Everything was perfect, the super friendly staff especially Mohammed who remembered our drinks and the chef who explained to us all the food🤩 The variety of food and the taste were fantastic. It has the wide range of choices, western, Arabic and also Asian. The modern and chic atmosphere also a big plus. Thank you and we will be back again!

We checked in 3 different rooms on different floors and all had a faint smell of smoke. I was given a room on the smoking floor originally without being asked. I moved to another room that also smelled of smoke. The third room thankfully did not smell. The hotel is pretty old and there are many maintenance issues. The first room had a blocked drain. The security chain on the door jammed and the door would not open. The room I ended up staying in after moving rooms did not even have a security chain on the door, it had been removed. Also the vanity lights were not working and the room was dusty, it was not being cleaned properly. The business lounge was depressing, is the best word for it. Some of the staff were lovely, and the location is convenient, but these do not make up for all the other issues. Overall I would not recommend this hotel and we will not stay there again.

This place is huge try to use the map inside the mall installed on several places otherwise u guys will end up being tired. Don't go in the rush hours this place is too crowded.

The location is perfect and the hotel facilities are modern and updated. Service, however, is an utter disaster. I've been staying at the residences for about a couple of months now and have seen so many failures in service it's unbelievable. The last is that hot water broke down in my unit but because it happened on a weekend management told me that hot water cannot be fixed until Monday. The management of this facility is quite disappointing.

Feed up. Living here. A contract was signed for a year. and already these 3 months a lot has happened: first, mold on the ceiling. then they turned off all services without notifying the tenant, turned off the hot water spontaneously, the Internet, etc. and didn’t even consider it necessary to help solve the problem. the quality of cleaning is poor. administrators wants to cheat and absolve themselves of responsibility. No customer care. Btw, do you know about the famous emaar fragrance? here they use disgusting mango diffusers instead.

One of the biggest mall in the town! A great view of Burj Khalifa and the fountain. The crowd is huge. This place is the most happening place in the center of Dubai. Lots of places to go around and eat. Best to visit during the evening/night time. I just love this place!!!

The hotel is fine but the reason I’m giving 3 stars is because they are rating hungry. I had a massage which was great but immediately afterwards got a QR code to rate them on TripAdvisor with the staff hovering over me repeatedly giving their name. When I checked out I was asked how I would rate them and the receptionist said ‘we’ can do the rating on TripAdvisor ‘together’ before settling the bill. Very pushy when they don’t have to be. I didn’t like that at all.

Luxury hotel. I had been invited for a wedding. Nice staff. There is a problem with the elevators. One of them only going to the first floor (events halls) so you have to wait the chance of the correct one to come down to groun floor.

The address Dubai Mall is the scale for other hotels to rate from. This is my 5th stay in this hotel and definetly will not be the last. Conveniently the address Dubai Mall is connected directly to the lively and most famous Mall in the Middle East (Dubai Mall) and the eighth wonder of the world 'Burj Khalifa'. What better convenience someone can ask!! Although the hotel lobby is not as big as any other hotel lobby, it is lively, clean and energetic. The reception staff are super friendly, helpful and welcoming, I asked for an upgrade and Mr. Moh'd Boghdad fulfilled my request with a big smile and provided me with an amazing spacious luxury fountain view corner room. I truly thank you Mr. Moh'd for providing me with this wonderful apartment room (3803). As soon as you enter the apartment, you will feel the cleanliness and a fresh smell and well be greeted by the fully equipped modern kitchen which is open on the spacious living room. The bedroom is similarly spotless clean and the bed is on the large side and extra comfortable, as if you are sleeping on the clouds. The bedroom was modern and fully equipped with the necessary requirements. Equally the bathroom is comfortable and rich with marble. I strongly recommend this superb exceptional hotel for all, as you can't get a better hotel in all Dubai better than the address Dubai Mall Hotel. Once again a big thanks to Mr. Mohamed Reception Manager for his lovely attitude and professional interaction with hotel guest, you definitely gained me as a loyal customer.

The hotel was great until it came to hygiene. I was disappointed with the bathroom smell and the bed sheets that had brownish disgusting stains. It was very, very disgusting. I’m not sure how a 5-star hotel has this kind of service. Eventually the manager showed up to my room and said it’s fine we will change the room but the process took around an hour.

We are group of 5 we did booking in the last moment but still we got a nice table by Ms.Dinar and the service was absolutely fantastic and the drinks and food was amazing with live singing Over the experience was fantastic Thank you for the team cabana

Great hotel with warm cozy atmosphere. The food was on another level. Room service was utterly exceptional. They also a complementary salad with the food. Amazing view. If you’re looking for a view with Burj Khalifa, the balcony must be on the west.

We have stayed in the hotel more than 10 times, however this time was different I can sense that the reception team attitude has been changed. They become a little bit rude and treat you like you are an idiot. Yet the remaining staff were very helpful (house keeping, concierge and valet teams).

So, after a tiring flight, such a warm welcome like at this hotel makes you feel relaxed. Easy detailed check in. Rooms are pretty comfy. Two easy accesses to Dubai Mall and facilities around the hotel makes the location good and very convenient, specially when travelling with a child like we were.

