This hotel is one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of visiting in the last two years. The room is a dream, attention to detail and clarity. The size of the rooms and the comfort is true luxury. The rooms are cleaned immediately when you press the service button, you go to breakfast and come back to a freshly made room, really great! The service and the service staff impress with friendliness and competence, a real pleasure to be a guest here. The 5 stars are truly deserved. The breakfast is very varied, the organization excellent. The food in the evening is excellent, the choice of drinks and quality perfect. The pool area is creatively designed, about wellness and fitness everything is available. I am glad that I was able to experience this standard and I heartily recommend the hotel.

We were in this hotel for almost a week. The hotel has a beautiful, luxury reception and lobby. it is a new and clean hotel, but the bathroom soap holder and towels in our room were old. Even the shampoo and conditioner in the room was not good quality. Thought it is a 5 star hotel, the room’s mini bar was empty and almost every day we had to call the room service to make up the room. The buffet breakfast was really good and everyone there was so nice and helpful and they gave us amazing breakfast experience. Most of the time elevators had so much delay but what to do! The room were huge and the bed was really comfortable. Thought the staffs were so friendly and nice, the services like valet parking and service at the pool were so slow. It caused me to change my mind to order food and drinks when I was using the pool. Overall, it is reasonable to be 4 star hotel not 5 star specially when I compared it with other 5 star hotels in Dubai

This is great and beautiful place in the Dubai, room of this place was very wide and good looking and clean. Crowded place and people like it's food and look. I say it's service was very good. It's view in my eyes every time and I share it's reality with others room service was thumbs up and neat clean place. Very good atmosphere and people attitude. I and my children enjoyed very much of this place. Location also wonderful. Many more things are in my memories but in short this is great place.

Have stayed multiple times with this hotel to which my needs have been fulfilled greatly. The hotel has a great and luxurious atmosphere. The rooms especially stage room and upwards are incredibly stylish and modern and would be appreciated by all. The food is very nice. An additional add on, the waiter Owen in the restaurant was very kind professional and I was met with a great hospitality. Recommend strongly.

Everything was very good. Enjoyed my stay and would certainly recommend. I’ll state one thing that can be improved. While eating my breakfast, I was asked to leave a review of my stay. Everything was very good and the server was very hospitable. I said that I would but didn’t do it on the spot. A few minutes later the server returned and asked me to leave a review again and to not forget. I was trying to enjoy a quiet breakfast and was asked multiple times to leave a review using a QR code on the spot. I understand that it’s very important but would just ask to tone the review thing down a tad bit.

It’s a nice hotel, Rooms are pretty but don’t expect much view. The room service has some mild issue but the food selection is great even for late night. The elevators, the lobby, in general theme of the hotel was impressive. Cocktails at Flashback the bar were on point. Exactly like a New York speakeasy though the smell of cigarettes made us leave early. The best part of the stay was our check-in with Brandon. Polite, friendly and genuinely helpful staff at the Paramount. The service in general was good.

My stay here was exceptional. 5-star experience all the way. Cleanliness, Smooth & Efficient service at the front desk. Let’s not forget the breakfast options.. it was a whole buffet not your average bed & breakfast. A special shout-out to Scott & Allan for their excellent service. This is a must stay!!! I am from the United States, and was concerned with my place of stay prior to arrival. Once I arrived here in Dubai I immediately felt at ease. This hotel was probably the best decision I made in terms of hotel stays abroad ( I travel a lot). EVERYONE here at the resort is amazing. From the the valet, to the front desk reps, to the cleaning staff and restaurant host. I am honestly impressed with everyone. Their knowledge and precision is what makes this system flow like a well oiled machine. Brandon at the front desk is my new best friend. Anthea the manager is great and so is Mina as well. The restaurant has a server that I called the Hookah master( sorry I forgot your name). Bezu the valet individual is also someone that needs to be mentioned here. He always ensured that I am able to find a taxi and he personally waits to see that the taxi is on time.

