Food is as usual good but their is room for improvement in certain items. From my brief interaction with the staff I can tell that they're very cordial. Also they have a very clean dining area and washroom.The con of this place is that the air-conditioning is not that great. Also this outlet needs a makeover as it looks little bit old. Nice place for ready to eat and hang out. Not mentioning about crunchy chicken and it's other food menu. Sometimes grilled items are not available here. This store is spacious and quite clean. Washroom facility also available. Quality of food is little bit not upto par with other KFC's in metro cities. Still it's nice. Lastly one suggestion for KFC please modify your playlist. Earlier it used be nice but not now.

The chicken was okayish.. Could have been better... Unsatisfied with the quality of smokey grilled chicken drumsticks cause they were cold and dry. Tastes exactly like tandoori chicken, but less spicy. It should have been served hot.

The Place is located inside Ground Floor of Galaxy Mall in Burnpur Road, Asansol. It has got a nice ambience, Staffs are good but after COVID, I feel it has lost it's charm as it used to be. Plus, the biggest Miss is non- availablity of Toilets inside it's Premises. Rest, everything is Good.

With every passing day the quality and sizes are getting decreased...the chocolash is becoming filled with ice and the sizes of big 8's crispy chicken is getting smaller and smaller... being the first customer today expected a lot better...it seems that the chicken is being fried in dalda....or it was stale from last day served by making it hot...

Place is good for a proper hangout with friends and family and the addition is they serve veg as well which is a bliss. The only thing they need to take care of is proper hygiene and involvement of more cleaning staff as it is very difficult for only one person to clean everything. Hope they work on it soon. Cheers!

I ordered ultimate savings bucket...compared to kfc's in kolkata what I felt is the chicken wings were a bit dry along with the chicken strips which were more dry....the crunchy legs were actual of some good ! The dips quantity were very less.

I would have given 6 stars if I could. Its personal. I simply am a big fan of their fried chicken. Tastes awesome like they say finger licking good. Burgers are too good too. Only thing I didn't like was their carbonated drink. They mix water in it I guess. No taste just tasteless.

The food is moderately good. Service is also good. But the burger didn't have mayonnaise or cheese in it and was dry. The rest of the items were good. I had given 2 stars but then after tasting the smoky grilled, I changed my mind. It was really tasty.

Don't go here if you wanna have some chicken. Visit labela in ushagram, asansol. I am sure this kfc's manager would also be looking at this review to approve. So I would request you to visit this place and have a taste of one of the best chicken shops in our city.

Today Ordered food from KFC quality was very bad. Rice of the biriyani was uncooked and the grilled chicken was not grilled at all and it was boiled with masala spread all over it. After a long time on 7th of July 2023 I visited KFC again and the experience was awesome and their place was well decorated. This is not my first time earlier I have visited KFC and also had a bad experience .But this time I really experienced a good food quantity but their price is a bit higher.. ambience is very nice with no smell of chicken or other things they have maintain the hygiene and the staff behaviour is also good and it is a peaceful place to enjoy your food with yours loved ones. They have improved their food quality from previous years.
