I love a fish butty, wow can't believe how long I've been coming here. my son had his 10th birthday party 22 years ago downstairs they had a soft play area.

Called in on a very quite Monday morning got this restaurant service absolutely appalling rude staff cold food one lady with a pram walked away from the counter one of the staff said oh she’s got wrong order nobody went looking for her they waited until she came back to the counter then as she told them they had given her the wrong order they totally ignored her 3 times!! I then asked for something and was also ignored twice won’t be coming back to this restaurant!!

Good friendly environment, warm fries , even though I only walked 2 yards. Fillet made up for it piping hot, lovely.

One chap in particular went put of his way to help a number of customer's. Seeing to missing items on orders, helping with condiments and straws ect. Very polite and upbeat. Lovely to see. He was the tallest member of staff there, slim with brown hair. If he sees this, carry on sunshine! Your attitude makes a difference, it certainly put a smile on my face. Fab customer service 👌🏼 👏🏼

Really hungry as I missed breakfast..just squeezed In at cut off time of 11am.bought the breakfast special meal deal at £5 something...I REALLY enjoyed it. Only problem was all the kids..

Visited on a match day. The entire downstairs seating area was closed off. Therefore, the upstairs was far too busy. Tables are so close together that you can taste what the person next to you is eating. Probably wouldn't return - not to sit inside anyway!

Very wrong. There's a downstairs that you can't go down. And it's busy as well. Going somewhere else next time

The young lad Marcus..who works behind the counter..had ordered my coffee..to which I then found out I'd left my wallet at home...instead of him tuning me away...he brought me it out his own pocket...what a lovely lad..who actually cares..and made my day...so much so..I wrote a review..which I've never done in my lifetime of coming here...thankyou again Marcus..your a really nice lad 😊😊😊😊😚

Quick order, we sat inside , I had flatbread with coffee, it was ok if u not hungry. I find it dirty tables n floor

Very busy Saturday lunch, food was okay although the person bringing our order to the table put a hot drink in front of a one year old.

False Advertising on website. Clearly states 24 hours eat in restaurant. However, they close at 11 to eat inside. Messers.

The store is clean, staff always chatting. Food was hot, good customer service.

overall cool, nice staff too choc milkshake tasted a bit funky though
