We went to Excel Jewellers to have my wife’s ring resized. She wanted them to use some of the gold from her father’s wedding ring. They did a beautiful job. It looks brand new and her dad’s ring was incorporated inside so she can wear it remembering him.

Ziggy was amazing! She was very knowledgable and efficient with her service. I had gotten an engagement ring from another jeweler and it broke instantly so had to get a new rendering. Ziggy helped us through the process and gave practical advice and are much happier with Excel’s process and quality.

Wonderful customer service, so friendly. Excellent work. Not the cheapest but you know you are paying for good quality service! Trusted them with re-sizing my wedding set and they tightened all the claws and loose diamonds as well as re-sized. They have an independent company that can do on-site appraisals which is super handy. So glad I listened to all the other great reviews.

I’ve had some work done about 6 months ago and when my gold necklace clasp broke I immediately thought of getting it fixed there. After reading some reviews by people on our community web site, we chose Excel to have my necklace from my grandmother repaired. The lady was delightful, courteous and offered good suggestions. And, I unexpectedly saw a reasonably priced, gorgeous ring that I had to have. I highly recommend this retailer.

I have had nothing but amazing service and quality jewelry from both Excel jewelry in Guildford Mall and the Langley location. When my husband was purchasing a new wedding set for our 25 anniversary they worked with us to find the perfect rings. So when I lost my original rings of course I went back to them in Langley this time. Ziggy was so knowledgeable and helpful she knows everything there is to know to get the perfect rings. I felt totally confident and cared for when making my decision and will continue to go back to them and refer everyone looking for amazing pieces of jewellery to Ziggy.

Excel Jewelers is the only place we can have full confidence in knowing we are receiving what is promised. Not may jewelry stores have the owner's working there and also working as the jeweler. We have complete confidence in Tom and his team there. We had wedding rings checked there and Ziggy noticed that claws were almost completely worn off. They were back to me with repairs done perfectly after only 6 days. Ziggy has a great sense for knowing what a person is looking for and was of great help us on another purchase. Highly recommended. Needed to size down a gold band with a slightly haphazard linear groove pattern all around the outside. The goldsmith would have needed to make a cut but it’s impossible to tell where because the inside/too/bottom of the band look perfect and the pattern is completely undisturbed. Fits great now and looks even better than before because it was polished too =) Rate was totally reasonable considering any added work needed to keep the pattern in place.

Excel is amazing from start to finish. My first great experience with them was over the phone where the sales associate spent time answering all my questions before I paid them a visit in person. While in the store, all the sales associates were very attentive, going above and beyond to ensure I left happy. I felt very confident leaving such an important piece of jewelry in their hands. They made a rush on my ring and got it back to me in less than 2 day, right before I had to leave on a work trip. The quality of workmanship was not effected by the quick turnaround, they are very talented! I cannot say enough good things about this company!
