Soy never fails me!!! Delivery, take away or dine in!! Food quality is incredible 💖 My absolute favorite here are the prawn and honey fried chicken strips! Tried their watermelon juice since I love watermelon and it’s decent! Staff are very accommodating to needs and service is quick 💯 We also use the coupon 20% that we received from our delivery when we dine in and they acknowledged it. we were treated to a nice view over the ice rink, pleasant greetings, and serving from our hist Mr. Jodh. We started with edamame and sweet and sour soup. then tried the Lo men fish. the spice level was perfect. we loved so much.

Nice little place tucked away in the food court of Dubai mall. The menu is pretty big with lots of options so I found it hard to decide. But that’s because they have so many good dishes to chose from. Lovely food and love the spice level.

Loved the Indian Chinese food! The Manchurian sauce was authentic. The wanton with chilli oil was super flavourful. The fried rice could have been better. I think the choice of rice should be different. Overall a good experience.

Once in a while we are dining in here. This wonderful restaurant has left the best impressions that made us comeback! Hospitable hosts, delicious Chinese cuisine, beautiful presentation, wide menu list and calm ambiance. It’s a little bit Pricy but worth it 😊 cheers to the Team!

Very pleasant restaurant and the food is delicious. The only downside: I ordered tea and expected a Asian restaurant level tea, not Lipton. But besides that it was great.

We ordered ramen bowl, honey chicken and sushi.. Ramen bowl contained hair, when we complained about the food in a very very kind manner, the server Mr.Aron said it was our own hair and the servers were wearing head caps.. It is an absolutely atrocious behavior because a simple sorry could have solved the issue, but the kind of attitude the server showed is horrible. Would never come here again and never recommend it to anyone.

Tried this place before as well. This is my second time! And did not like everything that we ordered. Chilli chicken and hot n sour soup really has to be worked on…..Way too much of corn flour. Chicken fried rice is apparently not a main course here it’s a side dish 😂 anyhow I liked their magic chilli chicken it’s a must try and their yellow yellow drink was pretty refreshing.

Fantastic food, well made with perfect aroma texture and taste. Specially loved the Pad Thai and Dim sums, The service is world class extremely attentive service crew and Mr. Subash personally attending every table. Vibe is good and relaxing over looking the ice rink.

I was not planning in visiting this restaurant but my friend insisted on viewing the ice skating ring from the restaurant so i agreed. The seating was great because the view is great but i honestly did not enjoy the food. The beef was chewy due to overcooking them and the chicken dish was tasteless. Service was not that welcoming as it was evident the staff was in a bad mood, probably over worked. The bill was 290 dirhams which way too expensive for what we were served but i guess they made us pay for the nice view. Never visit them again.

3.5 stars would be my actual rating, the food is good but not great. The quantity in my opinion doesn't justify the price. There are better Chinese restaurants out there. My recommended dish would be the Crispy beef. Overall, worth one visit if you have the entertainer. Also worth mentioning, for a table of less than three, only one entertainer voucher is applicable, only became aware of this at the time of billing.

Late Review (Batch 1): Went here second week of November 2020. My colleague liked the beef. Although for me it's quite chewy- inside, with hard to swallow crusted - outside. The wanton taste was not up to what I expected. All the rest were okay. Staff were attentive as well. The serving time was fast.

Mr. Jodh Singh was the best server. The food taste and quality was awesome, wasn’t expected! Highly recommended! Empty plates are a witness to my recommendation ☺️

We got egg fried rice, mixed dumplings, crispy chicken with rice, a sweetcorn soup, and a thai green curry style soup (not sure the exact name). All apart from the soup and dumplings were too salty and the egg fried rice was very dry - would suggest a different choice of rice or seasoning. Pls note I have had egg fried rice elsewhere without these issues. Staff were very kind and helpful with any questions we had when ordering, nothing negative there. Food did take a while to be served, even though it was presumably fresh it was still a long wait. Restaurant had nice themed decor. Overall the staff were great, food not too bad but I don't think we'd choose the same dishes without changes in salt. note: mixed dumpling basket came with 8 as shown on their menus, family just started eating before i remembered to take a pic

One of a few restaurants in the dubai mall food court(the closest ones are mainly fast food chains). The food is delicious and it also looks great. There is a lot of variety and the prices are good. Staff is welcoming and friendly. You might also be lucky and have a great view of the indoor skiing track of the mall.

