers friendly. Like their system of keeping burgers sorted for each order with no mistakes in the fast moving system. Atmosphere was a bit institutional and sterilized. Salted peanuts while you wait was nice add to soften the experience.

Five Guys has always been consistently great food. An expensive burger to be sure, but you never leave feeling you've been ripped off. It's plain Jane interior, they are all the same, is kept clean. I had a milkshake this time, so the beverage was a rip off in this choice I made, I simply won't have it again. Love the fresh made fries! I don't mind telling anyone that it is a place to go for a great burger and fries.

I love their burgers and this place is way bigger than the one in downtown. The only thing I did not like is the peanuts, they were so salty and it’s so inconsistent because there are days where it’s fine but other than that, this place is great!

some of the best food you can get.. everytime we come here our food always comes SO fast and its always right. bathrooms are clean and workers are so polite and sweet!! Ive been having lactose problems, so the last few times we've gone here ive been getting sick after but its always so worth it!! 😂😂💗

Hands down best burger 🍔 and fries. Don't go for the atmosphere, you won't find any...maybe a tiny bit. If you love a good burger & fries 5guys White Rock/SS is it.

Awesome burgers with a huge variety of topping included. The fries have great flavour and we tried a poutine on our last visit there. One of the best poutine’s we have had. Good sized portions of food.

First time ordering. Looked at the menu. Didn't see a veggie burger so I asked if they had one and employee said "Yes". Told me the veggies on it etc. I told them I've never been here before so I don't know how to order but went through with my order anyways. I literally got a burger bun with vegetables in it. No paddie?... They said veggie "burger"...??? I wasn't aware you had to order the sauces either. That wasn't communicated by the employee when I told them I've never ordered from here before... nor did they ask what sauces I want either. I took another glance at the menu and saw Veggie Sandwich.... Ok so it's a sandwich and not a burger? I wish it was communicated better about how to order... Especially after asking. Will not be back. Very sad sandwich!!!!!

Excellent burgers every time, the service and quality of employees in the last few years has definitely taken a huge nose dive, from attitudes to not listening to not caring , unfortunately it is the same across the board at all fast food restaurants now.

For the first time in a long time I noticed the burgers have gotten smaller and the taste wasn’t the same. However, the fries are still pretty good. Quite generous. We tried the poutine last night and it was delicious. I think if I would go back again I would probably just get the fries or poutine and pass on the burger.

Not bad. Hamburger was pretty good and I like how you pick your toppings. Staff was very nice. If your going with someone here I strongly recommend just getting one order of fries cause you get a ton in the bag. Only con is it is a little pricy. All in all I would recommend.

Burger taste good. Cajun fries is the best! The only thing I concern is the working environment at the kitchen smokey. Hope it will improve for staff health.

Placed an online order for pickup and when I get there they are busy chatting and tell me to wait while they cook. Then I open my order and it tastes of ketchup. Made sure to not ask for that. Little care or effort from the staff.

Burgers were cooked perfectly and put together well. Food was ready for pick up right on time- will order again!

Very tasty & juicy beef burgers. Compare with it's competitors, Five Guys has a wider choice for customization. Sauce, veggies and so on... They use peanut oil to deep fry fries, endorsing a enhanced smell and taste. The price is competitive as well... Recommended for meat lovers.

The 3 best burger franchise - Shake shack, in n out and Fiive guys! Love the peanut oil fried cajun fries! The price is a bit too much for the fast food after the Covid though ($20 for the meal). Hope they dont forget there are many many decent burget 'restaurants' in Vancouver.

The burgers are fresh and sooo good. The fries are the best fries out there. Except McDonald’s lol. I have been to 5 guys lots of times. They are always consistent. will be going back again and again.

Five Guys was once my favourite burger place in the area, hands down. But the quality in the last 2 years has been incredibly varied. Due to the pandemic, my family and I have been ordering and picking up more food than ever before as a treat. Orders from Five Guys range from "good, okay" to "awful." It's really sad when I pick up Five Guys, a past family favourite, to have everyone composting half their burger due to the meat being overdone and overly crispy and fatty, and the once amazing fries hollow and over cooked. I miss the old five-star Five Guys experience.

A group of about 25 of us came in one Sunday evening and despite the smaller Sunday night crew they did an excellent job to get all of our burgers ready quickly. Good burgers too, everything was done just right

Great hamburgers but greasy, i like the taste but the grease just ruins it. Definitely the best place to get fries.

My kids love their burgers and fries~ It's always fresh and tastes like home made. They always load up the fries and they are the best fries.

Got the Cheese burger and spicy fries with a vanilla milkshake. Everything was fantastic no complaints. Great place for a cheat meal 🤣 Milkshake was amazing I would definitely just come here for just that. Will be back

I ordered a BLT...ie Bacon Lettuce & Tomato...received my order as I order extra tomato and Mayo but I guess ypu also need to add your lettuce from the 16 items they give you to choose from
