This is the Greatest Place to go if you have chronic pain, I can honestly say these doctors care. Let me share my experience with these wonderful doctors who listen to you, understand your pain and actually give you help. Dr. Glaser has improved my quality of life, given me the help I needed so urgently, honestly he has saved my life. Coming here has made my pain more manageable and offered many different solutions to help with my pain. If I could rate 7 stars I would, coming here you will get top notch care, doctors who actually care, doctors who have empathy and that are incredibly talented with realistic approaches for long term help. I have never seen such wonderful and warm hearted doctors and all staff. These people not only take care of your needs but they go that extra step. I highly recommend this place, and would insist you come here first before anywhere else. I drive far each month to come here because they are the best, I would send my children here if they needed help, I would have all of my family and friends come here if they needed care before anywhere else. This place truly has the best of the best. I give you my word and in all honesty you will not find more compassionate and caring doctors anywhere else, these doctors are highly skilled and very intelligent, the cream of the crop. I consider Dr. Glaser a real life hero.

Been seeing Dr. Glaser for 16 years after a horrible car accident. He keeps me functioning and able to work a full time job and also an active life style with minimal meds. The entire office has been kind, compassionate and understanding. No issues over the years. Not much of a wait time. When I call in, I receive a phone call back quickly. Couldn't recommend this office enough. Thank you PSGS!!

I would to thank Dr. Glaser for taking me as a patient. I have been with him for abt 1 year. He has been able to relieve my cervical pain abt 80%. I'm looking forward for my lower lumbar next. I was in a accident 11 years ago. I have been seeing dr after dr. No has helped me like this ever. It was just pill after pill after pill. We started injections and medication. And he was really able to help me. The staff at his locations are amazing as well. Would never trade this Dr for any other.

I was in a car accident and my neck and back was injured due to the accident and then my pain took a turn for the worst and traveled to my left hip and left knee to the point of me needing a wheel chair when I go out walking was a horrible task but after seeing Dr Glaser with the injections, I am able to walk with no pain again he save me physically as well as mentally. I humbly thank Dr Glaser and recommend him to all. I feel like I have a brand new body.

I was referred to Dr. Glaser. I was expecting quality care. This practice should be shut down. The front desk receptionist Myra was very rude. As I asked her simple questions regarding my appointment, She acted as though I was being an inconvenience to her. My appointment was scheduled for 12noon but I didn't get seen into 2:45pm. I was highly upset. If Someone schedule their appointment for a certain time than they should be seen at that time OR a couple mins pass that time. NOT 3 hours later. that is very unprofessional and inconvenience for us patients. I only was seen by Dr Glaser three times because I didn't like his " Assessment and plan" he suggested for me. He literally comes in the room for 5 mins than prescribed A boat load of medicine. I honestly don't think he even look through my chart. Dr Glaser do not take the time to really focus on the patients needs. all he seen to care about is how many patients he can see within a certain " Time frame". I always try to see the best in every situation but unfortunately there isn't anything I can say positive about this practice. I don't see this practice being open in the future.

Front desk is very rude and unprofessional. Often have to wait for them to finish their personal conversations before being called to check in. They will reschedule your appt last min and when you arrive for your appt they will have you waiting long periods of time. I have experienced multiple times the front desk schedulers reschedule my appt without letting me know or they would keep the appt time but change providers without informating patients. I have complained multiple times to the manger, which he didn't seem to be any help neither. He was very standoffish. This has become an ongoing issue that has not gotten resolved. I have had better Quilty costumer service experience from Mcdonalds drive thru compared to this place. Wasn't neither worth 1 star. HOPFULLY someone will be open to what's best for patients and change things for the better.

Professional, friendly and courteous staff, the typical wait time as in any doctor’s’ office, but the MA, Miguel Leon was compassionate, understanding and helpful. Miguel prepared my medical chart and made my visit with Dr. Scott E. Glaser so efficiently! Dr. Glaser took his time and actually listened during my consult. Dr. Glaser provided me with many options and explained each thoroughly. Finally a staff that doesn’t judge you or rush you out the door, on the contrary, Miguel made sure I had my post office visit notes, prescriptions, referrals, etc., before I left the office. RESPECT!!!!

My mom has been going to Dr. Glaser for many years due to a chronic pain condition. Dr. Glaser has been very attentive to managing her pain and happy to say that she is living a better life because of the excellent care of Pain Specialist of Greater Chicago. We highly recommend Dr. Glaser, Tia Hanke, and Maria Anderson.

The doctor completely and utterly lied to patient’s face. Tried to sell the patient on Suboxone when Suboxone is not indicated to treat pain. The doctor then said yes it is. But Suboxone is indicated to treat opiate use disorder substance use disorder but not chronic pain not severe chronic pain.
