    Extremely rude staff! I had a problem with a bracelet. A staff member in DCC branch confirmed to me that it is their policy to repair/change an item within warranty (from any branch). I went to Dubai Mall branch, the supervisor told me that there is nothing I can do for you, no apologies, no smiles, and did not bother to understand their own policies! The issue got sorted thanks to the great staff of DCC branch.

    Very bad way to treat customers we came to exchange piece that is still within one month and new but no box the manager Mohamad refused to exchange saying that we don’t have boxes I can’t believe such company doesn’t believe in their products and they can’t get boxes will never buy from them people working they don’t have customers care

    Worst customer service- what I ever seen in my life from their online shop. I ordered from website jewelry what meant to be a gift for a birthday, received confirmation, card got charged even with express delivery amount. On the day of the birthday I still did not receive the gift what I payed for, nobody contacted me - and order was confirmed and fully charged. Order confirmation in my e-mail box from previous day. Seems like all set. I wait … I wait … no delivery. 24 hours passed already. After I called their customer service, they told me the item is out of stock. I asked them, If I don’t call you now to chase the jewelry, when I will be aware of that is not available??? Their agent suggested for me another type as a replacement, so they charged my card via the call and they informed me that I can pick up personally from the shop and they will return the amount. I was sending my driver to the shop (once again, it was a birthday gift), time passed because of they lacking of communication, and second order was placed by their agent - and they told me the second item as well out of stock!!!!!! I got charged twice, full amount plus express delivery charges, plus they say on website, you will get the order in 24 hours - which is a lie, you won’t, even if you place before 1.00p.m. it will never arrive. They have products in their website which is misleading the clients, they dont even have that in the shops. They don’t notify the customer on time - but they are fully charging express delivery and sending confirmation email about that! They just want to collect money and actually they don’t care if you get your gift on time or not. I requested full refund for both items, I arrived to the birthday without the gift, I was upset, going through several phone calls… on the top of that I need to request the refund. Worst experience of my life, I will never buy anything from them, grocery shops are having better online order options… Sorry for the team of Dubai mall Swarovski they are very nice every time I go there, but their online shop is frustrating and terrible, misleading the customers.

    Terrible experience with a male member of staff at the Dubai mall store around 8pm on 5th Feb 2023. Never in my life have I experienced something this bad. Hope the management looks into the surveilance footage and does the needful.

    This is one of the bigger branches in Dubai if not the biggest. Staff were very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. Actually managed to source a ring I’d been looking for since last year as the smaller branches and most of the branches in London and online had stopped stocking it.

    Three Chinese staffs were chatting with each other even they saw me entered the store and no greeting, when I searched the items and asked price, one of them gave me dirty look, never visit this store again.

    Today evening I went to Dubai mall boutique to buy gift for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day and Arabic lady was assisting me... assisting it's big word , she just trow on tray the necklace which I wanna see and just left to assist other people without saying anything. I was standing like crazy waiting for her , but thanks God other staff notice me and help me to buy a necklace. This Arabic lady really spoiled my mood, because of this kind of staff I prefer buy online....

    Scam. Never buy anything from here. They sell me earrings with RUST and refused to return it on the next day after purchase because the don’t do that with earrings, even if they’re totally new, unworn and untouched. However they should make a return defective items.

    Today on UAE’s national day I went to Dubai Mall branch to get myself an evil eye earring to match my existing set. I saw the earrings but thought on browsing the store before to see if I liked something else. Mind you, I did *not* try any in and was just browsing. Suddenly, the young Arab male staff came and asked me to inform him if I wish to try anything and I said fine. I asked if I am not allowed to touch even and he said he did not mind but it will basically make his job more difficult if he has to come after me to fix its place? I ignored it. I went on walking and browsing and I see him being on my head and not leaving me to browse in peace. I raised my annoyance and he said it was his job and it was for every customer. Which is quite funny, cause he was only following me and other staff weren’t harassing customers. Perhaps my casual attire did not appeal to his standards of an ideal client. It felt quite personal. He also had a very uncomfortable smirk on his face with no apologies. I left. Out of the multiple stores I visited today none had this shameful attitude. I had never really visited Dubai branch in-store but it definitely was eye-opening from the Swarovski experience in the UK where they actually give clients space and assist when asked for assistance and treat them with professionalism and no discrimination. Almost 30 minutes after I was passing the store and I saw customers in Swarovski just browsing and none had a staff like a hawk standing on their head at every step. Please spend more time on training your staff cause little things as such matter and would ruin one’s shopping experience. Perhaps losing one client today would not matter to such an enterprise but there would be more potential clients that might not ‘look’ like an ideal client and their experience will also be potentially deterred by such treatment of your staff. What I experienced was just sad, uncomfortable, discriminatory and rather insulting.

    Very incompetent staff. I came there to show my bracelet that I bought 10 years ago in Vienna, Austria, at the official store. The salesman took my bracelet and immediately said yes, it is Swarovski. After that, he said no, it is no Swarovski because I don't see an engraving. Other staff came also and all of them said that it's fake. But I have a confirmation and I know myself where I bought my bracelet. Maybe 10 years ago Swarovski didn't engraved it's name. These salesmen work there maybe 2 years maximum and don't know anything. Anyway it was very offensive and unprofessional

    Went to shop on the first day of Summer Sales since i received an sms with up to 60% off. Approached the staff asking to show me the items which are only 60% off. She showed me the glass cabinet with all the little statues and jewelry on 60% offer. Sales assistant advised me that the item on display is the LAST PIECE. i agreed. after coming to a cashier i kindly asked them if they could make a small giftrap ... but both assistant and cashier said `` we do not do giftraaping for sale items ...`` i just replied ``Really?`` after i kept silent until they finish the transaction they agreed to do a Universe favor for me and put a little ribbon on the box!? most interesting part yet to come ... after returning home and going through my payments i have noticed that Swarovski charged me more than they promised .... i gave a call and spoke with Store manager who sound extremely arrogant and unprofessional saying that ``it was a human error and that is why they offered me only 40% instead of 60% originally promised ... after wasting my 30minutes on the phone to resolve the issue and get the 20% difference i`ve been told to bring the item back and refund. ``thank you very much for a great service Swarovski Dubai Mall Team``. it was my first and the last shopping with you. i usually go shopping to Swarovski Sahara Mall. Very calm and heartwarming treatment . Be cautious and double & double check before you purchase !!!

    Had my very first horrible experience with Swarovski. Bought a pair of earrings and while we were still at the store we realised there was another one which we liked more . So I asked our sales executive to maybe replace our earing and give us the new one which they refused because of some return policy for earrings. The sad part is that we weren't even returning we were still inside the store , just that we liked another pair of earrings. We were also never told about this earing policy while we were buying .
