Arrived and person greeted us was pleasant. We checked into our room, and after a bit noticed the people next door obviously brought their large dogs. This is a no dog hotel. We went to the pool, though very small, but the kids had a good time. The clock was 9 hours off in the pool area, not a huge amount of seating available and no towels in there. I stopped at the front desk to get towels, but no one was there. Myself and another guest (waiting to check in) waited for about 10 minutes, then the person came from the back. I told the front desk again about the barking dogs next to our room. He said ok, as we had to get up at 5 AM. It was 10:15 PM and the dogs were still barking, called the front desk and he said he would stop by the room with the dogs. He knocked on the door (no answer of course) and left and did nothing. My husband went to the front desk and asked him to call the owners (as I am sure they had some contact info). So he did, told him that people had complained and people indicated they would be arriving back to the hotel shortly (didn't even bother to say well this is a hotel with no dogs--they obviously knew this with the sign at the front desk). So my husband asked for a different room since he wasn't doing anything. He said they had nothing left. I had then showered, and while showering observed a previous bar of soap on the soap rack in the shower, disgusting. The lights in the room were half out and the ceiling fan in the bathroom didn't work. After a while again with dogs barking and kids needing to sleep, my husband went back to the front desk and then at that point, they magically had another room available. So we all moved into a new room. Got into the room and shut the door and observed a wad of toilet paper stuffed into the peek hole in the door. It is clear they are not cleaning the rooms. So disappointing as we love these hotels, but will definitely not return to this one as the staff obviously didn't want to enforce the rules or have staff clean the rooms appropriately.

The staffs were very friendly and welcoming. The place is very clean and warm. The location is also in a very convenient area as many amenities are nearby. I found the hotel looks modern and the check in and check out was very smooth.

Nice hotel! The overnight gal is a peach and super friendly. Day folks are friendly and helpful too. Breakfast is good. Pool is kinda small but hey, it's bigger than the bathtub. Nice room and comfy bed.

All in all it was a decent hotel. The staff were all very nice and they had some candy, snacks, and soda for sale at the desk. It wasn't prices too terribly high like some places. The location was pretty quiet with a breakfast restaurant next door and a gas station in walking distance on the other side. It was close to the highway we came off of and the other one we needed to leave on. Room was clean and beds were comfy. TV channels were a bit lacking but we found some stuff to watch. There was a crazy woman yelling in the hallway and a whole little kid baseball team staying and they were loud but they stopped by 9 and they're just kids having fun. We didn't eat breakfast because we weren't hungry so I can't speak on that.

They have a scrumptious breakfast buffet from 6-10am that includes eggs or pancakes &/or potatoes &/or sausage/ham, etc. in a cozy dining area. They make pizzas as well. Yum 🙂 Nice, clean rooms, too.

DO NOT BOOK!!!!! Booked a block of rooms for my wedding, owner said everything was taken care of but when my guests booked AND checked in no one has any idea about the wedding. Discounts were not given as they were supposed to. My family needed a handicap accessible room & were not given one, when they inquired about it the front desk ask if my family member was “actually handicapped”. RUDE!!!!! Many, many many complaints from all my family who stayed here and owner did NOTHING to help out

Unfortunately had a run in with bed bugs in our room. The staff were as gracious as possible and handled the issue for us. These things happen to all hotels sooner or later. Make sure you’re checking under the mattress when you arrive.

Needs better plumbing--first room, toilet didn't flush; second room, shower was slow to drain. Also no grab bars in shower stall in what we were told was a handicapped accessible room. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

I’ve stayed at a lot of cheap hotels, and all of them were 4 stars better than this one. The room had a horrible smell, like it used to be a smoking room. The shower had black mold in it. The fire alarm was missing. There were bugs all over the hotel. I didn’t get a pic of the massive centipede, but it was huge and disgusting. The parking lot had pot holes that would total your car if you are so unlucky to hit one. We will never be back. Save yourselves by going somewhere else

Our stay was for 3 nights with 2 queen beds and the first night we found bugs on the bed....which wasn't too nice of course...couldn't sleep much due to the fact that we had a baby with us and making sure there's wasn't any more bugs throughout the night. It was nice that housekeeping came in and change our sheets, restock the towels and empty trash etc. Breakfast was ok very simple....cereal, muffin, toast, fruits, juice tea, coffee etc.

