I
was
impressed
with
the
food
taste
but
not
with
the
service
being
offered.
Me
and
mine
friend
went
to
Jalebiwala
on
Friday
evening,
we
settled
down
and
was
waiting
for
the
menu
to
be
provided
in
order
to
select
our
dishes.
After
10
minutes
we
called
waiter
to
provide
menu
to
us
and
he
delivered
the
same
after
5
minutes.
We
selected
and
called
the
same
waiter
to
order.
He
took
the
order
and
went
ahead
without
notifying
anything.
After
15
more
minutes
he
put
the
plates
on
the
table
without
any
notice.
We
took
plates
and
decorated
our
table
ourselves.
After
30
minutes
of
order
our
order
came
to
our
table,
and
waiter
did
the
same
as
he
did
at
the
time
of
serving
plate.
He
didn't
served
sizzler
to
us
and
went
ahead
to
take
others
order.
We
took
sizzler
without
being
served
and
finished
our
dinner.
We
paid
the
bill
and
asked
for
complaints
and
suggestions
book
at
cash
counter,
but
as
expected
cashier
said
we
don't
have
that.
After
being
asked
our
suggestion,
we
said
to
improve
customer
service
as
we
are
totally
disappointed
by
your
waiter.
We
were
shocked
after
hearing
response
from
the
cashier.
He
said
"We
know
that.
Today
is
Friday
and
because
of
customer
rush,
we
were
unable
to
help
you."
Cashier
attitude
is
like
we
don't
care
how
the
customer
are
being
treated.
If
you
have
problem
we
don't
care.
I
am
totally
impressed
by
quality
and
taste
of
food
but
at
the
same
time
I
am
shocked
with
customer
service.
I
want
to
hear
one
reason
from
the
management
of
the
restaurant
that
"How
a
multinational
brand,
react
to
a
customer
with
such
a
silly
answer
and
lots
of
attitude
in
behaviour
of
the
employee."
