Wow best burger I've had local.. full of flavours cooked perfect.. got the chicken and beef mixed double 👌👌 plus the cheese is something else along with the special ingredients. Fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend. Deffoz coming back again.

We ordered several items from the menu - smash burger meal, loaded fries, chicken burger, the steak sub and red velvet cake. Really impressed with how fresh and flavourful the food was. The quality ingredients came through with everything we ordered and the portions were decent too. I especially liked the smash burger, steak sub and the homemade cheese sauce. The red velvet cake is probably the best I've had - will definitely be getting more of that! Friendly, efficient service and the space looked nice and clean too.

I’ve tried plenty of beef burgers in different places In Manchester and none of them come close to this one. I ordered a mighty Angus meal and wow brilliant! Worth every penny the beef just melted in my mouth and the price is fantastic £9.99 for a quadruple angus beef burger meal I’ve been to places charging £9 just for a double beef burger. The food and service was absolutely quality and on point and the red velvet cake slice is lovely too. 100% would recommend this if your into beef burgers one of the best you will ever have.

First time trying their burgers after being highly recommended to me. Had the double Angus smash burger which was amazing and cooked to perfection. Finest ingredients used throughout and brilliant service from all their staff. The red velvet cake that is baked fresh and in store is to die for. If you're in the area and fancy some top food this place won't let you down

Chips are sound, smash burger has juice dripping out of it and is relatively bland, burger is not on the level of local competition including the likes of Oasis Gorillaz, Burger Wise and Stacked. Strips are tiny and overpriced. Service is extremely slow with only 2 workers. Had to wait ages for food and worker had the cheek to charge me for extra sauce tubs. Primarily due to the lack of empathy and professionalism from the service, a loyal customer lost.

Ordered chicken nachos ans just got plain crisp and chcicken no sauce no jalapeños nothing beef burger meal chcicken burger meal and nachos cheese sauce no sauce tuned up and all food was cold ans when tried to ring back multiple times ans no answer shocking service

Ordered a few times and food was good and it’s gone down hill now, last time ordered food came cold. Rang to place the order today to see if it was one off and asked about delivery and was told they don’t do it anymore when went to ask something else they hung the phone up. Very rude!

Food is decent, however the service is horrendous. Large order placed at 20:45 for collection at 21:45, so it would be ready at 22:00 to collect straight away. When I arrived all three workers were sat down on their phones, when I told them I had a collection they said it would be 5-10 minutes. They then started to cook my order and I was waiting for 30 minutes until it was ready. Very annoyed when upon dishing out the meals to colleagues that a milkshake, a portion of chips, a portion of cheesy chips, and a portion of chicken tenders were missing. After calling they said I’d have to go back down to collect them, which took another 5 minutes after arriving. Pre-ordered more than an hour in advance and received everything over an hour late. When I mentioned this to one of the workers I got an insincere apology and a lie about the workers being new. (Been a few times and they definitely are not). For the prices they charge and the total spend on this order the service was disgusting and the overall experience was horrendous. Absolutely will not be returning.
