Subu, I am thankful and greatful to the whole team of Connect World Travel and Tourism for arranging uninterrupted itinery and well arranged program, spending eight days seems less for this trip. Specail thanks to your goodself for montoring and to Ashraf , Van driver who mixed with the family members all the time and supported in all respect without any greed. I hope any one who wish to come from India must try your team. I would again come to you whenever I plan next. Thanks again ! We were eight person and all are happy in all respect which generally does not happen, even if I am making the comparison with BIG companies like Thomas Cook and Make my trip !

Worst service ... Irresponsible staff / Driver and Guides... Lack of knowledge about the Hotel and false commitment..Pls do not even take service from Connect world.. its waste of time and Money

I was planning a holidat tour for my parents and inlaws and I randomly stumbled on their page and after a few conversations with the consultant Hema I find real professionalism in them.I was given a good tariff and I booked a 6 day tour to dubai.Right from the pickup to drop off at the airport, we were given all necessary assistance and my parents had a wonderful vacation.I strongly recommend their service to anyone who visit dubai. Very poor experience booking my dubai honeymoon package with them. Poor quality n cold food served at desert safari. All pickups (both SIC n private) were late by 1-1.5 hrs. For SIC pickups, their driver kept waiting (and made other guests wait) for late guests for 30-45 mins at each destination without leaving them behind. Though it does say on their Itinerary that driver would wait a max 15 mins after pickup time but they do not follow any protocols and make others suffer. For city tour they just take u past various attractions without actually stopping there n let u take some pictures. We went past Atlantis and other great attractions without stopping. Instead, they stop at 3 local market (gold, spice and local shop) for 30-45mins each expecting people to buy gold n spices on their tour. They wasted half of my 6 day tour and offered me a free dinner as compensation...... ridiculous
