Kiriri Garden Hotel, which is located in a posh and secure area in Bujumbura is certainly THE place to be. Staff throughout the hotel always serve clients with a smile and were very courteous and efficient. Hotel is very well built (good and modern finish) and rooms are quiet. Buffet style breakfast offers a large variety of food. Rooms are clean and spacious. The rooftop bar which is open from Wednesday to Sunday offers splendid views over the city and Lake Tangayika . Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel overlooking Bujumbura town. Beautiful, well managed and neat. On its way to becoming a world class destination. Speed of service can be improved and the quality of food on the fine dining menu. Otherwise, very beautiful.

I came here twice, once for the rooftop bar and the second time for the breakfast/brunch. The rooftop is by far the best view you will have on all Buja. You have an almost 360 degrees beautiful view. Both times we came, the service was immaculate. One of the best we had in Bujumbura. To top it off, the food was delicious. I did not check the rooms, but if it is like everything else ...

Upmarket hotel in Bujumbura, probably one of the best you can get away from the lake hotels. The interior of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a fantastic reception/foyer, and lots of art in the common areas. It's worth walking up and down the stairs just to see the different styles on each floor! The rooftop bar has great views, so does the garden. As many others wrote as well, the food her is not on par with the status of the hotel. The breakfast is OK but nothing outstanding. Food service in particularly for lunch or for groups can be particularly slow. Better to have dinner elsewhere. Room are very spacious, ask for a high floor room with views over the garden and into the lake - stunning! Rooms are well kept and have everything you need. Overall good experience to stay here, but please do something about the quality of the food!

The hotel / restaurant looks nice. Outside is beautiful. Very inviting. But the food was atrocious to say the least. We ordered chicken wings and they brought up chicken lollipops. Tasted awful. And my mains still wasnโ€™t nice either. I had the rabbit meat. The slowness of service was concerning. We sat there and waited to be served but nothing. We had to go look for a waiter. Shocking really!

I enjoyed my stay at Kiriri garden hotel for few days I stayed there. The hotel is excellent in terms of artistic work and decoration. Everywhere you pass you see designs and decorations made by normal items like used tyres and their rings, dry and natural flowers, brocken side mirrors, brocken glasses, iron and metal sheets covering hotel poles. I recommend this good work in decoration of the hotel and it's environment. One thing which I was not comfortable was the slowness of waiters at the restaurant. You can sit and wait for 5 mins for the waiter to bring the menu card. Later when they bring the food , you will be surprised to find it is cold One day the cleaners didn't put soap, shower gel and tea leaves in my room. I informed the receptionist, I had to make another follow up call to receive what I wanted. What kind of a service is this?

Disliked my room because of the curtains used. The room is on the first floor above the reception so security and car lights pour into the room mercilessly. Curtains in the room are sheer, so if you have to sleep in complete darkness, you will surfer. Request to have thicker curtains or change the room were declined. Checked out first thing in the morning! If you visit, insist on a room that overlooks the pool as those have great views.

Nicest hotel in Buja and they have a discounted NGO rate. Samosas at the top of the hotel were fantastic.

I was looking forward to my stay, but the hotel lost my reservation and didnโ€™t have space, even though I had a confirmation number. Very unprofessional.

The place is very nice and ambiance as well. Good place for family hangout. But they need to rectify on the process used of rectifying mistakes on the billing when there is workers's shift. Also, they need to get a parking place.

Let me give a 5 stars โœจ to this hotel, not because I slept there, but because of the beauty of the view from the restaurant, and te restaurant itself. It is really the spot to get an amazing sunset and moon ๐ŸŽ‘ risen. I ate Indian food ๐Ÿฒ there, and I was satisfied. The service was good... Just prepare your wallet when you are going there ๐Ÿ˜‰

My experience at this hotel was like no other. Being able to live lavishly in my home country Burundi was something I didnโ€™t think I would be able to experience at this level. Hospitality and customer service were excellent in addition to the food and the view of the city! I also LOVED the pool and the rooftop. I stayed in the apartments and I literally felt like I was home. I didnโ€™t want to leave. I canโ€™t wait to come back again!

Good place to be, best service, best place to have breakfast or lunch, they also have well equipped meeting rooms. View on whole Bujumbura and Lake Tanganyika.

The hotel is beautiful, the service however is very wanting, the rooms are vaguely cleaned leaving the rooms very dusty as they only focus on changing of the linens. Some of the reception staff are quite rude which was rather disappointing. I hope the management looks into it.

Located on top of a hill where you can see the whole city of Bujumbura, marvelous view. Spacious rooms and very clean, amazing breakfast and they have one of the best tiramisu i have ever tatsted. but the service wasn't good especially room service it took 1 hr to get a bottle of mineral water. They do not offer iron and ironing board so you have to pay for the service which i find odd.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Very clean rooms. The view from my room is very beautiful. The food at the restaurant is delicious. What I like the most are the arts on the walls, itโ€™s like an art gallery. The owner is very nice and the staff too.

๐Ÿซค 800$ for a room thatโ€™s just super average. Your restaurant is terrible! Food only came 1.5 hours after it was ordered, the way this hotel is, itโ€™s very unprofessional! Besides that, there was a lack of apologies for the mistakes done by the staff here! Terrible overpriced place. Stale bread and bad...

๐Ÿ‘ The good and the bad. The manager was kind enough to allow me to stay in the room for the published price even though I didnโ€™t have a reservation.
