I am old and I have no teeth, I asked for soup and I was served a sandwich. Quick crepes? REALLY? I’m 82, they’ve had me waiting until my teeth fell out. Honestly disappointed with the service they offer right now. Management really need to have a good look into who they’re hiring.

Had a fantastic experience today as a Coeliac. Ordered a gluten free meat feast, and a gluten free New Yorker. A member of the kitchen staff came over to say they chicken they were using today had a crumb coating. I explained I was a Coeliac and straight away they knew that it wouldn't be suitable and said with no issue that they would go get some fresh chicken. Felt totally relaxed that they understood and the food was delicious. The crepes are massive, I only managed 3/4 of my Meat Feast and my daughter just managed her New Yorker. Great value for money and the food was YUMMY

Daughter took me here as a treat. The food was fabulous, the staff friendly and prices reasonable. Indoor or outdoor seating available. The hot chocolate was wonderful... as was the biscoff milkshake... I couldn't decide between them so I had both 🤭

Been sat here for 48minutes and someone just sat down next to us ordered same food and got there food within 10 minutes and I've been here nearly an hour waiting management needs sorting out! Tables are not being cleared or cleaned, rubbish all over the floor and a hour wait for a sandwich and a toastie.

For me, 0 stars! 0 services! Unfriendly staff! We had our breakfast the food was disgusting and cold! Was expecting a nice breakfast for the cost of £8 but it was very disappointing. The bacon was rock-hard and the eggs were overcooked and less appealing. My son was hungry and waiting for his toast and took 20 minutes before they served it and it was cold toast! Very Bad service I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Could not recommend this place enough. The manager goes above and beyond for his customers. Took my ASD daughter for her birthday lunch. She has a very limited amount of food she will eat. They have always altered her food for her, no questions. The last visit the manager actual went out to buy the topping she wanted as they had non in store. This place will always have my custom

Great variety of savoury and sweet crepes. Lovely and clean with great service. I love coffee and they provide a wide variety besides teas and alcohol. The food is delicious and very filling. Highly recommend

The service was terrible we waited 40 minutes for our food only to be told that they had forgotten the order. No real apology for the delay and by this point our 2 year old was ready to leave so we had to rush to eat. The food was average with the crepes covered in too much syrup. With the level of service I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
