👍👍 This place was great. They did an ear mold for my 96 year old father really fast. The hearing aids came in faster than expected and they made an appointment right away to pick them up. They made sure my dad knew how to put them in, take them out and charge them. People often mention hearing, aids,

Great place, very friendly people & staff. they helped my dad countless times starting with getting his hearing aids, adjusting them, providing him with the batteries, fixing them...... can't complain, they are the best.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful in getting my mother her hearing aids. It was difficult to make an appointment and customer service over the phone could be much better. You get a sense that you are putting them out by needing help. The WORST THING IS they YELL AT YOU IF YOU'RE NOT WEARING A MASK! Clearly, the staff is not wearing them as they walk around the office but make sure you have yours on as soon as you walk in the door or you will be shamed in front of other people!

I can still hear just not certain tones. Medicaid paid for my hearing aids. The doctor was very thorough and went through everything 2 times. She watched me put them on 3 times to ensure I could put them on and take them off correctly. Included all my batteries and accessories that are included in my kit. Thank you for all your help.

Great place to go for hearing aids and supplies. Easy to get appointments and they take blue cross community health insurance

This medical facility provides health care the way it is supposed to be. Sense of punctuation and kindness of personal is top notch. Doctor's expertize made the visit completely satisfactory. No wasting time in waiting room. We were out in less than 45 minutes, and all was done professionally and with utmost care for patient's dignity. Highly recommended.

Nice place but be prepared to wait. Every time we go it’s at least a 30-44 minute wait to be seen by the tech.
