Clean store, always busy with online orders but make good subs.

I've just visited this site and I need to say I find the staff on the counter rude!! I was stood at the counter for nearly 5 minutes with no achnowledgement at all that I had even entered the store. There was no eye contact, no 'hello', no 'sorry, just be with you'. When I asked 'excuse me, do I have to say something before you ask me what I want or achnowledge me at all? I get 'we are busy' and then a nice little smirk. What horrendouse visit. Clearly served by teenagers that have absolutely no respect for customers or people.. Visit here if you wish a nice sandwich with a side order of arrogance, cocky and downright rude attude! Oh and a little smirk as a nice topping..

Clean shop ,staff are hard working and polite.

My 12yr old Son used this shop on his own for the first time today. He has autism and is extremely nervous in situations where he feels he has no control. He was able to place his order and pay using his bank card for the first time. The member of staff that served him was extremely helpful. She assisted him with his card, explaining how to use it and card reader. To the lady concerned,( I don’t know your name unfortunately) you have greatly increased his confidence and he now feels able to shop elsewhere without too much help. Thank you. If there is a Staff Member of the Week award, you should get it.

Rubbish service..rude member of staff didn't listen to my order did what she wanted and glared at me with attitude!when I said i didn't ask for how she made it..just ignored!i reported her to manager... the member of staff still there and just as rude! Don't think much of the service and being made to feel uncomfortable..they don't think customers have a say.

Plenty of seating and the premises were kept very clean and tidy. The food he prepared was delicious. The wife tried the new caramel muffins and enjoyed them. Ethan was delightful. It was a pleasure to see this artist at work.

Not much to say other than that is an above average subway with minimal queuing time and switched on staff. Prices on par with the chain and there is ample free parking On-site. No toilets at this branch. Soft drinks, crisps, cookies and coffee are also available.

I get it if it’s not busy shut a bit early, but the dude was in there and doors lock just before half 6…

Joke the woman using the same gloves for meat then the cheese some people r vegetarian and cross contamination is wrong!!!!!!!!! Prevented my misses from eating the same place as my self could b 2 do with training

Order a meal deal and a second sub and all I got given was two subs no drink no crisps and no cookie. Takes two seconds to put those with the order..

Staff in this subway is absolutely RAPID. They run around doing deliveries, serving customers and doing pick up orders all at once. Hard working bunch and always tasty subs. Thank you guys !

Had a really nice refit. Staff are always really friendly. Can't fault them.

The guy who served me was helpful, had a quick chat and, even though he was new, was very good at preparing the food.

The shop is clean. The staff are friendly even asked if I wanted her to change her gloves as shed been handling meet and I was having tuna. Which is a first. Plenty of filling on sandwich and very tasty. Loving the seeded bread.

Salad not upto much if I'm honest ...... when I got home with my salad box lettuce was old and peppers soggy
