Chicken was full of oil and tastes like the oil is burnt or hasn’t been changed. The bag was full of oil. Chicken hot wings missing my dad had to to drive back down to get them in rush hour tea time traffic. My Mum called the phone number to complain and she got told the chicken looks ok. Very poor customer service and awful food we will not be returning.

Delicious chicken and awesome food all round. The burgers here are awesome and really filling. Situated in a prime location, right next to a cash machine! The service is fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend 10/10

Absolutely disgusting food, and distgusting service to match .. the chicken tasted horrible like that oil it was cooked in was burnt , the chips were burnt and half of my order was missing I had to drive all the way back When I rang to complain I was told the chicken was ok ..no apology just rude staff no customer service skills I will not be returning to this branch ever again....

Came to this restaurant today and on attendance it was dirty tables and rubbish everywhere. Then to add to that a delay from order of over 30 minutes and having to stand and demand to be served as priority was given to uber orders and drive through customers. On complaining to the manager called Irena I got no help with my order and was told she couldn't do anything to help me. The majority of the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing just lots of headless chickens at this KFC. Avoid if you actually want fast food....

Our first time shopping at KFC and total 😒 dissapointment, we ordered a family bucket I think it was however the chips were cold the chicken looked like the scraps, very little to no chicken on the bones and again lukewarm totally unsatisfactory beyond words decided we would never go there again and we didn't. Do not recommend them at all....

Just had delivery and called colne rd to say missing child fries( 1st time she would have had her own), 2 tubs gravy and pineapple stick( again for child). They said have to get in touch with just eat, or they would give something extra next time we collect. We dont collect and the idea of delivery is so you dont have to drive around etc. Such a shame as the food has improved alot over past year but things like this let them down. Kfc with no chicken ffs.

Service excellent, given extra as a good gesture (may of seen blue light badge) food nice and hot.

Halal food 💯🍟 chicken 👌♥️ that's more like it. I'm really impressed now with plenty of fit birds and single mothers if you need a one to one conversation this is the place. Get your food with a banging awesome package can't go wrong. 😬👍💃💃

😀 Pros: I love the fact that the food is Halal the food tastes pretty nice and smells fresh, customer service is average to decent, basically what you'd expect from a KFC franchise, THINGS TO IMPROVE ON: waiting times, Extending your closing time to 1:00 am 2:00am. Satisfied overall ... ✅

Chicken is too expensive £2.39 for one chicken fillet, Texas chicken nelson Leeds road can get 4 chick fillets for £3. This is clear proof retailers are being greedy. And at least have more drink options no pepsi or coke

They did not get your order right.food was very watery and disgusting and they don’t pay attention to you when you are ordering.
