Pension am Weinberg

Perfect place to stay when in Sasbachwalden. We came here for the Schnapsbrunnenweg. You can easily walk to the citt center. Communication with the owner is super good and friendly! Rooms are spotless, there is a nice balcony and they have a coffee machine from which you can get coffee in the morning!

Pension am Weinberg is a beautiful guesthouse in a beautiful area. Our stay here was amazing and the rooms were spotless. Heidi and Herr Spinner were prompt to reply to our questions via email. They were also happy to answer any questions in person while we were there. The coffee machine, fridge, kettle and dishes that we used for our breakfasts were a nice touch. We were worried about travelling to the Black Forest without a car, but it was not difficult to get here by train to Achern and then switching to a local bus (just note that the bus runs ~1-2x per hour and we couldn't get the timetable on google). We were also able to do tons of stuff in Sasbachwalden without a car, sometimes using the free bus ticket that was included with our stay at the guesthouse. One thing to note is this guesthouse doesn't take cash payment, we weren't expecting to pay with credit card, just so you're prepared.
