Be aware some guys play dishonest tricks. I was buying a Sony lens which are normally sold in a sealed box. One sale assistant suggested we open the box together while the other was preparing tax free receipt . The first opened the box and removing the lens swiftly put the lens under the table. He tried to replace the lens with another one but I noticed this. One sale assistant was playing as if nothing happened the other admitted explaining that he by mistakes opened the box with the wrong lens not that I wanted to buy . Crazy that this happens in Dubai Mall. Once dishonest is always dishonest. Reputation is created many years and ruined in one second. I am considering of reporting it to the police.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in Dubai for 10 years living here.I bought a Ronin RS3 gimbal, it doesn’t work properly.It has either a software or hardware issue.On the 3rd day I asked for a refund.Refused.Unit sent to DJI technician saying it is allright.Unit still not working properly.Consumer Rights it is then.I would advise you to never buy something from this store.

I came to this store to buy a travel zoom camera. The store had one left for clearance. This turnen out to be a defect and used one!!!

I put up two stars only because of the stuff they have there. People wise - this is too much.. Had to wait for a bit until got attended to. Fairness to the lady sales girl representing Sony she was on a call - but walked in asap.. Found that I wanted Nikon called the Nikon Sales Rep - an Asian - Ind / Pak or Bang - but with an attitude. One could make out that he was not keen to serve Asians - he would rather serve a broke foreigner - but not an Asian. The minute you want to see options - the lenses are not cheap that you just buy - he tunes out - as you did not buy his expensive option - and would rather run away and attend some Non Asian. Thank God I got my stuff from a dealer at a 25% discount

If there is below 1 star 🌟 here I would strike it with no hesitation...worse store ever..I was planning to get 3 units of Nikon z2 and combo lens..no one came approach and offer assistance because literally I came with in my short and white shirt.. pitiful

Big store that sell cameras, accesories, drone, etc. I think this is the most complete one. All things have good quality. The price is expensive, but it because they sell only the original things. There are so many brands for the cameras. The place is clean. The staff are good, and they will help us to find what we want. Like it

Great store in Dubai mall.You can find almost what you want from a photo store, electronics etc some with very resonable price, negotiable!

HORRIBLE AFTER SALES SUPPORT Bought a VESTEL washing machine and it stopped working after 11 months only. The worst part is the after-sales support from GRAND STORES as they did not honor the 2-year FULL WARRANTY and asked for AED500 payment first. I filed a case with DED immediately, I recommend you do the same since this violates consumer rights.

I have taken passport size picture by machine and quality was very bad and grand store sales was rude when I asked them to ruturn my money back they didn’t, it not fair for customers!!! Very bad customer service I have never seen before!!!

The person that i was reporting my issue about my camera suddenly went to another person and left me in the middle of my explanation and i highly don’t recommend that you should got to grand stores but thats my experience so it may be different for everyone else and the person that i was trying to talk to is VINOD

The guy who wearing a glasses is too much attitude. We are a customer and asking for a bag or plastic to put what we bought at the shop and he just throw it in front of us. Bad customer service.

June was super helpful and explained everything in details what I had no even idea I need to know about my camera I bought and was about to give back! Now happily thanks to her will use it!!!
