    Excellent instructors and equipment for strength training. Way better then the physiotherapy. In 3 class, my 10 months shoulder problem was gone. Maria is best instructor I have seen in my opinion. She puts in the effort to remember everyone’s name and gives warm praises and positive encouragements. She always do demo before the class so we can see what to do. Highly recommend.

    This is by far the hardest workout style I have ever come across it looks easy if u we’re just watching from a far but WOW! Main Street is where it’s at, love it so far!

    I started Lagree a month ago and have absolutely been loving this style of workout. The one-week trial is highly recommended for newbies and it's good to try the different studios so you can see which one you like the most. Definitely going to continue with Lagree as it's a great complement to weight lifting and I'm already seeing results. Patiently waiting for Yaletown to open!!

    Best lagree location hands down!! Love the instructors and the space. Not too big like some of the other locations 🥰☺️ since starting lagree I have been absolutely hooked on Pilates!

    I've taken many Lagree classes in my life, all throughout Southern California, but Lagree West in Vancouver is one of the best experiences I've ever had. I've been going to the new Main St. location, and every instructor I've had is so incredibly knowledgeable. It's hard to come by a place where every staff member is trained up PERFECTLY - with hands on adjustments and constantly correcting for proper form. I highly recommend this workout for anyone looking to switch up their routine, and take Ariel or Annie's class for some serious serious burn :)

    Lagree West is like no other fitness class I’ve been to! Perfect for the busy gal looking to get toned in a short amount of time. All the instructors I’ve come across so far have been so welcoming and kind. Location is great with free residential parking.

    Short but so so so effective! The movements alone would be hard but the addition of the moving carriage creates a continuous challenge for your body. The instructors have great energy and provide clear and concise directions/cues to lead you through your workout as well as pushing you to maintain good form. Highly recommend for anyone looking a challenging, low impact workout!

    The instructors all have their unique styles and are supportive of first timers. The movements are unique and can be adjusted for different levels of fitness. I like that it works my body and mind, requires a lot of focus in a good way. The class is short and effective, lots of shaking!

    Super effective 40 min workout! Instructors are all super attentive and encouraging ! If you’re there for the first time, the team makes sure you’re set up for your first class. Highly recommend lagree for anyone who’s interested to get a quick sweat, and burning session!

    This was only my second class and Kelly C was absolutely amazing! She was encouraging, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. I really enjoyed her style and the music choices. She made a challenging workout super fun!

    I love this studio! Best full body workout in 40 min. Amazing instructors leaving you feeling the burn or “quiver” walking up those stairs in the best way possible.

    A newbie at Lagree however I have been loving every class I have taken so far. The instructors are all welcoming and highly informative. Especially love MJ’s classes. She is so kind and gives the clearest directives!

    I’ve been coming to Lagree for the past month and it’s safe to say I’m obsessed. It’s so effective and you feel like your core is on fire (in a good way!). The instructors are so welcoming and encouraging, and really take the time to make sure you’re doing everything safely to get the most out of your workout. They have multiple locations and tons of classes every day, so it’s easy to fit a class in whatever your schedule looks like.

    I started going to Lagree this summer and I have been enjoying it ever since. It's a short but challenging workout which is great when I need to get a quick workout in when I'm busy. I also find the instructors very helpful if you are new or if you have any injuries. I highly recommend trying out Lagree if you're trying to tone or want something new in your workout routine. You won't regret it :)

    Effective full body workout in only 40 minutes. I often find my muscles still twitching after leaving the studio, and my core muscles sore the next day. The instructors are attentive. They provide a lot of guidance, motivation and modifications throughout the class. They were completely accurate when they said that it takes 3-5 classes to get the hang of the workout. The studio is clean, and it's easy to find street parking in the neighbourhood.
