This hotel was fantastic! The beds were super comfy and the service was impeccable, you can feel that you are definitely looked after. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, with amazing fresh fruit juices. I highly recommend it!

Good place, good service, only wi-fi connection to be updated, very poor. And slow at times, have a variety of foods, and good house keeping. Staff behaviour is good and has helping mentality. Thou i dont know local language still i didnt find difficult to communicate

the food is average, the rooms are clean but the Air conditioning kept breaking down and at one point it was blowing dust into the room. The service is very slow but they'll wash your clothes for free. The staff is friendly and you can access a few other things in the area easily.

This hotel have very bad acoustic, if somebody even talk in restaurant, every voice sounds in room like noise. There is not silence in rooms. Next important thing is to save old bills and factures. It was not one time when stuff have tried to let us pay something, what was already payed before. And i'm not talking about small amounts.

Clean, safe, great location very close to the lake, reasonable room rates, excellent restaurant on-site and best of all - phenomenal staff! Highly recommended if you are looking for a smaller, more intimate stay experience.

Everything was good apart from a small bath room within my room.

I wouldn't stay here again... room was full of red ants, holes in the mosquito net over the bed resulted in loads of mosquitos in the bed with me each night, and wifi was constantly out for my stay of two days. When paying, they want you to pay in Usd, but don't have adequate change to give you. All this for $70 a night (they tried to charge me $90 a night to begin with) I had to negotiate. Not worth it for the price... far better options in Bujumbura.
