Ordered 10/01/2022 via Uber Eats offering half price KFC vegan burger deal, ends up absorbing a £1.65 service fee AND £1.79+ delivery fee so not worth ordering at full price via Uber. Download the KFC app and order one of the loyalty card deals (better value!). The burger itself tasted very good and about 80% in taste to a normal KFC chicken burger so decent job 👍🏽 one thing that’s a miss also is the small portion of chips which they charge £1.99 via the app! 😱 Better of going to White Fish or Armstrong’s or the Fryery for better value (and tasting) chips ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My first time here, I saw it wasn't busy as I drove past and I was peckish! The place looks very clean (it is fairly new) and the staff were pleasant and efficient. After a quick look at the menu I had the Zinger Stacker Meal, it was cooked perfectly and really tasty. Also the intercom where you order worked really well and I could actually understand what was being said.

Poor management. The called me for interview when and after 15 mins session they told me to expect our answer in 2 days. Interview went really well and i never heard back from then. They wasted my time & money. I booked Taxi to go there. Not recommended to apply for jobs as they usually hire by references and only conduct interviews to complete their quota

I ordered the Daredevil Bites and my word did they deliver, absolutely outstanding! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at KFC Pilsworth and i can definitely say that i will be returning for sure! If you are considering ordering these devilish bad boys for yourself, i can confirm that they will bring a tear to your eyes.... and not because of the savage heat, but because of the overall experience and beauty of this product. Well done KFC and on behalf of this beautiful nation we thank you for bringing joy into our hearts and chicken into our tummies.

Had a rare treat and sat in.The place was very clean and fairly busy.The food was fast and well cooked.Staff were polite too.All in all a very enjoyable lunch.

Positives: food always nice and hot and fresh. The staff operating the drivethru are friendly. Negatives: Drivethru order machine never works so you order, pay and collect your food at the last window. I think they're doing this to make it look like their wait times are shorter than they are. We were stuck in the drivethru for 20 minutes with no exit road.

Ordered 2 stf tower 1P. BXML meals arrived after 10 mins . Chips cold , burgers missing chicken on both , and deep fried stuffing burger burnt to a cinder ( if that what it was ) . That was tea straight in the bin . It was disgusting

KFC is consistent and if you like it you'll know what you're getting. The service here is totally inconsistent and the last visit I made they tried to fob me off with a half portion of fries which was absolutely obviously not a portion, and then handed my order to me incomplete. When I checked and told them I was told 'oh yeah'. No apology. Just a 'well we haven't got any now so can you wait a few minutes?'. Eventually I got the correct order, no thanks to the staff. I guess you get what you pay for when you hire teenagers. I'm just bloody glad I decided not to use the drive through because I simply don't trust them to get my order right. And that was proven entirely justified.

Food hot and delicious but missing a side off our bargain bucket meal. Think they threw our fries in to the main bag followed by the 4 empty bags as all the fries were in the bottom!

Shockingly understaffed or poorly managed. Que of customers inside all waiting to be served, several walked out. Time waiting for order is the longest I've ever waited in any kfc

Looked like a new store . Lots of parking. Clean interior. The service was great and the food came rather quickly. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Restraint lacking in cleaning. Only 1 nearly clean table available. Food all over the floor, bins overflowing l. Only 2 other tables in use so wasn't busy and still the 3 staff behind the counter just stood there not interested in clearing and cleaning the restaurant. Won't be coming back here in a hurry!!

Maybe the worst kfc I’ve had - bland slimy looked anaemic - took it back to the counter manager said it was because it was fresh flour - no apologies no I’ll change for another one - just put up and shut up attitude. When your popcorn chicken is crispier than your fillets you’ve got issues.

Didn't end up buying anything from here. Stood at till for 10 minutes, guy (manager) didn't even acknowledge us. They were busy woth online orders. Which I totally understand but it would have taken nothing to say Hi sorry were busy well get to you as soon as we can. When husband said this too him. Told us he's busy what do we want. We'll have to wait. We did not. Will not go back

I've had a few deliveries from here over the last 12 months and it's always been good. The only gripe I could possibly have is I got no dips once. But that's it. The food is always hot and yummy.

Quick service, decent staff, nice food. Writing this, I actually now want some chicken.... Damn!

Really not good enough when prices are high and finances difficult for the many. Wet chicken, overdone and cold fries. 2 stars for the polite staff though. But, then again, i dont eat manners, i eat chicken. Vegan burger 2 out of 5. Partner says the Vegan burger is no comparrison to a Burger King. Will be some time before we return. Hope it improves.

Very poor service just waste of time . They always shut the order taking and Payment windows and everything is done at the Delivery window which wastes time and staff isn't very friendly too they seem to be working under pressure so they aren't very friendly with customers. Owners need to run this business as a KFC should but the running like a local take Away style been there 3 times very disappointed won't go back to this KFC at all.

Good KFCs, hot & fresh. No complaints other than the availability of serviettes, salt & hand wipes which you always have to go back and ask for because there's never any available. Having said that, this is the same at any KFC I've been to.
