Been going turkish for years but last nite was the last time Ordered Mixed kebab with nann 4 chicken stripes chips with cheese Garlic bread cheese and peporonni it came to £29.50 Kabeb really good No cheese on chips paid for cheese The garlic bread was undercooked soggy and full of oil it fell bitsxwhen trying to eat it awful lost my custom

11/12/21 Placed an order for collection. 1 pizza, 1 kabab, 1 order of wedges. After waiting approx 20 minutes after the due time, the staff start shouting at each other and falling out. I was then asked if I would have another pizza that had already been made and not collected instead of the 1 that I had ordered (Meat feast instead of chicken & ham) when I got home (with no meal) we rang to complain but were told that the manager had left so to ring back another time. Not happy and still hungry! :-(

Ordered 2 kebabs on naan and chips. The naans were shop bought which was disappointing and the chicken sharwama was overly salty. The chips were awful. Tasted like they’d been cooked yesterday and warmed up today and when we went to collect, the staff were all miserable. Not one smile or welcome. Could cut the atmosphere with a knife - very uncomfortable. Will not use again.

Ordered a chicken shawarma kebab and it was nothing like a chicken shawarma. The meat was perfect but it had absolutely no shawarma flavours. I've been to Turkey and tasted shawarma but this had zero seasoning. Covered in sauce of your choice to disguise the lack of seasoning I think. Also ordered meat samosas and the filling can best be described as potato and meat pie with a little spice.

Awesome place to eat delicious food! This eatery has everything. The decor and atmosphere is really nice, it provides a family friendly environment. There's plenty of indoor seating. Situated in a prime location with parking close by. The food is delicious and well known, especially the calzone. The staff are super hardworking and friendly and the food is well priced. Will be returning soon! Would definitely recommend 10/10

Ordered £25 worth of food. Only to receive, what effectively was 3 trays of Donna meat. Tasted like it had been sat for the night. Horrible I would avoid

Got told could eat in. Very rude man who started shouting at us instead of being respectful. Told him to stop shouting but he continued. Very bad customer service.

My ordered me a lamb dinner kebab. What arrived was cheap pork sausage meat …… made to look like a dinner. It was horrible as I don’t like sausages at the best do time. Really not acceptable in this day and age

I'm order for 4 people shorma kebabs with nan bred buth every thing is disgusting not salad is not shorma kebabs really and the nan is very smol for the money is not good I'm never not take more for the restaurant....orible food....

Saturday night can be heaving with up to 30 people in the shop, its good grub and will sober you up in no time

Always a pleasure to visit Turkish Best ,,this man has worked so hard to get where he is now and I've followed his success and supported this community orientated local businessman and his family for nany years. Aisha and his staff have always made me feel welcome at Turkish Best,the food is consistently 10/10 hot and fresh ,reasonably priced meals with quality ingredients. There is no rival to this takeaway and I shall continue to happily put money across this counter. Thanks to all at Turkish Best xx

Worst food and arrived cold don’t order unless you want to be disappointed and I had to wait 2 hours for food. Disaster.

I wish I could give them zero star, their food is disgusting, my wife had their wrap and she fell ill I request everyone to avoid them if you care about your health, they don't care about hygiene

Absolutely terrible, TOO SALTY, and TOO OILY. The pizza was salty, the garlic bread was salty, and everything was dripping in oil. This is the first time we ordered, and it will be the last!

Having been going to this place for a number of years it's always been of a high standard...u pay a little extra but u also receive quality food. On this occasion however due to not having donner ready they sliced it raw and then threw it on the grill pan to speed up the process...got home and I could tell it was not properly cooked, smelt awful and put us off the other food all had to go in the bin. Owner wasn't there on this occasion or I would have called up yo complain. It's a one star from me...Anyhow hope u have better luck.

Great service. Excellent food choice. Very friendly staff always willing to take time on discussing food choices. They offer a good selection of healthy food options. Always very fresh food. Highly recommend to anyone.

Forgotten how good Turkish Kebab were, excellent quality of food and delivery. Only downside was the ordered drink didn't arrive but this wasn't detrimental to our enjoyment.

We've been ordering from here since we were in lockdown. I think the worst thing to ever happen has been a missing sauce, which for such a busy place is bloody amazing. The quality of the kebabs is easily the best in Burnley. We don't even bother looking elsewhere to order. If Turkish is closed we just don't order kebabs the night. Staff are always polite on the phone and when you go in if collecting. All in all its a great takeaway.

Absolutely disgusting the smallest kebab I’ve ever ordered for £6.50 I feed my 2 year old bigger teas never will we order again

Kebabs always taste better after a few slumps. But this is one of the only places I can say you don't need to be worst for wear to enjoy lol

This place has gone down in quality. Don’t use. You need to experience Turkish food else where and the quality. Bad attitude from the female on line when I complained. Have been ordering for years, but tonight’s was awful… dried up and reheated !!! Will not order again !!!

Got a takeaway today and one item was incorrect. The staff on the phone were very polite and rectified the issue swiftly and sent correct order. The food, as always, tasted great! Top notch eaterie 🙂
