I love the fact that Canadian Tire understands customer centric business practices. Just got a new pool, some gas tanks and camping chairs. Way to go Canadian Tire.

It is not worth to give one star here because of the self checkout representative? Person? I know she need to check and of course it's her duty to check people pay all the items. HOWEVER, there is so many way to say something nice for checking not treating customers like THIEF. Who is working Mar19 Sunday around 8:10pm. The way you show me was not customer service. When I looked at you , you said WHAT? I have never had that kind of awful service here. She crossed her arms and gave me a rude nod. PLEASE TRAINING PEOPLE HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS PROPERLY OR HOW TO EXPLAIN WHAT IS YOUR DUTY.

I like shopping here because I can hit three birds with one stone. Grocery shopping, filling up gas and dropping off recycling bottles in one trip! Plenty of parking space. They have everything in store, insurance, pharmacy, lotto centre. Huge selection of items. Surprised they have great selections on Asian section as well. Always a great shopping experience coming here.

Used to price match to “local” and without warning, or notice, they took that price match out. Disappointing… not to mention every time I go there’s faulty signs (check if your items are ringing up as they were priced on the sticker). Items going up 20-30cents every single week too. Advertising $2 but charging $2.50. This was just this past week. Management just dismiss it and doesn’t care. Most people don’t check prices and they know that.

There is always good deals you can find here. Massive store with great products, produce, seafood section and great meat section. All the locations have something tailored towards the demographic of that neighborhood which is very unique and excellent to see. I think my only feedback is parking gets a little crazy during weekends and they could sometimes use more cashiers other than that excellent place

The produce quality is ok at superstore. My chief complaint is regarding the poor customer service and the return policy. I bought a few glass food containers a few weeks ago. They were very poor quality and their lids would not close properly and my food spilled in my bag. Hence I brought them back for return. The customer service said they can’t return it because I don’t have the original cardboard piece in it! I struggle to understand their perspective on how someone can try a food container with a cardboard piece in it. Long story short, their creative solution was to throw all five containers for $10 each into the garbage. They even refused to give me store credit. My advise to the customers is to save yourself the headache and money and shop at Costco. I returned a set of food containers to them with no complaints. Customer service is key ☺ will never buy anything other than absolutely necessary produce from super store !

Most aisles have some empty shelves; maybe a supply issue but on my list to buy, 4 items were not available or sold out and not reordered...can be frustrating. Some rotting produce as well not discarded.

Store was not very clean and we had significant issues with the 10 for 10 deal. We got charged for the original price of each item and got sent to customer service to adjust the issue which was of considerable inconvenience. This issue should be fixed or the signage for mixing the 10 items should be adjusted to let patrons know that they can only get 10 of the same for the deal.

Superstore is what it advertises, massive grocery and home goods retail outlet. This one in particular isn’t overly chaotic and busy like some of the other locations, shelves are stocked up and organized 95% of the time. The staff are helpful and efficient when I’ve interacted with them. My only complaint about this location is the pharmacy. I use the pharmacy often, pick up prescriptions 2 or more times a week, which are regular, scheduled pick ups. One would assume they could anticipate scheduled pickups but every time i end up being told to come back in 15 - 40 mins, which if i have groceries to pick up, isnt a big deal, but i dont always so, ive spent alot of time waiting around for my prescriptions at this pharmacy.

7:10 Pm on a Thursday(Jan 10/24) Checkouts lined up 10+ people. What does the store do? Close a Checkout so now it's down to two...while I watch the manager stroll around aimlessly...nevermind the person scanning things at a snails pace...I wish I could keep my job and be that useless. I waited 10-15 mins...dropped my basket and left. Clowns.

This store has gone way downhill in the past year or so. There are never enough cashiers. The lines are generally going down the aisles and to the back of the store. The fridges, freezers, floors and check out areas are very dirty. I’m surprised they even pass health inspections. Folks in the neighbourhood are talking about it on social media. Time for new management.

Online pickup is so convenient! Gilda took care of my order, and she was wonderful. Very efficient and packed everything into my bags with care. 10/10.

Just okay. Too big for my liking. Not particularly clean. Prices aren't as good as folks think. Produce is low to medium quality, store aisles are overcrowded. Lots of outdoor parking. Deals are dew and far between. I prefer Walmart.

Went there later in the evening Wasn't busy, got fueled up, bought a few items in store. Got in and out, very quickly. Noticed a machine on the property (parking lot) takes empty cans, by the look of it. Seen at a distance only. Will check it out, on next visit. Gas attendant and cashier in store, both Very Friendly and Courteous 👍🤗

Pretty busy during the weekend (long line ups, more things out of stock) so I would do your shopping during the weekday. Nowadays SS is becoming more like Costco in terms of some things selling in bulk such as meat, produce, and dairy. They only have two brands of cat litter, with one being the superstore brand, which is disappointing. Lots of deals in bulk, ok produce depending on the day, but others are just as expensive as Save-on or Safeway. I like to just get my essentials and go otherwise you'll be there forever. Could be cleaner. Oh and bring a dollar for the carts!

