    Talking with McDonalds staff is same as talking with a dog..the only difference between them is..the dog listens !

    Over recent months I have noticed that with the increase in Just Eat and other online based home delivery services, the waiting times for your order to arrive has grown considerably if you eat in. The drive through service remains the same as previously. Seems to me that the demand is greater than the supply chain can handle.

    Been there today, not very busy. Everything cold burgers,chips. Ordered breakfast on the app at 10:50 took payment, when got there just after 11 told tuff we don't do breakfast after 11. So ordered other items and had to wait 25 minutes for them. Absolute joke. Should of gone asda 1

    The drive thru here is always busy at night. Was annoyed at the impatience of the manager handing out food, but that happens. Fries were awful. Cold soggy and lifeless. Obviously around 2 hours old because when fresh they just don’t come out like that!

    Good place to eat in take out and drive through but not good to order online because staff ignore drive even the food is ready they don't hand over asap it ready in results clients are having cold/not warm enough food and long time waiting for drivers as well. Absolutely pathetic place for drivers take about 15 to 30 minutes to give order even it's ready they don't bother.

    SHOCKING INCOMPLETE ORDER RUDE STAFF TUT WHEN I ASKED FOR SAUCE THAT THEY DIDNT OFFER COLD AND ROBBERY BURGERS LIMP COLD HALF A BOX CHIPS By the time I fot home 7-8 min drive wasn't edible

    this place is so good, they told me that small macs dont exist and told me to "get the mchell out of the KFC." These Staff suck. Their programming and AI are one of the WORST I've ever seen. Elon Mask needs to improve the AI, when's the next update???? This week's Happy Meal collab DLC sucks. Even with the new patches, they still haven't fixed the issue of me getting a girls toy in my happy meal. I ran out of refund tokens, so I currently have around 50 girl toys in my attic.

    Short changed me was £13.58 give them £20 give me £5.50 back how the hell did the girl come up with that I know it's Burnley but.... then all the food was cold chips were well old and stale . Recipt had no ink on the print to check so had to drive back to the window and question this.. The face I got at the window and attitude no sorry naff all... Wow if you really hate your job that much don't work there never visit this place again

    It was clean, so hats off to the staff in charge of that. Otherwise it was appallingly slow (15 mins literally), no apology or explanation and the food arrived cold. If you aren't in the drive through, you are very much second class. I've complained to McD directly for all the good it will do. I will not be troubling McD's door again any time soon as the problem seems endemic, not just this store.

    This was a takeout about 9pm at night.. Quarter pound with cheese.. Cold and soggy...Horrible. Diet coke? What a laugh.. Tipped it out..flat watery sweet liquid.. Will never go here again. The worst McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune to experience food wise..

    Waited 15 minutes for our food- it was lukewarm when it arrived. Quite busy with takeaways so was ours left waiting? I should have complained but D in law and grandchild with me so didn’t want to cause a fuss. I don’t go often but will not accept this again- will definitely complain.

    Worse place to order from always have stuff missing... tonight I had just drinks arrive no food WHEN I ORDERED , telling me to contact just eat when this Is your issue this isn't the first time and from what I've read also it's happening alot to people The management on the phone at mcdonalds are absolutely rude I've taken this higher not just the staff it's the manager's there that need training aswell Won't be ordering from there again

    A Mcdonald with indoor seating area and drive through. Only one till in this Mcdonald but have a 2 self service machines. Place was clean but very busy when I came and was not enough seating really. This Mcdonald has toilets. The staff members where friendly though.

    Been a frequent and mainly ignored customer here for several years. But my complaint is specific, and aimed mainly at one member of staff who seemingly doesn't like me very much! To such a point that I was literally "body-blocked" one morning attempting to leave. This person's attitude would at best be called indifferent, but given their position mingling with customers I think most would call it ignorant or even personally rude. Lockdown seemed to give them some extraordinary powers which they relished using, hence the "body-blocking" incident late on in lock-down. Despite attempts by me at simple "hello, goodbye" and "how are you" they've never once even had the courtesy to reply or even acknowledge my conversation or even my presence. Today was no exception, I approached, smiled, said Hi and tried to put my rubbish in the correct bins, but they were blocked by said person's body. Clearly they were too busy in conversation with other staff to even acknowledge my presence. As I attempted to get their attention in order to find where on earth the trays went I gave up and walked out. I also get the impression (by the speed of the other staff behind the counter) that no one else wants to be out with this person either. And why is it that when ordering in the morning it is always "take-out only"? It's as if this person doesn't want anyone there! God forbid they'd have to do something. So after today I won't be returning, after 4 or so years of being completely ignored, scowled at and treated as an apparent Inconvenience, I will be breakfasting elsewhere.

    Went this morning for food while working, took us 9 minutes to actually put our order in through the drive through, then another 15 minutes till we actually got our food. Was organised chaos . Meant to be fast food ! Nothing fast about it since it reopened after the refurbishment .

    Extremely disappointed in our visit last night. We waited almost an hour for our food, which we were told multiple times it would be 5 minutes. Once we finally received the food it was cold, parts of the order were wrong and got an inedible chewy chicken wrap. Seems the priorities are the drive through and take away drivers. Will not be returning to this site again.

    Foods generally fine. Staff are generally friendly and helpful though a few seem to appear to hate being there. Atmosphere varies depending on the other customers but generally relaxed.

    Food was ok, luke warm chips and cardboard burgers, just what you'd expect really. However Mathew was top when it came to service with a smile, very helpful. So thanks for that it made the visit more enjoyable

    Parked up to do click and collect or whatever its called and I saw a staff member walking round looking very lost (even though you tell them which bay your parked at) and then she took my things back inside. They were brought out a little later by someone else and look at the state of this burger...