I have been dining in stage restaurant for past 3 days. The service was amazing and food was really great. Specifically Biswash and animal from stage were absolutely amazing glad to have people like them helping me out. The rooms were amazing as well. But the point of absolute satisfaction was from service . Amazing hotel. Love to come back very soon

This place is a DREAM! What a beautiful hotel, I was given a lovely spacious room on the 41st floor with a view of the lovely city & I couldn’t be more happy with it. The chocolate arrangements awaiting me on arrival was a lovely touch. The staff are so pleasant & helpful, thank you to Sami who was there for my every beck & call, not even half way through my trip & I had to come & leave a 5star review. Thank you so much Paramount team !

The hotel has exceeded my expectations. The luggage arrived on time. The room was very nice with the latest technology. The bed was very comfortable. The laundry service arrived before the scheduled time. The restaurants at the hotel were amazing especially the Fish. They had a daily catch. The chef cooked special butter lemon sauce that was delicious with the fish. The hotel is centrally located l, just 17 minutes from Dubai airport and is centrally located at the Business Bay. You are literally 15 minutes from Dubai Mall. I am definitely coming back. Mohan raj from the front stage bellman was exceptional.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The hotel is luxurious and gorgeous. Our room was huge and the bed is one of the best ones we have seen in a hotel. The room itself has a lot of fun features with lights and drapes etc. The only downside will be that quality of toiletries, the body wash, shampoo and lotion is not that great considering its a 5 star hotel. The morning buffet is exceptional and has a lot of varieties. It's extremely kid friendly aswell. The pool is fun and is quite long. We overall had a great experience as the staff everywhere is also quite attentive.

Of course, this five-star establishment is magnificent, sumptuous, the decoration is neat and very refined. Sorry, I have no complaints. And I am particularly touched by the kindness that I received from all the people who work there with whom I was able to talk a little. For me it is very important. My short stay was absolutely wonderful. A huge thank you to the Paramount hotel and the lovely people who made me feel so welcome.

Our stay at the paramount hotel was amazing. Excellent service, great food and clean and fascinating interior. Only lookout is the location since the hotel is not connected to public transport and you will always need a ride everywhere. However they installed shuttles which run to the city two times a day to compensate. Also the pool at least in winter is covered in a lot of shadows due to the skyscrapers around. But overall the hotel is worth a trip you will not regret :)

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a delightful two-night stay at the hotel. The stunning decor and attention to detail in every corner impressed us. The breakfast was amazing, and Biman's assistance made our experience even better.

The room condition in this hotel is very good. And the quality of the hotel restaurant service is really good. Allan's service in particular was the best I have ever received. I will definitely come back on my next trip.

This was my first stay. I love the theme & background music. The staff are always eager to help. I would like to commend a gentleman called Allan at the restaurant on the Mezzanine Floor where a colleague and I had our lunch. He is from Cameroon. His service is just exceptional.

Dubai has been a very delightful experience! It owes me nothing! The most glorious vacation EL va… The paramount staff professionalism and attentiveness with kind promptness-was above excellent from beginning and I’m sure until the end, due to consistency from everyone across the board! My breakfast server Iqbal were the best! His smile is so pleasurable, I would request every time! 2 more days and I continue to will indulge……

We are quite disappointed starting from the valet parking service finishing with the room with sigarets smell and not same bathroom as on their booking photos! Bathroom transparent glass switcher doesn't work properly. It's quite hard to reach the reception via call, and they even advised us to come down to the lobby if we have any questions! Sure, I paid 1k to spend a nice evening to run yo the lobby for all the issues they have at the hotel... The curtains are crumpled and dusty.

Staying with daughter here for two nights and we are really enjoying it. Room was ready upon arrival and we arrived very early 0700am. The food and staff are very friendly and supportive, especially Ashish from breakfast. 4 stars for location just as quite some construction sites around..

It was my first time in Dubai and in the paramount hotel and it was the best experience I ever had this hotel was so luxurious, clean and very good food but especially the people who worked there it literally felt like family and nothing was to much for them. A very special thank you to harold the receptionist as he helped me when I got very sick and when we needed an upgrade of our room nothing was to much for him. And because of people like him I would love to come back again and already looking for my next vacation. It’s a very good hotel and I would recommended to all my friends, colleagues and friends.

