Hard working group of ladies keeping a busy store running! I needed help finding and loading up 15 hard cover booksAnd I waited in line that moved quickly to for help. One lady gave me undivided attention while paging the other working customer service on the floor. She switched tasks at the till seamlessly. And helped me load up a basket full of books and pulled a box from the back for me. Then jumped back in till and the line that had grown because of me was dealt with in no time with just the three of them on board. Amazing! And then… I’m almost at the elevator and the lady that helped my at the till had ran after me to hand me my phone that I had left on the counter. There was not a bad attitude to be felt the whole time.

Nice clean book store, well organized and easy to navigate. Staff were helpful and knowledgable about genres and "staff favourites".

Staff are really nice at this location :) I wish I remembered the name of the cashier, I think it may have been Irene? She was really sweet. I was there Oct 24th around 1:45 pm.

Busy, hot and books poorly displayed. Lots of cheap trinkets available for purchase too. Why are there always lines to pay? A book store which doesn't know what it wants to be. No wonder people just buy books through Amazon.

One of the last book stores on the north shore. Plenty of books, including a large children’s book section.

Compared to the one on Robson St and Granville St, this one is really small. It doesn’t even carry many toys. I couldn’t find anything my daughter or I like due to the limited variety of products here.

Nicely organized, friendly staff. My only complaint is their technology, went all the way there for a book the website said they had in stock, just to find out the web inventory is out of sync and not accurate.

Be aware, their inventory is not up to date, and even if things are supposedly in the store, it does not mean they are. Very disappointing especially after a 30 minute drive

I know their site is hacked. But I entered this store with a 1.5 years old who wouldnt give me a break for searching for the book we wanted. When I approached the sales associate who was a young woman with short hair, for that specific book she said sorry our system is down and I cant help you search! I mean you cant even spend 2 minutes helping me look for a kids book? Their section isnt that big + store was quite empty+ i keep tracking her, she was wasting time on literally dusting the books here and there...not the attitude of a sales associate...

So many wonderful things for your gift giving needs and desires and that's not even talking about all the books and magazines. One could lose time just looking at everything in this location.

Workers are very helpful I was able to get many books as gifts for many people that were excited for them

Nice layout! They have a cool kid's area with books and stuff that is sort of cut off from the rest of the store. Still need to keep an eye on the kids though... entrance/exit is wide and easy to get to. Store is more "wide" layout than "deep".

Good bookstore. I do wish hey would showcase more BIPOC authors though. I would love to see a centre table full of all BIPOC books, to balance out the all whites all tables.

Nice location. Clean store. Great staff. Shout out to Will who patiently helped me find a book. Also to Brenda who let us know about a great attraction to see on our holiday. Not an easy customer to please.

Great, and large variety of, any ideas, for all ages and gender. Lovely employees ,very helpful and welcoming. Great return policies even without receipt, no question asked. Very convenient location, and much more. Indigo book has been one of our family favorite places for years.

A beautifully laid out store, with a massive selection of books as well as mugs, bags, beach stuff, toys and other nicknacks. There is a Starbucks right next door with an interlinking doorway. The children's section is bright and colourful with displays at children's height.

Indigo bookstore within Park Royal South. It's located at the East end of the mall on the ground floor. One of the few remaining bookstores around. There's a great selection of books, nicely laid out and the staff are friendly and helpful. Also a nice place to look for gifts and knick knacks. A nice kids section with toys and books and educational items. There's an in store Starbucks that's closed. There's currently occupancy restrictions so there's usually a small lineup to get in the store. With the occupancy limit the store is quite sparsely occupied and so it feels safe to shop there.

I really love this location. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. They always help me to find the books that I am looking for. Never been disappointed …

Great selection of books here for all ages with current titles and bestsellers prominently displayed. Layout is great as is the overall experience. The only improvement (hence 4 stars) would be in the customer service. There was a very minimal verbal interaction and no eye contact during purchasing of two titles for my children.
