Hot chocolate is always perfect. Leah with the short curly hair is extremely lovely and often makes my drink very well. Trudi is also very nice and good at counting my change

We visit every week when we shop. Sometimes it's very busy and you have to queue. Staff are usually friendly and polite, food and drinks a well made. Usually clean and well presented.

The food I get is never the best but it does fill a hole. But the main attraction has and always will be the coffee! Never had a bad coffee from Costa

Nice staff that are friendly and helpful but keep changing. Plenty of comfortable seating and tables. The coffee was good.
