This is the most awesome grill/steakhouse in Dubai!!! From the staff attitude to the food quality and serving size everything is just mind blowing! Large slabs of ribs plate of fettuccine are both unexpectedly huge! And the price is just perfect! Trust me the serving is good for 3 ladies or 2 gents. We are so glad we visited and well definitely visit again. This is next to The Roof entrance near the fountain. Highly recommended. The staff attitude are just 5-star particularly Joseph and the other Filipina. They go the extra mile to satisfy the guests! An African server with excellent attitude was also there. GREAT TEAM, GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD!!!

Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Popular location so do have to wait a little for a table but food portions are very large and filling plenty of chips which you can take away with you if you are too full. Even a lovely unique starter of popcorn to share while waiting for the food. Views out on the fountains are stunning. Would recommend for a date night.

The place and the staff are very welcoming. The food variety is vast. The portions are huge which makes the prices acceptable. Very generous side salad and rich with ingredients. Kids meal are almost the same size as an adult portion, and the amount of fries on the size is unbelievable. I really recommend this place. Delicious!

A great choice for meat lovers! Was pleasantly surprised that my half-portion short ribs could actually feed 2-3 persons, so imagine us three ladies with half-portions each! Had to take home 1 order so as not to waste food. 4/5 for their great food and good service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent steak and burger place in Dubai mall. It has a casual atmosphere. They greet you with a bowl of complimentary popcorn instead of bread. The steaks we ordered were very good and made properly. They have onion rings as garnish and you get a side of fries (thin, steak or waffle fries). Please note the the quantity of the fries in each order is enough for four people and most of it unfortunately goes to waste and I think management should modify the quantity or offer half size with a salad as an alternate option. Service was excellent and I would recommend the place.

Absolutely the best burger I’ve ever had. Hands down. The staff were friendly. Knowledgeable. And had a sense of humor. We loved Mildred The food portions were incredible. And the meat falling off the bones and melting in your mouth. The fish and chicken were good too. But the salad we ordered. Seemed like an after thought. Hardly cut up dry meat and almost no taste. But if you’re coming here. You’re really not coming for a salad.

The meal was delicious! The atmosphere was perfect for the day. Even the staff are friendly and they frequently asked us what they can be of service. Especially Rommel, he was attentive and did not hesitate when we asked for suggestions with the preferences. I love how he even offered and served us a different type of dish with the same seafood because the one we had wasn't our preference. We totally love all the food! I highly recommend the restaurant and be sure to ask for Rommel when it comes to service, such high quality performance.

Had a great time celebrating special occasions with Hurricane’s Grill in Dubai Mall… Ordered our all time fave wagyu burger and alfredo pasta… Kudos to Joseph and his team for the successful birthday surprise… Definitely a must visit!!! 😋

It was my first time to eat here with my friend and it’s an amazing experience. Nelson was the one who helped us and guided us with our orders. He’s extremely helpful and all other staff were friendly and accommodating as well. We met Milad, who was also friendly and polite. The owner was also great! 😄 Thank you. Went there on Valentine's day. So obviously it was crowded. Had to wait for an hour to get an outdoor seating. It is a shame they do not have reservations. But finally, it was worth the wait. Tried their ribs and it was out of the world. Also tried the prawns which was amazing. I should mention the portions are huge and usually can be shared by 2. For this size portions the price is reasonable. The staff are very sweet and professional. Would surely recommend.

Delicious food with ridiculously humongous portions! This is fundamentally why it was dropped a star. We ordered a drink and a main dish each but was not advised by the waiter of the enormous portions we’d be expecting. This is disappointing on the service side as we hate wasting food. And like most tourists here, we didn’t stay in a hotel with a kitchen or even just a microwave to reheat the leftover food. Most of these super tender and well cooked meat just went to waste! We think the waiters and waitresses should suggest reasonable order quantity to diners to avoid situations like this. One dishes is definitely more than enough for at least 2 people to share. It felt like they only cared about how much you ordered but not the fact that very few people can finish a portion of food by themselves. The only order we managed to finish was the side steam veggies… Despite all the lovely meats and chips, we actually left unhappy, feeling guilty about all those food that was wasted… Back to the food itself…the meats were impeccably succulent, they pull apart easily with a fork. The seasoning was on point. We absolutely loved the chips, they were irresistibly crispy! Not so much the sweet potato chips though, a lot of them were a little soggy. The drinks were lovely too, perfectly refreshing for the hot weather in Dubai. Overall, I like the spacious and comfortable dining atmosphere. The service was friendly but please advise customers on the portion sizes! Their amazing foods and drinks mean that I’ll 100% recommend it to meat lovers.

