I had my first tandem jump rhis weekend with Skydive KC. I can not say enough amazing things about them! A well oiled machine is how everything worked once we arrived. We arrived, got checked in, watched a video about the risks and some very informative information in general about skydiving and the safety measures they have taken for not only visitors but staff as well. We were introduced to our tandem partners and our videographer, then our partners went over the harness and some of the specifics of the harness and then step-by-step everything that is to be expected and when we are going to do what and when. Everyone I spoke to was so kind in answering questions and explaining things "just one more time". I am already working in putting another party together to do it again! If you have ever even considered skydiving get ahold of these folks! You will not be disappointed!!!

JUST DO IT! Everything about this place was great! The people make you feel so comfortable and make the experience amazing! I could not of asked for a better first jump. And if you are debating on the picture/video package just stop because it is worth every single penny!! So glad I have those memories forever

It was an awesome experience. Everyone at SkydiveKC is awesome, Patrick my tandem partner explained every step and kept it exciting. They educate you to help make your diving experience that much more rewarding. I took my husband and kids and they got to see me jump and land. It was such a rewarding experience. The group in my jump time range in ages, it was such a good feeling to see that and be part of that group. I would recommend you all to at least try it and mark that off your bucket list!

First time getting to skydive.. I wish I had done it sooner, because I want more! Skydive KC made it such an INCREDIBLE experience that if you have even the smallest wish to try this... DO IT, DO IT SOON!! You will wish you had like me, and everyone else that day that had not done it before.. Steve Osner and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly! I felt welcome the moment I showed up and felt like I was leaving friends when it was time to go.. knowing I would return to see and jump with them again. Once in the plane and on the way up they made everyone feel like part of the team. And for those that think, this is unsafe.. well you ARE jumping from a perfectly good airplane.. :) however, the staff are professionals at what they do. Safety is the top of their agenda and it shows! I think they may have wrote the book on how to be safety experts and friendly at the same time! So if you think you are too old or timid to try it, think about this... as this was my first time jumping, I witnessed one of our elders that needed help walking up the stairs to the viewing room thinking she was there to watch her grandson jump, it turned out she was there for her second jump at ninety one years old.. Yeah, 91 years and her second jump!! She was in the group before me so I got to see her after her jump.. INCREDIBLE! She said she wanted to do it for her children and got the video package.. How GREAT is that!? Yup, I'm for sure doing it again! THANK YOU Skydive Kansas City!!!!

This place literally saved my life!! I was afraid of everything and contemplating.....well let's just say not good things! After jumping with their super friendly staff, I was assured I wasn't just some number on a chart, and one of my trainers stuck with me through maneuver training at IFly in Overland Park! I am SO DEVASTATED they decided to close their doors after 23+ years in the business! I wanted to buy the place, but I'm not qualified enough unfortunately.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I felt 100% safe and comfortable with Shaun, my tandem partner, who explained everythigng multiple times. He was fun and enjoyed joking around yet very professional. I'm 62 years old and this was on my bucket list for a long time. The physical demands are minimal, landing was extremely soft and well controlled, no problems at all. Nick, my videographer, got some AMAZING video and still images. He was like a cloud ninja zooming around to the perfect angle. I'd highly recommend Shaun, Nick, and Sky Dive KC. I'm ready to go again!!!

1st time skydiving experience here was fantastic! Everyone there makes the experience that much better. I definitely plan on going back to get licensed. Highly recommend that you have them record your flight, its priceless.
