First of all, from the first impression, the staff responded with emotionless AI, just doing their job. I checked in to the room and went into the bathroom, but there was a strange mechanical sound coming from the vent, so I asked to change the room, and they said they would give me a key to another room, so I came to the lobby and took it. I asked them to go and compare it in person and let me know, but I was shocked as it was my first time seeing this kind of response, but I thought it was the same as here and the other room was fine, so I changed rooms and thought nothing would happen, but when I lay on the bed and moved a little, the sensor light at the entrance kept turning on. There is a distance, so would it have turned on just because I moved in bed? Even though it's a hotel, how can they not know this? Is it a malfunction? I was trying to sleep and it was right. I laid upside down wondering if it was designed that way, but the sensor light didn't turn off at all. ^^ In the end, I called the lobby at 1 a.m. and the staff member already knew about this and said I could come to the room and remove the light bulb. I asked him to do it, and the person was really kind, but it seemed like he was doing it for the first time ^^ It was something I've never experienced anywhere, and I wanted to get a full refund and go somewhere else, but it was after 1 AM and it was only one night, so I just held out. Please notify us in advance or improve it as soon as possible. I hope you realize that hotels can ruin your entire trip.

Because it was newly built, it was clean and the bathroom fixtures were the best. I deducted 1 point because the location was a bit disappointing, but going over Haeundae was harder than I thought because of the bridge. It was located in the middle of Gwangalli Beach and Haeundae, so it was difficult to walk to both without a car. Still, I am satisfied with staying in a high-quality accommodation at an affordable price. When you lie down on the bed, you can't see out the window very well, so if you're expecting a view of Gwangan Bridge right from lying down, you'll be disappointed. In fact, my companion also chose the location of the window as the most disappointing thing... and it also smells a bit like a new house. I left the door open and went out! However, the bed was very soft and there was a dressing table so it was very easy to get ready. Above all, the quality of the bathroom fixtures was so good that I had a pleasant wash~ This is my first time using a hotel conditioner that helps my hair... The shampoo smells so good, it's my first time using a hotel shampoo...☺️ Anyway, it's a place worth visiting considering its cost-effectiveness!

This was a comfortable hotel with polite staff. Nicely decorated on the inside in an artistic way. It is a little bit away from the main strip at Gwangali beach. Due to the location and price (which was already discounted) I did expect a bigger room. Free parking available on site.

It is a recently remodeled boutique hotel and is very clean and tidy. Above all, even though I visited during the peak season, I was surprised to see that all the staff, from the parking attendant to the cafe, were so friendly and showed no signs of fatigue. I had a small request to make, but they answered it so thoroughly and with a smile that it made me want to write a review. The location, which is a bit far from Gwangalli, is a bit disappointing, but it is two sides of the same coin, and another advantage of this hotel's location is that it allows you to avoid extreme parking problems and traffic congestion. Thanks to this, we also have a quiet walking trail at Millak Waterside Park.

It's not near the subway, so transportation may be a little inconvenient! But the rooms are clean and the service is good! I think the view of the sunrise is great!

I stayed for 2 nights with a friend in a deluxe twin room. Highly recommended unless you are a frequent public transportation user. This is my first time going to the waterside park and I really like it. I didn't go anywhere much, but when I did, I took a taxi so there was no inconvenience due to the location. I walked to Gwangalli Beach because it was within walking distance. Although the room did not have an I-Park view, the view of Gwangan Bridge from the window was very nice.

Room condition is good. I especially like the bedding. The view is also good. It's in the section where the river and the sea meet, and the high-rise buildings across the street are also nice to see.

The price and rooms are great, but accessibility is not good if you came by KTX or SRT.

It was recently remodeled, so it's very clean - the staff is friendly, and the Gwangalli sea and Gwangan Bridge seem to be right in front - healing is possible on its own. I live in Busan and come to Gwangalli for a few days to rest, but this is the first time I've been to this hotel. It's such a big hotel. No, it's cute and well-maintained. Highly recommended.
