I
rarely
post
negative
reviews
but
this
is
too
important
for
someone
else
to
not
know
about.
I
have
had
lashes
for
just
over
a
decade
and
have
seen
4
amazing
technicians
over
this
time
due
to
moving
around
for
work.
I
have
never
ever
had
issues
with
eyelash
extensions
and
have
always
maintained
healthy
natural
lashes.
Having
recently
moved
to
the
area
I
tried
Ella
due
to
the
reviews
and
her
very
convenient
opening
times.
After
only
3
sessions
(approx
2-3
weeks
apart)
I
have
the
following
disappointing
experiences
which
I’ve
never
had
before:
-
cutting
old
lashes
and
my
natural
lashes
to
remove
during
an
infill
-
burning
and
blurred
vision
for
the
rest
of
the
day
~16
hours
post
visit,
(I
would
go
in
the
morning
and
have
the
burning
feeling
and
blurred
vision
until
late
afternoon/evening
sometimes
worse
the
next
day
so
24
hours
later
-
apparently
this
is
normal
-
my
natural
lashes
are
falling
out
in
clumps,
I
now
have
gaping
bald
patches
and
brittle
broken
lashes,
something
I’ve
never
had
before
-
clumps
and
chunks
of
lashes
stuck
together
-
I
specifically
asked
for
classic
(one
on
one)
or
light
hybrids
which
I
was
told
“yes
no
worries”
natural
style
lashes
but
each
time
have
left
with
large
chunky
fans
with
multiple
lashes
stuck
to
clumps
of
my
natural
lashes.
This
is
bad
as
your
individual
lashes
grow
at
different
rates
and
can
cause
premature
breakages
or
hair
loss.
Additionally,
people
who
have
never
commented
before
“oh
wow
why
you’re
wearing
fake
eyelashes”
its
pretty
obvious
the
style
is
wrong
-
Pestering
for
a
positive
google
review,
I
don’t
agree
with
businesses
begging
and
demanding
clients
leave
positive
reviews
for
the
sake
of
it.
A
review
should
be
at
the
discretion
of
the
reviewer
not
forced
by
the
business
-
Cash
only
and
different
pricing
each
time
regardless
of
same
service/amount/length
of
appointment
When
I’ve
tried
to
voice
these
concerns
during
my
most
recent
visit
and
I’ve
been
told
“this
is
all
normal
and
okay
darling,
don’t
worry”.
A
rather
aloof
response
to
some
valid
concerns.
I
know
of
another
client
I
met
coincidentally
recently
saying
she
had
been
there
for
over
2
hours
for
a
“classic
full
set”
and
her
eyes
were
stuck
together
at
the
end.
I
went
to
another
technician
who
took
nearly
an
hour
and
a
half
to
remove
the
lashes
they
were
so
painful.
Upon
removal
the
discovery
of
the
damage
to
my
natural
lashes
was
horrible.
Broken
brittle
stumps
where
they’ve
been
cut
or
snapped
because
of
the
weight
of
the
clumps,
gaping
bald
patches
where
chunks
have
fallen
out.
She
thinks
it’ll
be
8-10
weeks
recovery
before
I
even
consider
getting
extensions
again.
I
was
too
scared
to
go
back
to
Ella
to
have
them
removed.
I’m
so
sick
about
this
whole
experience
and
feel
so
“bald”
which
I
know
sounds
vain
but
when
you’ve
had
beautiful
soft,
perfect
lashes
for
a
decade
you
get
used
to
the
look
and
feel.
It’s
a
part
of
your
identity
and
I
feel
this
has
been
taken
from
me.
I
realise
there
are
“real
world
problems”
out
there
and
I’m
glad
not
everyone
has
had
this
experience.
I
just
don’t
want
someone
else
to
go
through
my
pain.