The Hotel is located within the Business Bay Area and is a fairly new complex which is an assembly of four Towers sitting together and I have to say it looks very spectacular when illuminated at night. It is definitely a luxurious place, spacious rooms and everything you expect to find in a hotel like this. Just the attention to details makes the difference to other 5Star places. There are small things you recognize when you travel frequently and certainly also depending on your personal taste but over all a nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was included. Great variety and very helpful staff. ARSLAN was great as he served us breakfast everyday. Never skipped a beat and always delivered whatever we asked. He's as example of super service. He's not the only one but he stands out. The valet service was also great and all the people went out of their way to help and support and deliver on time service.

The hotel is fantastic with awesome staff. Been here foe two days so far and am loving it. We Had the opportunity to be served by Owen day one and Allan day two during breakfast at the restaurant and I must say these guys are a big plus to the hotel. Their customer service and touch is top notch. Was here for business but must come back with family.

Arslan & Jean (both restaurant servers) are very courteous and helpful. They both have friendly personalities and go above and beyond for hotel patrons with great efficiency. Very beautiful & clean hotel with a lot of amenities and great food. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Although our stay at the hotel was nice, we had issues with the ethics of the restaurant. When we arrived and sat at the table, the waiter immediately brought us 2 drinks that we had not ordered and walked away, drinks that we assumed were complimentary. Later when we were ordering wine, I asked for 2 certain wines to taste, by name. The waiter brought over 2 bottles and I chose accordingly. Later I asked for another glass, when this was brought over and poured, I questioned which label this was, and I was informed this was the same style and region I ordered not the same wine I had asked for. The wine served was more than double the price of the ordered wine. When I asked why I has been brought a different wine the waiter said he misunderstood my selection. He said I would not be changed for the 2nd glass due to the price difference. At the end of the night. when the bill was brought over, the 2 original (complimentary) drinks were on the bill, as were the 2 glasses of the expensive wine. I questioned this and the waiter said he would have the manager contact me. The manager called the room in evening and said he would look into what had happened, but I never heard back from him. When checking out the next morning to head to the airport, I again asked for the hotel manager, but reception were not able to get hold of him. They told me that he would call me back. I never heard from him and I still cannot get the manager to call me back. Despite my objections to the 150 AED overcharging, the hotel still charged our card for the full amount for the dinner. Although the rooms were very nice, I will think twice before staying at this hotel again!

Been to yours A couple of days back with my cousins and your swimming instructor named Sujith reddy was fantastic, had an excellent experience . His way of helping to my cousins was fantastic as they are beginners.The instructor was patient, encouraging, and created a positive learning environment. The pool was well-maintained, and overall, it added a delightful dimension to my stay. Highly recommended for guests of all swimming levels.

Me personally I want to thank for the amazing treatment at the Spa to Dee. Speechless! Every time I travel I use to go to the spa, but Dee is from far away the best I ever met. One of the best hotel I have ever stayed in years. All the staffs are helpful, housekeeping is done everyday, the cleaning boys was so motivated in his job, carrying the value of the hotel. This indicates the overall management culture in this hotel. Cost is concern but it’s worth every penny.

Visited PAUSE spa today and had to write a 5* review because my experience was outstanding! It’s a luxurious SPA using high quality products with extremely professional massage therapists and staff! The manager even came to greet me and made sure I receive the highest service! Had an amazing signature relaxing massage and was using the steam and sauna afterwards! Perfect relaxation and recharge! Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel, loved our stay there, we had a spacious, stylish room with the city view. The restaurants are top notch, delicious food and 5 star service for sure, including a breakfast buffet with a great variety of food. Nice pool area and kids room! We traveled with a 8 y.o. daughter who enjoyed both equally. Very friendly and well trained hotel personnel. Definitely will go back there again!

I love the service here at the Paramount Hotel. Our server Allan was amazing! He catered to our every need and addressed my coffee concerns. The upkeep of this hotel went beyond my expectations. Housekeeping was phenomenal, clothes were folded, bed was made, and towels were fresh and clean. I’ll definitely tell family and friends about my wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable and has a nice view The valet was very friendly. The receptionist was very helpful and professional. Manger Ahmad was very helpful. He managed to solve a problem that occurs because of my mistake and he helped me through the process. The breakfast quality is amazing. My experience in the hotel was magnificent and i recommend it to everyone. Its location is good and close to the Dubai center. The room is exactly as the pictures.

