👍👍 Really nice store. I love the watches here. They have a great selection of G Shock (casio), Seiko, Citizen, and Bulova. I do my watch servicing myself or if it is too technical I simply contact the manufacturer. I wouldn't come here for service. They are way too busy as well I have seen Tissot here... People often mention store, staff, service,

One level of shopping. Cosmetic perfume counter staff... where are you?? Not staffed well. But lots of product that needs a sales person to help customers. Was disappointed. Store itself is nice

Really nice store. I love the watches here. They have a great selection of G Shock (casio), Seiko, Citizen, and Bulova. I do my watch servicing myself or if it is too technical I simply contact the manufacturer. I wouldn't come here for service. They are way too busy as well I have seen Tissot here before too which is awesome The jewelry is not bad either. I have bought lab grown sapphire studs from here. The clothing prices are reasonable if you look for sales. Sometimes the prices are great! Every time I come to Cherry Lane I stop here. A great store. Thank you, the Bay!

Such a confusing set up for a store. Products aren’t displayed nicely and the building seems outdated. One of the change rooms was closed so my bf went to the one in the women’s section which was wayyy across the store, and a worker rudely explained it was only for women but she guess she’ll let him in. It also smelled like vomit around the checkout area. This place is revolting and I won’t be returning.

A dress that I have been waiting to purchase finally came on sale! Didn’t find my size at 1st but when I did the sale price was twice what the other size dress was. Confused, I took both dresses to the service counter and showed associate. This associate very kindly called over a lady to whom I believe was the supervisor who bluntly stated “ just the way they are priced based on size”. The Hudson’s Bay, this is 100% size discrimination! Identical dresses with identical Original prices. Will be pursuing a response to this practice .

I don't think I've ever gone to this store and actually found what I was looking for there. Sometimes they surprise me though.

Came in 12.30pm today 24th May to return a pair of Mens Swimwear Shorts. We were told that any Swimwear is final sale, and said that's very weird as most places still allow returns.. anyway we accepted it but as we were walking away the till staff member for some reason NEEDED to make a point that in America people have been catching virus's through Swimwear... she continued to emphasise her point as if she wanted an argument... now we already accepted that we could not return them, but to be pulled back and talked to like that was the worst customer service we have encountered.. why did she feel the need to try and create an argument when we were walking away ?!?! She wanted to have her last word. Wow...

I was looking for hard-sided carry-on suitcase to replace my old one. Found a good selection in our Penticton store and (surprise!) a staff person who actually knew something about the different offerings. There is definitely a lack of choices for luggage retailers in Penticton, so I was pleased to find a very good deal from a quality manufacturer right here in town. And PS the flights were good until a certain airline (not Air Canada) decided to have a major delay so we missed a connection, but we had everything we needed thanks to the new luggage!

Found what I was looking for, in spite of my lack of familiarity with the store layout. Not only that, but my purchase was on sale!👍 Not a business I frequent, so I was happy to find something that was suitable for my needs.

Walked in and the nicest sales associate helped us right away. Helped pick out shoes and while we made sure they fit picked out some shirts for us to try. Once we were happy opened up a till and rang us through. In and out with everything we ce for. Made the trip a breeze.

Product was not the same quality as in the picture. Have to return it at my own cost. As well I have to ship return to USA, which is going to be expensive. Can't even have a Canadian address. Never buying from this again.

Best clothing and personal products store on this side of the Border! The Bay is my One Stop Shopping location.. isn't it yours too? Well it should be😉👍👍

The Penticton location has really declined. Racks are jammed and quality of clothing has really gone down to fast fashion junk. Disapointed Bring back ZELLERS

Hudson's Bay used to be an icon. It was where you went when you wanted goods that would last and quality is second to none. Sadly this is not the case anymore. Personal customer service has devolved into a central cash model. Customer service is a memory, good luck finding an employee ti hekp you. The good goods are still there if you look but it is offset by pure junk. Would not be surprised if they went the way of Sears soon.

I personally love going to The Bay in penticton. Staff are great. People complaining about lack of staff need to look at what is going in the workforce elsewhere as well. It's not just at The Bay.

Easy to find items we wanted. Somehow we need to get the shoppers back into this store. It is lovely.

I was in The Bay doing some Christmas shopping when I noticed a lady who works there was following me. She just wouldn't leave me alone. I finally confronted her and of course she denied it. She was quite rude, ignorant and obviously racially profiling me. I will not shop at the Bay in Penticton anymore. I was going to spend a lot of money there and decided to spend it elsewhere. She called another worker over to start following me. .When I asked the first lady for her name she turned away from me so I could not see her tag. I got it anyways and can you believe what her name was??? KAREN!!! I told her it was absolutely fitting for this situation. I laughed and walked away. I want an apology from the Bay and she needs some sort of discipline and proper customer service training on how to treat people. Especially people of another color! If I put this on YELP then they will tag this store as racist. I'm sure you do not want that do you???

Compared to most Bay stores this is lacking. Men's formal section has been reduced to almost nothing. Would drive to Kelowna if you want to shop at the Bay.

Great products and friendly, knowledgeable staff but way over-priced. Other stores carrying comparable or the same items nearby are selling foruch less. We took our business to them.

What an amazing place to shop. Super friendly ready and willing to help staff. Huge variety, beautiful new spring fashions. Seems to have something for everyone....what a gem.

Went in to HB last minute to find a shirt and tie to match a suit. Unfortunately there was only one tie in the entire store, but it worked. The salesmanager took me to the tie and then helped me for 45 minutes working shirt after shirt, until we found the right one. She was so patient and so helpful. Even her staff told me how wonderful she was to work with! Great experience.
