staffs
are
not
trained
very
professional,
or
they
just
want
to
finish
the
job
quick
but
ignored
your
requests.
I
am
a
repeat
customer.
Last
December,
I
mailed
out
a
parcel
for
Christmas
gift,
I
have
asked
for
signature,
it
was
to
be
delivered
to
a
condo,
the
package
showed
it
has
been
delivered
but
the
receiver
has
never
received
it,
it
may
got
signed
by
someone
else
or
the
postman
just
put
the
package
without
handling
it
to
the
receiver,
there
are
many
other
residents
have
passed
and
they
just
picked
up
the
gift,
it
is
obviously
a
gift.
Why
not,
just
took
it.
Ok
this
may
not
be
your
fault.
Last
month
I
mailed
out
a
very
expensive
item,
I
have
repeatedly
told
your
staff
to
CHECK
THE
CARd
of
the
receiver,
I
have
asked
her
at
least
3
times,
but
she
did
not
input
that
into
her
computer,
it
got
delivered
as
a
normal
parcel,
no
checking
on
the
card,
no
signature
required.
Because
of
your
ignorance,
I
might
have
lost
over
$800
of
the
value
of
the
package!
I
am
giving
you

stars
because
I
know
the
owner
is
very
responsive,
as
a
small
business
owner,
I
understand
it
is
not
easy
during
the
Covid,
but
you
do
please
have
to
train
your
staffs
to
listen
to
the
customer,
it
may
not
be
important
for
you,
the
insurance
only
covered
$100,
but
the
lost
item
is
not
replaceable,
they
are
important
to
customer.
