First time in this Costa the place was nice and the staff was nice would recommend and will be comming back.

Having a drink with pal while having a pause from shopping, sadly took forever for 2 drinks, mango frappe.

This is only coffee shop I've been to where arguments have broken out between customers. The first time involved myself when I asked the person I front of me if he was in the queue as there was a gap ofza couple of meters between him and the customer in front if him. He came out with anger and verbal abuse toward me. I was so shocked I was speechless. Today another incident involving an angry man pushing a wheel chair who thought two ladies had got in his way. He told them in no uncertain terms where to go. Totally out of order.

Went on a Sunday afternoon. Nice atmosphere, polite and friendly staff. The waiting time wasn't long, and the atmosphere wasn't noisy or cramped. Spent one hour reading and having a chilled time. It's a safe space.

Quick service. Friendly and professional staff. Clean and tidy. Could do with a automatic door fitting to help with disabled access. Good location next to the market.

Very pleased with the service, ladies are always very friendly. One issue with my coffee today , it didn't taste very good for some reason and I'm pretty sure they've forgot to add Carmel syrup that I paid extra for 😔.

Lovely coffee, cake, and sandwiches. Staff were lovely and friendly. I will be returning.