Absolutely amazing experience.. I visited The Cez restaurant for lunch.. and I liked their concept of live pasta counter. Chef Aiman who was making live pasta was very good and welcoming with her beautiful smile. She made pasta exactly what I wanted, and the buffet had nice options to try. Must try. Staying in the hotel residency, great location, plenty of amenities around you. Very friendly and helpful staff, good gym and they have a in house spa and saloon for both males and females. Our room is a little dated with signs of wear and tear, but it’s adequate for what we need for now. Staying here for 2 weeks so will update the review towards the end of the trip ☀️🕶️🍸💼

A few days ago I visited address the environment was perfect especially the pool was normal temperature well maintained i was helped by the pool life guard RAGHESH thanks to him. Cabana was a great restaurant to chill the staff was friendly like ISMAEL

We were supposed to get a king bed for our room, however when we checked into the room there were two twin beds. This was a complete inconvenience after a 14 hours flight from Sydney especially for our four-year-old toddler who could not wait for them to attend to the room to put the two beds together and make it into a king bed. It unfortunately ruined our stay at the hotel and I would recommend others to avoid this hotel given the price we paid was top rate.

Nice hotel great view. It’s close to the main road with 12 lanes (!!) so could be a bit noisy at some time, but we find it acceptable even for sleep so not a big problem for us.

I had the opportunity to have their business Iftar as organized by my institute. The whole experience was fabulous. My favorite part was food. It was delicious and abundant. The standard of service and the ambience was top notch. Loved every moment there!

I booked a 3 days stay in this hotel and I regret it! I paid over AED10,000 for 3 days I thought it would be a wonderful experience and close to Dubai Mall, but unfortunately it was bad experience! my stay had a lounge access comes with it, and it was written on the website while I was booking but when I arrived they said to me unfortunately the lounge is out of serves at this time! so my question is now .. if the lounge is out of service at this time why you didn't tell this while I was booking my stay with lounge access? so I can at least have a stay without a lounge access and pay less or go to a different hotel, also it took me a long time to check-in and the management was unprofessional!, Also the shower in my room was so old and not good, basically I lost my money in 3 days and I wish I went to a different hotel.

This property has everything one needs to add to a wow experience.. we were here for full day corporate event and thoroughly enjoyed- the service, rooms, ease of access and above all the food is just delectable- at lunch wewere served chef Aiman - at the live pasta station was perfect with her approach to service an taste equally, the food was absolutely delicious and freshly made to your taste. Salah the server was so vigilant and courteous, amazingly delighted! Must recommend;)

Some of the best support staff I have seen. The thoughtfulness of the staff is awesome. Even when cleaning your room. Sometimes they leave small gift when you return. They learn your schedule and work around that. They were all so nice to my kids I could not ask for better. I would totally come again.

Dubai mall is surrounded by several hotels with indoor and outdoor bridge connections, however this Address hotel is the only hotel with complete direct access which was very convenient. I had a 10 days stay in an interconnected rooms with my family. Made my reservation through their hot line and had competitive price. Rooms were of a very good size, well equipped with everything you might need, all in good shape and function. Rooms had a great isolation, excellent AC and cozy comfortable beds. Views were on the swimming pool. Wifi was excellent and fast, my kids enjoyed the huge swimming pool in a daily manner, didn't try their breakfast buffet however ordered twice in room dining and food was amazing. The most thing i like about this hotel is how they pay alot of attention to guests satisfaction and always encourage you to report any unpleasant experience or complaints specially supervisors of housekeeping who were doing an extraordinary job making you feel a VIP guest. It's all about location. There are many 5 stat hotels In dubai. If you are planning to stay at downtown this is the place to be. There is direct entrance from hotel lobby to dubai mall. For us as family Its perfect solution and we can split safety. The rooms are big and modern, the king bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is huge There is also swimming pool , spa and kids club. If you like hotel lounge Its recommended to upgrade to rooms with lounge access. During the day you can drink and eat small meals. And during lunch and dinner they serve fair enough meals. We are traveling with 2 years girl so it's easy to eat in the lounge and not looking for restaurants. There are two staff members in the lounge that will make you feel you are at home Medina and Mahdi. We are definitely recommend to stay here.

Spent 10 days with my wife and 2 kids. Caroline from the Kids Club was wonderful.Thanks to her and Shakira we could do some shopping while our kids were being taken care of.All the staffs from the Kids club were very professional and our kids loved to go there.Special mention for Caroline who babysitted our 8 month old son. Peter at the reception was always welcoming and helpful. Miraj from room service is the best service we ever had at any 5 star hotel.So caring and always making sure we had everything we needed and always some nice attentions. Not to forget William at the Conciergerie and Salah from the CEZ restaurant. Only negative experience was in the Karat. Mostly because i think its understaffed. The waiters were too busy and service was so so. As whole it was a wonderful experience. Very nice location and very good service as a whole. Will definitely come back.

Great place to stay if you’re looking to be close to the Dubai Mall. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all the things to do in Dubai and it’s very easy to get a driver from the hotel staff in the front. You can literally tell them which car you’d like to be driven in and they’ll make it happen. The rooms are wonderful as well. Lots of space in the bathroom and very accommodating. The room service staff were great as well. Everyone spoke English too so there wasn’t a huge communication barrier.