The best phone reservation experience I’ve had when calling room reservation, this is the only answering machine that I found fun for listening and the waiting time for an operator to pick up didn’t bother me. The hotel was clean, furniture and room amenities were in excellent condition. Breakfast was very good, hotel staff at any place were nice and accommodating. Few observations to consider for improvement: 1- Room AC was too cold and thermostat adjustment didn’t help to control the temperature, we could either keep the AC on or off. 2- Hot water in the shower/ washroom was warm but not really hot as suppose to be. In overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The staff at this hotel has been amazing. Prince is the security guard on the pool deck and he graciously took some amazing pictures of my friend and me. Breakfast has been excellent every morning. Rooms are well-appointed and clean and the location is great. My only complaint is the elevators, you can wait up to 15 minutes to get on an elevator and get to where you are going.

A wonderful hotel with a beautiful view, spacious and modern rooms with excellent air conditioning, there are pictures and statues, and an exceptional reception, as the place dazzles you with pictures and drawings inspired by movies and cinemas, and we do not forget the innovative way of the rooms, as the TV is integrated with the dressing glass table with a large frame that gives you a model of luxury with modernity and innovation And all the control buttons are smart and comfortable, Don't forget to try using bathroom facilities, It contains a very tidy shower with a smart electronic toilet and a variety of taking a bath. The unique morning breakfast, is one of the best hotels that I have experienced, the buffet has a variety of delicious food from all continents , also the restaurant is well designed and spacious, a very warm welcoming and a unique service makes the restaurant nice

The staff here is amazing! Everyone is so nice and helpful. The rooms are super clean. Breakfast is delicious and the gym is super nice. We also had amazing service on the Malibu rooftop for lunch. Santhosh was excellent with our food allergies, helping us when our drink blew over, even found my earring that fell out and brought it down to our room. Overall our experience has been wonderful!

Paramount is a unique luxury theme hotel experience in Dubai. We stayed there for 2 days, and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff is highly professional and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, large, and clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The pool is nice and clean. the breakfast offered a wide range of choices and had various sections with high-quality food options. Highly recommend !!

Great place with a unique old Hollywood style. Very pleasant staff in general, great service everywhere. Luggage and Valet guys are very efficient, friendly and helpful. We were assisted by Lawrence who goes out of his way to accommodate and assist guests as well as talk proudly about the hotel in a professional and friendly manner. Aliya from the front desk, on the other hand, while dealt with us professionally and efficiently could learn to be a little bit less grumpy, a bit friendlier, more accommodating and polite. The other lady from the front desk (I think Mai) was really nice, helpful and friendly.

They have cinema theater which is amazing. They severe breakfast with various choices. It’s a great place for families, couples and groups. It’s very close to Dubai Mall. They have valet parking and they are so nice. Room service is great. Room is spacious and comfortable. Smart technology is available. All touch. They have a spa and pool. All services are available online as you may check at room tv screen. As we checked out, they were very fast and professional. We had a great experience. Thank you for having us.

The breakfast I had this morning at the paramount hotel was an experience like no other. The way everything was laid out, the different sections and also the one thing that stood out to me is the fact that you can order eggs of your choice and watch it be made for you fresh. The one staff member who made this experience even better for me was one of the staff members who goes by the name of Hasib. He provided me with 5 star service made sure I knew how everything worked and explained all the different drink options. He took his time and made sure me and the other guests around me enjoyed our experience.

Rooms and service is the best. Highly recommend. They were very flexible with our plans the last day allowing later checkout and storing our luggage. Special shout out to Elizabeth on reception when we checked in and our waiter at breakfast, Ashish was super helpful and provided fantastic service, we sat in his area both mornings deliberately.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in as far as I can remember. The amenities were well kept and the appliances and electronics were awesome. The staff where outstanding. The valet folks work so hard to take care of guest cars under the hot weather conditions but with a smile on their faces. Front desk service staff were great. I should mention a particular front desk staff, Harold. He went above and beyond to help me with an order for a particular item I needed delivered. He made me feel at home while away from home. Keep it up Harold. You make paramount shine. I’ll recommend having a small microwave in the rooms for max comfort but I’ll definitely stay in that same hotel when in Dubai again.