    Come here a lot for ice-cream, always friendly. Car park is hard to get in and out of onto road but I suppose that can't be helped! Newly fitted out (2023) and is nice and bright. Some lovely friendly staff too. If there was one downside, burgers can be a bit slapped together. There's no quality control, all just gets slung in the box and hope for the best I think 😂

    Went with my great grandson for tea. Been many times before and ordered the same for my great grandson. Never had a problem before. Happy meal, 4 chicken nuggets and drink + he likes a plain burger with a little lettuce on it. Staff have always done this without any problems. But this particular time the young rather rude young girl who said she was the manager. Refused to put some lettuce on the burger. I offered to pay but no she insisted it's not on the till so she couldn't do it. I was supported by several customers and they all agreed that she was rude and her customer service skills were non existent. I discovered that if I ordered a chicken sandwich it came with lettuce!!! Which I did and transferred it onto my childs burger WHAT A DISGRACEFUL SCENE on the part of the young disrespectful young girl (manager) the other staff apologised and but agreed that they couldn't go against her orders.

    Not quite sure whether staff don't know what they are doing or don't care. A few times there has been food missing, arriving cold or missing sauces and straws. Today was the cherry on the cake............ 2 missing hash browns........... £1.99 each them hash browns! Added a photo of a table with 2 missing hash browns on it!

    Iv never known a takeaway restaurant to forget soo many orders, this was the last time ordering from here after giving them the benefit of the doubt. We got our delivery tonight but it was missing all the food, only the drinks arrived, after the delivery driver checked all his orders he confirmed they only gave him 1 bag which was the one with the drinks in, we was told to get a refund from Just eat... why is it difficult for you to ring the restaurant tell them the mistake they made and have them actually rectify it? I don't want the refund I wanted the food. Why would I of ordered it if I just wanted my money back? Absolutely ridiculous...

    Stopped for an early breakfast meal eating inside, before our cinema trip. Great customer service, polite & friendly staff, food was brought over to our table after pre-ordering. Not too busy at 09.30am Sat am.

    Do what KFC does and make just eat drivers wait in a designated collection point. Customers who actually take the time to visit and eat in shouldn't have to feel like they are last in line for service. Just Eat is ruining fast food service

    Place order at 11.01 this morning, a total order of over £40. Was estimated for 11.30. Delayed to 11.50, delays to 12.20 then Delayed again till 12.40. 1 hour 40 mins after the order was placed. Contacted the store twice and was informed the food left at 12.30. Don't think the maths works out on that one lad. Anyways calls uber eats and informed about 6 times over and over again if we wanted to cancel the order.... let me think.... der yes or would you like us to eat cold food.... safe to say someone other than us will be complaining over a 40 quid order. Food waisted.

    The kiosk machine was only doing take outs but yet you could sit in to eat once placed order. Had to wait ages for the food though. But at least it was hot which says a lot.

    Shocking, order wrong yet again🙄 I have my grandchildren once fortnightly, So they want Mcd's , my husband went with it wrote down , 1hr ago No milkshake, so got fanta instead which is fine, until i saw that a fanta that was already ordered was not there, So one gchild with no drink Then myself and my granddaughter got large hot chocolates, nice you would think? NO it was rank, coloured hot water Yuk🤢 so two more drinks down Then the plain double cheese burger he ad pickle and bloomin sauce on it🤦 so no meal for grandson 2 Then medium fries And large fries ? Nope- 2 small fries So all in all it was a waste of money as half of it got thrown away! So thanks 👌 real 1st class service NOT 😡

    All McDonald's are terrible these day , you drive to the drive though, and it's park up , what's the piont, go inside and wait days for your order, then when you get it its wrong , muppets rule at every branch, definitely definitely not using ever again , utterly useless

    Drive through is way too busy and you have a 50 percent chance of being able to get a milkshake or ice cream. Then again I usually visit at night time so could just be my experience.

    The worst McDonald’s on planet earth. If you go to the drive through and have an old relative say your goodbyes before you go as you will be in the queue for roughly 27 years. Place is woeful

    Always ordered food with special requests, never served properly, like sandwiches without pickles or happy meal with cheeseburger but chicken nuggets instead. Please can you training your workers like they should be!!!

    One of the consistently better McDonalds I visit having been maybe once a month when I'm over that way for the past few years and I am yet to have a problem. One of the few places open later in the area and was nice that I arrived slightly after the takeaway close time(before the drive through closed) and they were still happy to serve inside- which helps as I have to be a fussy customiser and ordering at a drive through is always hit and miss. Staff always seem nice and helpful (though the person serving on this occasion could do with putting some effort into their customer service as three people infront of me all needed to go back for one thing or another and asking for sauce got a reaction as if I was asking them to give me the meal for free or something). Not a fan of the car park layout at this one, I can see nervous drivers struggling here as its a little bit tight to get in and especially out.

    Normally I don't give places like this reviews....but the burger was the best iv ever had....more so was the service from the young girl who served us....it was as iv never seen before....absolutely brilliant....and smiling all the way whilst serving us......food and service...especially from someone so young...which u don't normally get....was exceptional....

    Visited burnley this morning and you had two lovely staff working really hard, I had to get their names as they are a credit to your company 😀. Tia and Charlie were lovely and made me feel very welcome, to be honest if I had a company I would snap them both up, lovely pair. I never write reviews but just had to because they are very professional and happy positive people 😀

    Stayed in McDonalds for a good few hours as I need the WIFI for work. I was treated very nicely and not felt to be in the way. The staff were welcoming to everyone that walked through the door. Table service was offered and staff were very helpful and attentive. This is my 2nd time to the area and both times given great service from the staff. Thank you for making me feel welcome when it was throwing it down outside.
