Lovely park and fantastic that no dogs are allowed. Great cafe on the boating lake, which sells coffees, snacks, and ice cream.

Lovely park for the kiddies. Plenty to do for children of all ages, daughter loved the sand pit.

Really nice place to walk and rest. Haven't been out in the boats yet but will try too soon. Great wildlife you with swans, Canadian geese and ducks.

Large park. Large playground. Few attractions for kids like small train or boats (but you need to check when they are running!) Coffee shop (unfortunately open only in weekends :( ). From park you can entrance to canal, nice canal walks there. Short distance to town. Basically nice, clean park.

This is a really nice park for a leisurely stroll. It also has a play area for younger children, complete with a zip line. The best thing about the park is that there are no dogs allowed!

Won't let 16 year old out with younger siblings. Over 18 must be in boat. My over 18 year old prefers to do things other than take a boat out! In other words, if you are out with your kids you need to keep a better eye on your 16 year old (by being in the boat with them) than the mums sat on benches while their 6 year old creates havoc on the other side of the park. Will go to bike track in barrowford with kids in future.

Great amenities, paddling pool, boating lake, train, playground and more All set in a clean well kept park. Well staffed. A great place for a picnic.

Could have been 5 stars but hired a boat that when you row it you are facing back of the boat so you can't see where you are going. Other than that a good service.

It's a lovely place if you could feel the pace of it

Grew up frequenting this Park, now there's a miniature railway, and much more play equipment than ever before. Best on the summer days when the paddling pool is open as well to keep you cooled down.