This place is amazing, if you want to watch the Dubai Fountains and eat in spectacular fashion this is the place. The food is just amazing huge portions, great tasting food. The servers are the best so much enthusiasm they are great, this place is awesome. If you want to experience the water fountains with great food this is the best place to start your Dubai adventure.

The food was absolutely delicious! I had the Australian Fillet (medium rare) and it was super tender and had a lot of flavour. Gennelyn was our server and she was amazing. Super kind and sweet! Also the view outside is amazing, fountain view with a show every 30 minutes😍 Thank you for the delicious food and service🫶🏼

Good portions, good atmosphere, and excellent service. Mushroom steak was good, and so was garlic butter steak. Kids' steak was also notable. With good weather, dancing fountains made the experience worth the price.

Very welcoming & friendly service with a touch of South Africa. We experienced a piece of home. The food was exceptional, and the portions were massive. One plate can be shared between two. Using the entertainer of Hurricane's own app makes prices more affordable. Our table had a view of Dubai Mall fountains show which added to the ambience. We enjoyed the experience thoroughly. The food was so delicious. Best advice is to go with an empty stomach. The portion size is very big and hard to finish. You can always pack the food and take it home. The service was very fast and efficient. My family loved this place.

Great place for American food, steak and burgers. My goodness, the food quantity is too large for one person. Food at most of the tables were getting wasted because of the quantity. Make it shareable. Loved the presentation, taste and service. Ambience is equally good, promenade view, facing the lake and fountain show. Can get crowded and is expensive. Quinoa salad beyond a point was difficult to complete.

Food was absolutely amazing and generous portions, our steaks were cooked to perfection. I wasn’t too keen on Lamb Chops though. Service provided by Milan was absolutely exceptional!

Wow just amazing, order the mushroom steak and peppercorn steak and they were perfect. Steaks were nice and hot and juicy. Mac n Chees3 coukd have done with some seasonings but each to there own. Mash was different, I am old school and I like it plain, theis had a lil extra flavour however still very nice. Thank you to the team

I always dine in Hurricane Grill and I have to admit its on the pricey side but it is worth every dirham! The serving is good for 2 to 3 people and everything they have in the Menu is super delicious. I always tell my friends that if you want to impress someone with food, go to Hurricane Grill. Tonight Jo and Gen served us, very accomodating.. friendly and explained to us the new addition to their Menu, the whole chicken roast and grill. We ordered this and as expected, perfection! If you are reading this.. don’t hesitate go and dine here and take your seat outside so you have the Dubai Mall fountain view.

Visited 1st time but overall experience wasn't good as expected, the reason being is that all the items are overpriced and its not rhe restaurant for people looking for best food/value for money!! Secondly, the service was slow and the drinks I ordered charged high price but the quantity was less , really dissappointed on that.. I have tried other restaurants serving steak nd mocktails and their quantity is alot compared to the price but here in Hurricane Grills no, had to order again.. Thirdly, the next order I placed, the waiter didn't bring the mash potatoes i.e. it was missing 1 side dish.. In short, I don't want to visit again as the experience wasn't to the expecation and thus 3 stars. However, the ambience was good as they gave a good seating spot with outside view of the Dubai mall fountain.. Overall, I will try some other restarants with better value and taste !!

If you want to have great steak. Just visit this place. They know how to make steaks. They have a lot of options for steak lovers. Australian fillet is one of the best only with ribs. Meals come with a massive fries, rice or mash potatoes as a side. They are really massive even you can win a bet with someone claiming to eat all 😁. Awesome! Today I try seafood platter, spaghetti, and steak. All kind of meats are fresh and juicy. Taste is really good. Beef steak is so soft. Portion or size is quite big. Staff service is really good. Price is reasonable.

Good place to try some steak 🥩 and it is perfect for meat lovers. I really enjoyed the place vibes and the staff hospitality. I have one major comment that the roast beef dish was dry when it was served to us even though it was ordered as medium well but still it tasted good. I recommend if you will go with that dish to order it medium instead. A final comment that represents how nice are the staff of the restaurant that they did not let me go without a free dessert. I think you will find better steak house options in Dubai town. Best wishes.

The food was 👌👌 Our server John was really nice and kind. The South African supervisor (Raymond) ensured we got a replacement of our lamb cutlets that had been overdone by mistake. "We try to ensure all orders are perfect, but when mistakes happen, we own up to it", he said. Amazing amazing amazing! Will def come again.