Not the best Asian food you can get, but far from the worst. Noodle was alright but too oily. The meat on it was good though. Dimsum is not bad as well, but too plain. Problem was it's just too expensive. 22 dirham for mineral water is way too much. 150 dirham for 2 small meals and 1 big bottle of water is overly expensive for the food and experience. Waiting time is average. The atmosphere is just fine

Great food, drinks and service. Must try the beef sizzler, it's delicious! The chicken lollipop is also a must try and the sauce is very different and yum.

One of the best places to have Chinese in Dubai Mall. Taste is great, you can be seated watching the ice rink. However the quantity needs to be little more for the price it charges.

Staff was def accomodating and friendly. The food was okay, nothing special about it. The wontons at panda chinese is still better, Idk who thought about putting lemon as the sauce for it but that was not a good idea, sir 😔 The 69dhs beef ramen was sweet.. WHY Black pepper beef was good but was too spicy for our liking but shrimp schezuan & peking duck was good but nothing special about it.

I visited during a hectic lunch period. Managed to still get a place to sit down immediately. Although the food was good, I struggled to find a reasonable justification between the small portion of Peking duck rolls and its price.

Overall good food and good experience. We seated on the deck overlooking IceRink. We ordere: Chilli Chicken, Sizzling platter Chicken hot garlic, and Chicken Chowmein. All were good portions and we left satisfied. 😌 The only negative thing was MUSIC! All three restaurant on the deck had their own music blaring which was a little noisy along with all other noises in the mall.

This is located in the food court in Dubai Mall, near the Ice rink. Small restaurant with few tables and a bit crowded as tables near each other. Food was average,more of an Indian style chinese. Service was good and the manager were good. We ordered a couple of dishes to try ,however found it average in taste and flavour . If someone wants a quick Chinese without thinking about the atmosphere and vibe then it could be a place to try.

One of the very best Asian restaurants in Dubai that I have seen. Very tasty food, good atmosphere and very good staff! I especially recommend the chicken in honey, very tasty! So if after a long walk around the mall you want to have a delicious meal and relax, I advise this Asian restaurant!

Soy had the best food I ate in Dubai. Great pan Asian food at the Dubai mall. Tasty sauces and the dumplings were incredibly good. Our waiter, Gaurav Singh is one of the best waiters I have ever had - very kind and efficient. Top guy. Top place. Highly recommend.

This chinese joint serves decent quality food. I like their ho fun noodles, in particular. The ambience is also decent. This restaurant is slightly over-priced in my opinion - I would say 10% to 20% more than it should be. However, what I really didn't like is the fact that the management/staff have crook-like tendencies. Even though this place should take Entertainer; they claimed it was unusable on the day because it was a holiday. I dislike places that try to rip customers off.

Located in food Court Dubai Mall near the Cinema. The resturant has a good view of the ice rink. The resturant was busy when we arrived but did not take long for us to get a table. The food is ok as well as ambience. Its OK. Ordered shrimp & wonton, mixed Dimsum basket, beef black pepper sauce, chos mein chicken, fixed chicken hot garlic sauce, fried vegetable rice. And for drinks ordered margarita and pina colada The food was ok the price was slightly on the high side. Overall the ambience and service is good. It's sad that the food let it down..

Quality and taste needs to improve. Portion sizes do not do justice to the price. View of the ice skating rink but otherwise an okayish ambience. Need to have more attentive staff Over priced overall.