This Real Canadian Superstore in North Vancouver is MASSIVE inside. During the times when we shopped, the huge parking lot was very busy; however, inside we were surprized by how uncrowded it felt. The shopping choices seemed unlimited... we were shopping in the Real Canadian Superstore for food, but the other items - clothing, household etc looked to be extensive as well. If staying in the nearby Holiday Inn, the proximity of the huge store was very convenient too.

I pointed out several times that there are sections full of rotten fruits in past. Today, naive enough, I bought expensive figs just to find out at home that they are all bad… i am really disappointed by the produce and fruit quality of this store. What a shame!!

Shopping carts are $1 and none are available indoors when it's raining. If you don't have change for a cart, you have to wait forever at customer service. Lineups are horrible at all times, fruit/veggies are not fresh and paper towel/toilet tissue is cheaper at SaveOn. Internet is also barely working and bathrooms are dirty/doors won't lock properly. After waiting about 15 minutes in line at the self check out today, the machine said "chip malfunction" and I had to go get in line for the till. Not worth it.

This is one of two grocery stores close to where I live. I would give 5/5 stars if the store could add a few more cashiers during the busy times which seems to be from 1:30 pm onwards. Or possibly add a few more self checkout machines. Other than that the store has a great selection of products and they have plenty of parking! Staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Superstore has good selection however sometimes their shelves are not well stocked. Many times I cannot find cream, 3% milk or some fresh vegetables. Organic selection needs to be improved as well as local foods from BC farmers. I still prefer whole foods.

If you're looking for a one-stop shop for all your grocery and home goods needs in North Vancouver, the Real Canadian Superstore on Seymour Boulevard is definitely worth a visit. One of the best things about this store is how clean and well-maintained it is. The aisles are always tidy and organized, and the shelves are well-stocked with a great selection of products. You won't have to worry about navigating through cluttered or messy aisles here. The grocery selection at Real Canadian Superstore is also fantastic. They offer a wide variety of fresh produce, meats, and dairy products, as well as frozen foods and pantry staples. You'll find everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, no matter what your dietary preferences are. In addition to groceries, Real Canadian Superstore also has a great selection of home goods. From bedding and towels to kitchen gadgets and decor, you'll find plenty of options to spruce up your home and make your life easier. But what really sets Real Canadian Superstore apart is its service. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they'll go out of their way to make sure that you find what you're looking for. Whether you need help finding a specific product or have questions about a particular item, they'll be happy to assist you. Overall, I highly recommend the Real Canadian Superstore on Seymour Boulevard to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. With its clean and well-stocked store, great grocery and home goods selection, and excellent service, it's the perfect place to stock up on everything you need.

I've shopped at the Real Canadian Superstore Seymour Boulevard many times, and have always been satisfied. I like that they provide free samples of various types of food and drinks, and I often go there just to test out new things. I also appreciate that the store has a good selection of organic foods.

I have always had a negative experience with PC express pickup and deliveries at this location. Produce is often not fresh, shoppers don't read the notes, and many items would be out of stock to the extent that I would have to go out to another store to get what I need, defeating the purpose of PC express. Thankfully, you can call customer service to refund bad produce. The shelves were quite empty the last time I went to the store, and the price labels were incorrect for some of the products I purchased. Even though I live in North Van, I will just go to the Vancouver locations instead.

Thank you for stocking Basse trail mix again! I was sad when it was gone and thrilled that you brought it back. Best deal around! This is also my go-to store. I appreciate the variety and the deals. One-stop shopping on the North Shore. I hope you treat your staff well, because sometimes they seem a little unhappy, but are always helpful and they do a good job.

in the last couple of months the quality of service is so underwhelming which makes you think again visiting this store. I have been doing my weekly shopping at this store for the last 20 years but have never experienced such a poor service. After waiting half hour in line behind a cashier, suddenly the cashier closes the cash due to completion of her/his shift. The young guy, referred as manager, has one reply only, it is what it is. So why the store needs manager? This was not a lone incident and has happened to me 3 times in the last two months. No wonder they are making millions of dollars of profit, only by lowering their quality of service.

Used to be good prices but the covy days added up. Fresh veggies are BAM but fruit isn't good here. Staff at times can be hard to find, but when find one they are over the top helpful and make sure you got what you need.

Good place to find everything in grocery including pharmacy. You may find something in kitchenware or toys, etc. Also, there is a Joy Fresh inside of the store. It's not a big collection, but it's OK.
