If I could give zero stars I would! Over two hour wait time. Once my son and I got into the examination room the Nurses did a covid & strep swap.. The doctor came in to talk with us but did not ever examine my son he did not look at anything on him. Told us the results were negative and sent us on our way.. I brought my son to the Emergency room as soon as we left and he was Diagnosed with Pneumonia... that doctor from this urgent care location would've heard my son's lungs if he did the Proper examination we left with poor care.. I would never come back here I'm making a complaint with the state against that doctor.

Went to visit for an Ear infection on a Friday they gave me drops after I said repeatedly drops usually don’t won’t help. I call Monday asking for oral antibiotics like I asked for Friday and they say I must come back in and be billed twice for the same issue. I am currently waiting an hour and thirty minutes to be re seen. The waiting room smells like arm pits and rice and beans I suggest skipping this place especially if you need help they only seem to care about billing not helping! Good luck ppl

All of the staff was incredibly friendly and considerate with all of the interactions I have had with them. The nurse practitioner Ashley, was thoughtful, thorough, answered all of my questions, and put me at ease with my injury. She made my instructions easy to follow and made the appointment as comfortable as it could be.

I realize this is an urgent care center and they just want you out of their sight, but this place is particularly dismissive. I went in for a persistent sore throat that I've had for nearly three weeks, and the doctor (I have no idea his name, he didn't introduce himself) jammed a strep test swab down my throat not saying what he was doing, had me get a chest xray (???) and sent me home with nothing other than advice to use a humidifier in my bedroom. Thanks doc, you extracted the most money out of my insurance, provided the least care, and embodied the reason why most people stay home and self medicate. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

I had the worst experience ever here. I walked in but only a few people were ahead of me. I waited over an hour to pee in a cup for a pre-employment drug screening. I am so disappointed. Many staff were laughing and on phones in the back.

Ive been to many urgent cares ... Now st Luke's absolute amazing experience! And Corey was the nicest and most caring PA ive ever had :) very highly recommend!!!!!! Hopefully I dont need to go again but if I do itll be here:)

These people care deeply and listen. They are kind, respectful, and only want to help. Yes, you’ll wait a little, but that’s everywhere and they’re just doing their jobs to the best of their abilities. My wait time was much shorter than quoted. I just left this facility due to being sick, and I am so impressed with their care. Thank you!

Here now, been here for less then 45 minutes! Love it! Very fast, listened to issues and we are on our way! Appricate that very much! When you got a sick kid the last thing you want to do is spend hours at drs office. Staff is really nice too!

Luv luv luv this place! Everyone is so caring and kind. We've gone here many times. Went in for an appointment on Friday, and Corey (PA-C) did a follow-up call after the weekend to check in on how my daughter was feeling - so so sweet! Shout out to all of the employees - you all work very hard & we appreciate it! : )

I had an appointment - arrived early and they saw me early - did not have to wait. Saw Dr Sugarbaker - and he was super friendly along with the nurses and front desk staff. Highly recommend this urgent care - much better service than another urgent care in our area.

My almost 2 yr old son started acting in pain from what I assumed was an ear infection and possible sore throat. We saw Ashley as our Dr and I cannot express my gratitude towards her! She was first of all amazing with my son as he wasn't in the best of spirits. She was amazing easing this mommy heart who hasn't had to put my little man on any meds before. Then onto the pharmacy fiasco. We don't live in Wind Gap we live in Easton but we were in the area. So we sent the prescription to a CVS in Easton. Long story short after trying to resend the prescription multiple times and speaking to Dr Ashley again we got it figured out low and behold to find out the medicine is on back order and NO CVSs have it available...so call again to speak to Dr Ashley and she was just as amazing on the phone as I'm sure you could imagine I was just desperate to get these meds so my little guy could feel better. So we scrambled and found a St Lukes pharmacy near me and finally got his antibiotics! Thank you for going above and beyond! 4 stars only because we had to wait for quite a bit of time to be seen, almost an hour. But 5 stars for Dr Ashley as she was FANTASTIC!

Horrible communication.. I was there at 750 before open had my child signed in by 8am.. I didn't not call us back untill 920 .. also there was one person in the waiting room The nurse was in the room for 5 mins and said the dr will be in and waited untill 1030 for someone to come in to the room ..my guess is they can't manage their time because I hear all their chit chatting in the hallway while my child has a fever and is sick stuck and uncomfortable in a doctor's office..there is no reason for this to have happened.. what's crazy is I already received the results on my chart..before they can even have the decency to tell me...st Luke's is a nightmare always has been thee only reason we even came here was because they are close to my house..next time I will go out of my way to go elsewhere and be sure to warn others..wind gap st Luke's no good.. don't waste your time just go else where

I cut my hand pretty bad and knew I needed stitches. It took less than 5 minutes to be taken back. The doctor on was great (we’ve seen him more than once and Every time he’s always awesome!). The kind nurse offered and held my crying infant until my spouse arrived to care for our children. This was my first emergency/ stitch experience and the staff was wonderful. 10/10. They were kind and checked on me continuously throughout the hour I was there being cleaned up. I’m very thankful for their staff today.

Ashley and Caterina were absolutely fabulous. It was late in the evening and I was one of the last patients and they were incredibly kind and efficient with my care. They even knew which pharmacy would be open late so I could get my prescription. I would highly recommend to anyone in this area. Thanks so much!

No staffing. waited here for over 3 hours and still told it would be longer. this is disgraceful! only one Md and one nurse for the ENTIRE URGENT CARE -- STAY AWAY!