While the location was nice the rooms were not up to standards nor was the breakfast we spend back-to-back weekends at this hotel for a sporting event with multiple families we needed more kid-friendly food and hotel rooms that didn't have cigarette butts in the windows

The place has a lot of potential. But overall it was dirty. Parking lot had trash and numerous giant potholes. The pool was warm but dirty. Didn't seem the filter was running. Rooms were neat but had splatter stains on the wall. The breakfast was very nice.

Outstanding service, we had to leave early from our stay and everyone was so very pleasant and helpful! GM Jeff, Hez and Katie were awesome! Thank you! Take notice of these employees Americinn. Good to know there is still good old fashioned customer service still out there. Will stay again when we are in the area.

By far one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. They garbage in the back stinks like it hasn't been dumped in years. The back parking lot has so many pot holes your at risk of damaging your vehicle. We've had no cable and when we called the front desk the guy said I'm talking with Comcast and just hung up the phone. The pool was absolutely cold. My kid didn't even want to swim. Even they cart to will things in is broken. This was a horrible place to stay. Never again or will I recommend it.

Pretty decent spot kinda hidden on the major area of County Rd 42 and I-35. Has a very small pool and exercise room. Decent complimentary breakfast. Beds were decent. Staff were really friendly. Overall, the entire building was clean and presentable. The locks all worked fine. The only thing is, our room didn't have like a TV guide or channel guide at least, no welcome folder that let's you know policies and what not, and my microwave I had to move the entire entertainment center to plug in. Was not fun because that sucker was heavy.

Being a traveller I experienced a hand full of hotels and this one surprised me after read some reviews I wasn't expecting to have such a warm welcome. Since the front desk till the cleaning group such a nice and helpful people works there.they were always asking if anything needed and my room was cleaned every 3 days. The gentleman that drives the YRC truckers is such a friendly person with always a smile and ready to guide you . If I have the chance to go back again there's no doubt where I wanna stay. They make you fell like the family you have back home.

The stay was well, cleaning ladies were VERY nice and great customer service from them. Yet the last night we stayed in the morning it was 9:30 A.M. and we asked for more warm breakfast because there was nothing left, and they only brought out one of the breakfast choices, we asked for the second choice, and the guy working told us that "it's 10:00 A.M., I'm not making anymore breakfast" even though we had asked for the breakfast 30 minutes earlier, horrible costumer service from him.

It's a little bit hard to get back in there if you really don't know what's back there but there is three motels there and this hotel is gracious enough to host Santa for Make-A-Wish

Very disappointed. I booked this hotel after spending hours looking at location, amenities, and most of all, reviews. Check-in was rough - no one was there when I walked in. I had to call the hotel while I stood in the lobby so I could get someone's attention. A young black girl wearing a Rugrats sweatshirt came running up to help; she was immature in her communication skills. I was checked in and requested a quiet area. I was handed rooms keys to only go down to the room and open the door to see the room was still dirty (beds weren't made, used towels were in the bathroom., etc.). I was then assigned a room immediately across from the pool and under a family with kids running the halls. That evening, from 6pm to 12am, it sounded like a stampede of elephants above us and in the halls... the kids were screaming as well. We went to the front desk to talk to management and when they attempted to contact the room above us, no one answered and then the tenants proceeded to start making a ruckus again. We were able to get moved the next day, but then guess what? Another night of noise above us. We just dealt with it at that point. Other issues: The air filter in the first room we stayed in was filthy. We had to rinse them off in the bathtub so that the room didn't smell so poor. Our car was damaged in the parking lot - a hit and run situation. A lot of work trucks are at this hotel and there are no security cameras - we were right in the front too! In the dining area, the chalk board said French toast but there was never any of that as an option for breakfast. The shower in the pool area doesn't even work- it's just sitting there dripping and wasting water. I would absolutely NEVER stay here again. What a waste of my hard earned money.

Clean, comfortable and friendly. Hot complementary continental breakfast. Nice little pool. Excellent location!

We had to switch rooms because the original we were given was filthy and the grate on the AC unit was covered in mold. A friend of ours also had to switch rooms because when they arrived at 6:30PM, the room they were given hadn't been cleaned from the previous night's guests. The staff just seemed annoyed when the issues were brought to their attention.

Very clean definitely have an awesome housekeeping staff it's probably one of the cleanest rooms I've been in! I did hotel housekeeping years ago so I always check the "most forgotten" things and they passed every test lol (I am scared to death of dirty rooms, bedbugs all of that so I get ridiculous I won't even bring my items in until I inspect a room) Very friendly helpful front desk staff no hassles very laid back and efficient check in process
