Food was delicious but the service was incredibly slow for a lunch. Spent over an hour and a half on what was supposed to be a quick lunch. Prices have gotten outrageous as well compared to what they were even a couple years ago. If you have the option, you may as well go to a higher class establishment since you'll probably pay the same and get better quality service and food.

Slow on a Friday night, nice server and food was fine. However, one surf and turf had the smallest lobster tail I have ever seen. Prices have gone up and quality/portions have gone down. Not a great business plan for longevity. The duo lobster tail dish also had teeny weeny lobster tails. It's like they used part of our meal to combine with another dish. I took a picture only because I was very surprised that the manager that brought us our food actually allowed that tail to leave the kitchen. Its sad that the mashed potates were larger than the meat on the tail.. Two stars for service and cleanliness of restaurant. Also, the picture shows a filet mignon which is an upcharge. It was very low quality; difficult to cut and chewy. A medium rare filet should cut like butter. A message to corporate and management: you can't raise prices then give consumers low quality food. Do you think people are stupid? We still enjoyed our family time together but most likely will not return. Time to find a new seafood restaurant.

Ronald was absolutely AMAZING!! Ronald, the cook/server/employee was the absolute kindest and most welcoming person ever. I normally do not leave reviews for big restaurant chains but my experience here was phenomenal. I came here for the first time in probably like 10-15 years. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The waitresss was very helpful with food options and recommended a few choices and the food came out relatively quick! I ordered the calamari and a few drinks which were delicious. The best part of my experience which prompted me to leave a review is Ronald. Ronald greeted us and we gaged in small conversations. He made us feel comfortable and welcomed. After our brief encounter, he thanked us for coming and told us he hoped to see again. The type of hospitality we receive from Ronald is increasing rarely and we are fortunate to have meet him even for a brief moment.

First time trying lobster, first time at Red Lobster. The shrimp was not bad at all, the lobster was decent, scallops weren't bad at all!! Loved the mac n cheese, but had to send the brussel sprouts back. My niece & nephew ordered the endless Monday shrimp, but constantly had to wait for their orders to come & it wasn't that busy tonight. The waitress started off good but just seemed to loose interest & took forever between visits, I had asked her for a 2nd beer 🍺 & her reply was are you sure you did, because I'm sure you said you didn't want another. Definitely not the service you expect, especially when you say it's you're first time at a Red Lobster

Great tasting and pleasant atmosphere. I had the Salmon New Orleans and Moscato wine. The famous cheddar bay biscuits were also good. The staff is short, but he did his best.

The waiter Jake was awesome and very respectful he was quick with our order. When you come here you are gonna want him. I wish I could give Jake a infinite star review. I am looking forward to coming back here soon and having Jake as my server. This was the BEST experience of my LIFE.

Went here on a Friday for lunch. Tania was our waitress and she was very good and kept the refills coming. Both my wife and I had the surf and turf and it was amazing! Highly recommend!

The food was great. The waiter was great. It was expensive and we knew that going it. The thing that surprised me the most was my steak was my favorite part of the meal. It is a seafood restaurant so the shrimp and lobster was super good. No complains at all but the steak was amazing like melt in your mouth oh wow, what did you do to this steak good!!! I have been to steak houses that could learn from this chef. It was tender, flavorful, juicy, perfect. I often use steak sauce on my steak. I can't imagine insulting this steak by putting steak sauce anywhere near it.

Cheddar bay biscuits, shrimp scampi, and shrimp alfredo! Need I say more? I'm about to gain 10 lbs and I don't care! Our server was really great too, very friendly.

The calamari was rubberized and the flounder was over cooked. All in all it was a rather disappointing visit.

Good food - had the try two deal with coconut shrimp and shrimp scampi. Service was absolutely horrible. We waited over 15 minutes to be acknowledged by our server. Once he brought out the water, it was another 10 minute wait for order. And he messed up the order as well.

We came in this evening 2/4/24 and Jesse served us. He was the best server I have seen in a very long time. We were celebrating a birthday and he went out of his way to be so sweet to my Mother in Law. Food was hot, fresh, and service was fast. Not once did we have to ask for a refill. We were the table in the far back corner, the circle table with a party of 6 around 5 ish. I don't know if there's more than one Jesse, but please let him know how wonderful he is.

Silverware was dirty when I unrolled it. They've discontinued the crab linguini alfredo due to quality issues so I opted for the lunch soup and salad. Caesar salad was covered in dressing, but somehow was still bland. Lettuce had clear brown spots on most of the pieces, despite the dressing. Soup was alright but also on the bland side. The biscuits were the biggest disappointment. Their texture was off and were incredibly greasy. They tasted as if they were old and stale. Server said the company has changed how they hot/hold them which degrades the quality.

