I hate to write a bad review for a local establishment, but rudeness and a display of apathy towards a frequent customer deserves a response. Recently I ordered a small Chicken wing (12 pieces). Upon returning home I found only 8 chicken wings in the box. I called the informed the owner of the shortchange. He laughed and said that we must have been given the box the employees had been eating out of (GROSS!). He said the next time I ordered he would make up the shortchange. Yesterday my wife ordered wings and explained to the wife's owner of her husbands promise. She was rude, abrupt said she was too busy, stating "do you want the wings or not?" She made no attempt to rectify the situation. I then drove there and spoke to the owner, she rudely said "well sometimes we put one or two extra wings in the box and nobody complains about that." So what does that have to do with my order being 25% short. Am I expected to pay for everyone else getting more??? She was very insistent that shortchanging chicken wings was an acceptable practice. She could have rectified this simply by saying sorry for the mistake and included as she previously said, "1 or 2 extra wings", in the box, but no, instead she chose to be flippant. Lesson learned: Count your chicken wings!

I have ordered food from here for the past 10 years. I will not do it again. Apparently 3 miles is too far away for a delivery now. That older woman that answers the phone sometimes is incredibly rude and dismissive almost every single time I end up speaking with her. Completely done with nikos and their deplorable way of dealing with customers.

Just ordered a small pizza with toppings close to $20. My daughter picks up a piece and the cheese falls right off onto the plate. I go take a look at the pizza the bottom crust is soaked like a month old wet sponge. I called to let the pizza place know I was very unhappy with the pizza. The male who answered the phone did not offer to make a new pizza. My children returned the pizza with receipt. Money was given back , but she told off my 14 year old son and my 21 year old daughter she is the owners wife keep this in mind. It’s ok to call me personally to not order from you because I complained and returned the pizza . What kind of an adult never mind being the owners wife screams at my children don’t you ever step foot in this place again or ever order from here in the future in front of other customers. And tell your mom the same never to call here and order from us again like literally screaming at my children. Is there something wrong with complaining about pizza or food it happens in the hospitality business, but you are allowed to verbally abuse my children instead in public . Seriously you need to go back to wherever you came from if this were caught on video you would be shut down . You are a last resort for most of the area. Now I know not only is your food disgusting. You also verbally abuse children. Wonder what you do when no one is watching absolutely horrific and unbelievably disturbing. Go seek professional help wife of the owner you have serious mental health issues.

Broastered chicken is amazing

It's a baklava flavored bottom with a yummy creamy vanilla custard topping! And the wings were fresh and delicious!

Place is rude! Wanted to order 24 piece wings with a little of every flavor. The lady said no you can't. So I thought ok maybe it's to much. So I asked for half sweet and sour half teraki. She said no you can't 1 flavor only! If you want half and half order 2 smalls for 34$ when the medium is 20$ for the same amount of wings. Place is rude and don't care

I go to Niko's quite often. I've been looking over the previous reviews, and I would say the following: For the most part, the food is very good. But the owner can be quite belligerent at times. I don't know why he doesn't recognize this, because it turns customers away.

I just bought a house not far from Niko's and I am never disappointed when I call there and the customer service over the phone is excellent, the delivery service is excellent. And the food is always hot and tasty! Every time I order delivery it's incredibly pleasant that the person answering the phone is upbeat and cares for the order experience. Appreciate that! Bonus points 👉 driver showed up in a Subaru Legacy gt. Love it!

Was trying to order for pickup. was told couldnt hear me, so i hung up and called back and was hung up on the second time before i got a word out. the third attempt resulted in the the owner being verbally abusive, canceled my order and then hung up on me. told me my $32 wasn't worth it when I mentioned that she hung up on me. actually they have now lost more than $32 as this used to be where we ordered from 1 or 2 times a week. food is good but not worth the abuse and aggravation.

So rude and dismissive. Feeling a little under the weather I called for some sustenance. They told me it would be a 1 hour and 45 minute wait and when the owner found out that it was just going to involve a small pizza, a Caesar side salad and two sodas, he said it was too small an order, unless I wanted to come and pick it up. It would appear they need some serious management advice, not to mention social skills. PS I called Elite Pizza on Highway 102 and not only were they courteous, but they had our food to us within 30 minutes!

Nikos is a go-to for pizza. Great ownership that is attentive and friendly. Top tier Pizza in my opinion too. The hot sausage topping Is my favorite!

Our family visited the lovely village of Burrillville for sports and were famished… fortunately Nikos was here! Kris and family greeted us and all the folks with no nonsense hospitality…. They obviously know how to make an authentic pie, with a crispy crust and loaded toppings!!! Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful dining experience the weekend of the Burrillville Art Festival. Chris was so friendly and FUNNY! The food was delicious and service was excellent. My husband, myself and the kids had a wonderful experience and have continued to order here for take out weekly.

I used to really love Niko's... I still think they have the best pizza in town. But now I have to go all the way back to Woonsocket for KFC because Niko's no longer does fried chicken dinners... The chicken wing dinners are not the same!!

Great place. I had the regular Pepperoni and cheese and my family loved it. Very nice people working there. I really recommend this place. They have a nice viarety of pizzas.

The best quality food around. A little pricier than some of their competition, but it's so good that it is always worth it. The pizza is excellent, with a special note on how good the hamburger meat topping is compared to other places. The chicken wings are enormous, crispy, and juicy. Their potato wedges make normal fries seem boring. Very friendly staff, even when you can tell they are a bit stressed from being so busy. They always ask about how the family is doing and really foster a sense of community.

We each had once slice of alfredo last night, weren't planning on giving eachother food poisoning for Valentine's Day, but abost 24 hours later and still taking turns with both ends in the toilet... Never again.

Awesome family pizza place. My favorite is the Alfredo pizza. The fries are great and my husband speaks highly of the buffalo and Hawain pizzas. The owners are a friendly, hardworking family that know their customers and greet them warmly. I've only been coming here a few years but the owner remembers my husband and his daughter from years back. Nothing beats a hometown pizza place! Skip the chain pizza places and take the drive to this place- you won't be disappointed!

The turkey and bacon sandwich was delicious. Order was ready in less than 10 minutes. Staff were great and friendly. Definitely recommend them 👌

BROASTED EVERYTHING!!! The Absolute best Broasted chicken or fish AND wedges around. Pizza is right on point everytime. I drive 30 min just to eat here. Its worth it.

During Covid times...get a Niki's grinder and have a picnic by the lake. Their Italian grinders and Greek grinders are great!!!

Good decent prices

I drive 45 minutes each way just for their roast beef sandwich. Their other food is good according to my friends and family but I've never stayed away from what I know will never disappoint The lady behind the counter is an absolute sweetheart and the rew in the kitchen are always on their A game
