You read the reviews and think, let's give them a break they can't be that bad... yes they can! Called in and ordered a wrap meal. Waited for ages, and fortunately I decided to eat inside rather than take away.. how on earth can you forget to add the salad!! My dog could have done a better job. Managed to get the excuse for wrap replaced. When I'm leaving there's a mother with her child asking if she received the right meal after giving her son what she thought was a chicken nugget.. no it turns out to be a jalapeño cheese bite. Its not rocket science!

Got a nice smile from the girl mopping the floors this morning. Table service was spot on, serviettes on tray and staff were asking people if they wanted anything else, small things do matter. 5 stars all round.

Drive through! Ordered no cheese, got cheese! Looked at it again and said I didn't ask for cheese took it back ....looked like they took it all off this time. Only now get HOME and again got cheese!! Hidden at the very bottom of the big mac!!! Was fuming threw it away! Wasted nearly a fiver. No refund or anything as they never answer the phone. They forgot to add bacon to the double Bic Mac with bacon too! I hate bad reviews but this McDonald's isn't great!

OK. Missed an item out of bag, chips were just warm, and my "limited" burger looked pretty quite sad compared to the photo. That said, the staff were good, and helpful, and everything was edible. I'm sure the staff would have fixed any problem if I'd had asked. Everyone else seemed to like their food, I could just be picky 😏 limited parking near it and it's a bit precarious walking on the no-footpath to the crossing with kids. Wouldn't search it out, but if I was in Bury I wouldn't go to another.

I got delivered stone cold food,I rang up McDonald's and Morgan the manager dealt with it so professionally, she was kind and helpful and sent two of her colleagues from the store who delivered it personally to my door and it was extra hot this time . And the two people who delivered were lovely people but we forgot their names . Thankyou for Morgan for all your help and we would order again please could you tell the two people you sent to us thankyou very much was a pleasure to met them both 😊 x

A Mcdonald that Closes before 21.00 the Worst Mcdonald that iv been to The staff are lazy and probably can't be bothered to work I would not Recommend this McDonald's

Clean, fast service, foood was great! Love this shop. Keep up the good work some other McDonald's shops are lacking in all the area that you guys excel at!

Guy, who brought food over, was very polite and managed to bring full order over on both trays (large order for family of 5). Woman cleaner didn't even bat an eye when my kids made a mess and was more than happy to help clean up after them. Also, she helped us find out what number table we were sitting at to order food, too. I normally don't eat at Mcds due to delivering to them (Martin Brower), but due to kids wanting to eat here, I gave in and pleased it was a very pleasant experience.

Everytime you go here there is something wrong with your order. The standard of service just gets worse.

Decided to go out for a Mcflurry! Pilsworth McDonald's is brilliant. No need to go into the restaurant as you can use the Driv-thru!!! Very easy to order our choices then drove about 10metres to Pay & Collect our 2 Mcflurrys! Whole experience took less than 10 minutes. I'd certainly return as the Galaxy Mcflurry was extremely good 💯

Went through,drive through considering it was quiet was made to wait I placed order went round to pay nobody there but their was a young lady sneakily eating a chicken nugget. I drove to next window anyway cut a long story short got my food drove home my wife was getting out the food and some of ot wasn't there I then had to drive the 4 miles back to inform them and get a fresh order. The girl who served me at the drive through just blanked me and the girl who refreshed my order questioned it. My answer is if you are going to do a job take a bit of pride in what you do and do it right. 😀

Staying at The Travelodge well pleased Macdonalds is near by! Lovely staff so friendly and helpful we didnt understand what it meant on the screen as it turned out had to put the table number in but it wasnt called that so that is confusing, said something like tape card? The lady we asked wasnt sure either then we worked it out, The food and service was all very good lovely and clean we did feel sorry for the staff at somepoints the way the Just Eat people spoke to them, it is very busy with the Just Eat delivery people and they do think they can push in, but apart from those delivery people, the Macdonalds is great will definitely go in again when staying in Bury! Very Good!

Always steady busy but service has been very good everytime we have to this restaurant. Only ever had one problem with our food order which was sorted out very quickly. This is definitely one of the best McDonald's, always clean and tidy. Decent sized car park and there's a Asda across the road. Staff are helpful and friendly in the seating area especially.