We got in by 6pm and only waited a few minutes. Our service staff was very quick and food was very good. I always get snow crab. Hubby got the endless shrimp. My daughter got chicken strips and macaroni off kids menu. Hubby got 2 beers and we just had soda. Bill was like 127.00 crazy how much it costs to eat out now.

Just got done eating at the Burnsville location, and Amy was was our server. She was amazing—some of the BEST customer service that we’ve experienced in a while. She was kind and prompt, without being overbearing. Loved chatting with her about her daughter’s favorite meal, which I also happened to order (Caesar salad with Salmon), and about Cosmic Bingo at the casino. Thanks for the great meal, Amy! My family greatly appreciated it!!

We love Red Lobster, it never disappoints us. We don't have the best selection of seafood in Minnesota. Food: It is always full of flavor and you get plenty of food. Love the house salad, cheddar bay biscuits and the Passion Colada. We always get shrimp and Lobster. Shrimp Alfredo is always tasty too. Another sleeper is their coconut shrimp, yummy! Atmosphere: Always feels like your on the east coast and I love it. Family and kid-friendly environment. Service: Always friendly and attentive and generous with the biscuits, thank you :)

Jesse G! What a fabulous waiter. He really made our night with his amazing customer service, attitude, and smile. That guy is perfect for that job and he should be training people if he isn't already. We will ask for him every time we go there.

Love going here. Service is ALWAYS good. Went to RL yesterday and food was good but why did they change the recipe on the cheddar bay biscuits. I don't like them now. Please bring back the original recipe.

We had a nice time last week during the endless shrimp. Our server was a very nice hard working young man. Our food was great, I had the leftovers today for lunch and they were great. Keep up the great work & food please, we most definitely will return. I highly recommend this place. I have been going to this location since I was 12. Back in the mid 1980,s. It has always been a good place to enjoy great seafood of quality!

Food was delicious & Hot and fresh. Server was very good. Though it was busy. They were tight on the the biscuits they only gave us three and it was two of us so they should at least gave us four .we had to ask for another one. After that they got it right and will bring us two at a time. But everything was good. And we enjoyed ourselves in the food will be going back.

This is my 2nd time ordering take out and it was not it. Unless you are dining in, you get rubbish. The orzo rice, the "crisp potatoes" and crab legs were all stuffed in 1 containers so by the time I got home, it's no longer "crisp" potatoes. The rice was about 3 table spoons, not sure why when I ate it at the restaurant it was more, the potatoes was a generous portion but could not eat it and the crab was supposed to be roasted garlic butter but they decided to give me just steamed crab, nit sure why. The restaurant is always clean but as said, unless you are dining in, you get rubbish.

Had a reservation for 6 pm. Checked in at 10 minutes to six and was not given a buzzer to let us know we were ready to go. At 10 after 6, 20 min later, and many other people being seated, I snagged the manager and asked if my reservation was a waste of time, and he said he would have us seated. 10 more minutes later, we were seated. It took like 15 min before anyone came over. When he did, AB was great but super busy. When we got there at 530, we sat at the bar, and Larry was fantastic!

They have a fantastic rainbow trout with broccoli and a baked potato. My daughter always gets the lobster mac and cheese. Of course the biscuits are to die for according to her.

Did a pickup order. Staff are very nice. We ordered lobster bisque and the shrimp combination. The shrimp was very good. The fried shrimp is 2/5. Everything else was amazing. The lobster bisque was truthfully the most disappointing thing. I was hoping that would be the star of my meal. I give it 1/5. The bisque was way too salty. Some of our shrimp still had veins in them - we fed them to the cats. The cats thought it was good. Over all it was okay. Might go back if they don’t give me veins in my shrimp. Update: I didn’t say enough. The biscuits were disappointing. The cats ate those too. And I dropped from 3 stars to 2 stars because I went to Red lobster specifically for the lobster bisque and it was terrible. It should be used as a sauce not a soup. It was too salty and thiccc. Hate to say it but I expected so much more from that bisque.

It was actually good. Service was great. Food was just right for all 6 of us. Lunch was the best. From Shrimp Scampi linguine to my Clam chowder. The fish n shrimp plate was a hit. Also a Mexican take on seafood was good. Love the little biscuits.

First time dining in, our waitress was very nice. The cheddar bay biscuits were absolutely delicious. We had the unlimited shrimp tonight and it was spectacular. Loved the scampi shrimp, coconut shrimp and grilled shrimp on a skewer! Walton's favorite wasn't my favorite.

Great meal, great service! Management, give Chris (longer hair) a raise! When you have great service it makes the experience so much better. The guy is fantastic.
