I’m staying in this hotel from the 19th August up to date 26th September 2018. Definitely this place is unique in Bujumbura. The Hotel Managers “John & Lisette” are very professional, humble and always ready to meet customer needs. John has hands-on on the food & beverage, which turns Roca the best place ever to eat and drink. Restaurant & Bar tenders are too professional and the best in Bujumbura. It is visible that the leadership is taking this place to its excellence. Resuming, from the Check-in to the housekeeping, guards, among many other employees with whom we interact on a daily basis, I give my 10 point on a scale of 1-10. Very pleasant and professional staff. In addition to this, the hotel has great views from the Rooms, to the swimming pool and to the Golf course as well, rooms are also good. I strongly recommend this Hotel to those who are looking to be home being far from home. My compliments and thanks to all Roca’s team with a special remark to John Mulungye Fausto Cruz

Good weekend brunch option with tasty pastries!

Went to dinner twice now. Really appreciate the quiet music and atmosphere with good service. The samosas, egg rolls and side dishes were good, but “filet” was over cooked, and the texture of stew meat. Very disappointing since it advertised in brackets next to the dish “(cooked to perfection)”. Sorry no. The curry was pleasant and the basmati was wonderful, and the house wine was enjoyable. The stir fry was great, the Roca burger was impressive and the pizza and fish pretty good. The ice-cream is enjoyable. Will definitely be going again. It’s a great place for meetings.

Located in the center of Bujumbura. Room is normally good but the bathroom is getting old and often takes time to get hot water. The breakfast buffet is certainly the best in Burundi in terms of not only the variety but also the quality. Overall, one of the best hotel in Bujumbura.

Also, there is a secret gem in the hotel "Rusita Artisan Store", a specialty shop where you can find Burundian Art and fashionable goods such as Jewelry made by the renowned Margaux Wong and clothing made by the best fashion designers in Burundi. Coffee is great at Roca ....

This hotel was the highlight of my vacation, and I can't recommend it enough
