The best experience of my life. The staff are not only friendly but really enjoy there jobs. Everyone is smiling and you are greeted with enthusiasm. The food us truly 5 star. The choices presented are well taught out and will cater for everyone's taste. The guides are all extremely knowledgeable, Marka is something to behold, his tracking ability is outstanding and knowledge of trees and there medicinal uses come frome his childhood. This is a place to recharge your sole and plug into the African Bush like never before

Where do I even begin? This was the absolute BEST bush experience I have ever encountered. It started from the moment we stepped out of the airport transfer and the staff greeted us. It was evident they GENUINELY care about their guests through their actions the entire stay. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and super clean. The food was delicious and accommodated my family’s needs. We arrived later than expected and the entire staff accommodated all needs even late in the evening including still ensuring we received the evening game drive. We ended up seeing a live kill from start to finish on the very first night and had no idea how that would be topped the remainder of the trip but guess what, it was!!!! Each game drive was unique in its very own way and offered an experience different than before. Everyone was great but a GINORMOUS SHOUT OUT to Obie (I apologize if I spelled her name wrong) and Reggie! I can’t wait to come back for more!

Been there in 1998 and I still can remeber how lovely our experience was! I remeber Graham was our ranger at that time. Such a very friendly and professional guy...not sure if he´s still around. The hotel we stayed at (Kirkman´s Camp room #6) was extremely cozy, clean, well maintained and comfortable. I remember the care and attention we had from the whole staff during our 6 day-stay. Nothing to complain! Wish I could be back and will sometime soon!

This was our first safari experience which exceeded our expectations. The Camp was beautiful, staff was very helpful and friendly, food was amazing and our guide was extremely knowledgeable. In addition to our daily drives, Kevan made sure we have everything we needed throughout the day and joined us at dinner to share stories. We can't wait to be back.

Amazing experience! The rangers, the staff and the lodge is a true 5 star! We managed to see all the big 5 and much more in 2 days only.

It is not cheap, but it is well worth the cost. If you want to see predators, here you will find them in abundance. Lions and leopards most, but also a wide variety of others. Elephants common, things you might just see once in your life in person. They staff, food, service and accommodation is all excellent.

Incredible safari experience. Rooms and food were also shockingly great - didn’t expect them to be as amazing as they were. The service was also fabulous. We saw the Big 5 and our safari guide was knowledgeable and made sure we saw as much as we could during each and every game drive. He also picked out amazing spots for our sundowners each day!

Definitely one of the best game reserves I've been to, especially for leopard sightings. Excellent in every respect.

Mala Mala main camp was really great and very special, all the staff did amazing job starting from management & safari ranger and ending with waiters & cleaners. Excellent service, rooms, great tasty food. Exceptional safaris: very skilled ranger on tracking and driving, he listened to the radio and we always came everywhere at the right moment. We’ve seen animals very very close + quite relaxed policy about safaris: if you see anything special, you don’t have to return by exact time. Only Mala Mala vehicles are allowed in the property and it’s huge. So you really have this unique feeling seeing wildlife closer. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Mike and his team are simply the best. The lodges are excellent. The food is superb. The only downside was that I bought 4 sets of really good binoculars, which were a total waste as we got that close to the wildlife.

The most fantastic place for game safaris. Lions, leopards,giraffe, vervet monkeys,elephants, kudu,impala etc, etc!!! Food and accommodation were superb and the rangers expert knowledge enhanced every safari 10/10

The staff was incredibly warm and attentive. And Gareth led several great drives for us. The viewing was fantastic, within feet of lions and elephants.

MalaMala is GREAT! Animals roam between here and Kruger National Park. For safari lovers it is Top Notch. The hotel is beautiful with big rooms.

This was an excellent experience. Everything was perfect the food the rides the staff absolutely more than perfect. We stayed as a family for 2 nights, attended 4 rides in total and have seen a lot of animals including the big 5. Very big and nice rooms. Special thanks to the manager, kind head of retail Idil and last but not least our amazing guide David who was with us in rides showing and explaining everything in detail. My mother took me on this magical adventure to South Africa and our final destination was MalaMala Camp. I cannot say enough about how magical this trip was. MalaMala has beautiful lodges, delicious food, but most of all the it was the wonderful people who work there that made us feel at home. We felt so well-cared for and the safari was beyond my wildest imagination. In particular, I'd like to mention Marvin, who is the manager, and his dedication to the guests whom he makes sure to touch base with daily. Our ranger Mike Moth was so knowledgeable and able to answer so many questions. In addition, on the evening game drive, he set up a little table in front of the jeep and served wine, cocktails, soft drinks, and a few snacks. What a way to enjoy the magnificent sunset. In addition, Goodness, our server at meals, was always so kind and even remembered what we liked to drink, and Simon, who was so helpful to my 81 year-old mother and walked us back to our lodge after dinner. If you want to go on Sarfari, this is the place! It was the experience of a life-time.

In my opinion one of the best private game reserves in the country. Great accommodation, friendly staff and well looked after. Have visited many times. And will certainly visit again.

We went here for part of our honeymoon and it was stunning. Huge, beautiful room, fantastic food, great game drives. Saw multiple leopards, lions, elephants, wildebeests, zebras, rhinos, everything we wanted to see and more! Erin was our ranger and she was able to get us so close to so many amazing animals. Truly a once in a lifetime experience.
