Clean and accessible interior. I was surprised that it was 6 dollars to get a just a cheeseburger. However it was pretty good and filling. They have ketchup and mustard easily available and other speciality sauces available upon request. The store almost has the electric soda machines which allow for more customization of your drink. Overall, it was a good location for a quick bite.

Almost always busy in the drive thru. They work incredibly fast. Good food.

I went into the Wendy's here in Butte because I really wanted some Chili. An employee said they were out of Chili because their cooks were high. I asked for the Manager and Melissa came out to see what happened. As Melissa was walking by, her hips kept bashing into other people and even made someone fall into the fryer. All I wanted was Chili, and instead I witnessed someone take a bath in fryer oil. Surprisingly, they said it felt great and cooked themselves for a minute. The manager then asked me what's wrong and I asked why the cooks were high and that there was no chili. She walked away from me without saying anything and yelled at the guy chilling in the fryer. All I wanted was my chili and instead I got crispy human flesh. 4/10 did not taste good but had a great crisp.

Waited nearly 20 minutes for my food while 2 door dash orders went out. If they're going to prioritize door dash they could at least warn us of the wait time, likely won't be back as my lunch is only a half hour.

The food is good if you can get in and out of the parking lot. I had to park next door after circling around the traffic jam that is the parking lot. Don't bother with the drive thru, because vehicles come in all directions pushing their way into the line. After getting tired of the craziness that is the drive thru with all the jerks pushing their way into the line from the back road, I went inside to pick up mobile order and I believe the gentleman's name was Justin (blonde hair) ANYWAY he was very nice and got my order correct so I appreciate him. He gets 5 ⭐ for service.... The parking lot and drive thru gets 1 ⭐

We stopped at 3 different restaurants for dinner in Butte and this was the only restaurant that actually had a staff working. The other 2 (not fast food) restaurants had the laziest staff ever. The staff at Wendy's worked their tails off and it was nice to see after traveling through Montana the past two summers after COVID19 and seeing the lack of hard work. Great job crew at Wendy's!

Always friendly staff at the drive thru and good deals for a budget friendly and tasty quick bite. There is almost always a line up of cars at the drive thru. I wish someone would put a Wendy's in Anaconda.

I would mark less than 1 ⭐️ if it gave the option. Tonight was the 2nd night within a week that Wendy's forgot to include the baconator fries we ordered. I called and requested a refund instead of loading my kids up and driving all the way back to the location both times. The refused to refund my card unless I brought my card to them to refund in person, even after I provided ALL of the transaction information from my receipt. I asked to speak with a manager at that point, I was informed that I was supposedly speaking to a manager, who was extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately we will no longer be going to Wendys due to the poor customer service.

I've never had a problem with wendy's, and I've never been to this one. First time coming here with my family, they left out a sandwich. Politely told staff. Was very rude and snotty and waited 20 mins for the missing sandwich. Had to go up multiple times before getting our sandwich. MANAGEMENT PLEASE SEE: Lady working around 2:00 p.m Saturday Oct 14th with dyed red ends was the snotty one.

Workers were quick and ready, did better than most other Wendy's I've been to recently. Food was alright. (it's Wendy's, hard for food to change) decent atmosphere.

I was able to get my order in quickly and the service was friendly. It took a bit of time for my order to come out, but it was accurate and taste met my expectations. The napkin/condiment area could have been cleaned up a bit but the restaurant otherwise looked clean.

Love Wendy's. I was in Butte for a bike race and wanted something familiar. Wendy's is very consistent with their food. Enjoyed my favorite Chili! Plus I tried the new Pumpkin Spice Frosty...I liked it, the spice is produced, might be too strong for some tastes, very tasty.

The food was really good. I just wish that the drink selection wasn't computerized.

No issues with the service or the food, tThe only issue I have with this Wendy's restaurant is the drive-thru. I believe that this spot is not a great spot because of the way that you have to come in or out of the drive-thru and it's usually always packed with cars from the street behind this restaurant and from the front of the restaurant from Harrison avenue. I think if they were placed in a different building than it would be a great Wendy's to visit!

Got to try their double stack and curly fries. Filling and came out hot and fresh.

Stopped here quickly on the way to Seeley Lake.The manager Melissa was great and service was fast!!! Food was tasty too

I have always liked Wendy's but I would recommend going inside to eat as their drive thru can be slow.

Thank you for reaffirming why I don’t eat at Wendy’s restaurants anymore. The fries were extremely salty and cold. Spicy chicken sandwich was thin, dry, and old tasting along with a stale bun. Regular chicken sandwich was decent but forgot lettuce.

Came here the night leading into the 4th of July and the workers were SO busy but absolutely amazing. They were working so hard and efficiently. They deserve recognition.

Food is as expected, the wait was a little long for drive through but the workers are obviously hustling! This place is terrible for people trying to cut the drive through line. Get to the back socca mom, you're not special.

Wendy's burger patties are fresh & never frozen, that's the difference in the flavor of their hamburgers. Always juicy never dry & the vegetables are always fresh. You can't go wrong with the flavor & quality. I gave them a 5 star rating, I've never had a problem with their food & everyone is always polite & helpful.Everything is always clean that says it all in my book.

Always delicious other than the new fries they are ok but it's fast food I can't really complain

The drive thru is clearly marked but some people cut in line nearly every time I go to this Wendy's. This time, 4 cars cut in line because of an elderly person in front of me. When I complained to the manager, all I got was a quick "im sorry" and that was it. I won't be going to the Butte MT Wendy's again!

The drive thru was extremely busy as usual so I went inside and got to go. They were insanely organized and friendly I received my food fairly fast and have zero compliments just, keep rocking it out you are doing a fabulous job!

Very disappointed, second time ordering my son a bourbon bacon double and they give him a single, incredibly frustrating when you live 20 miles from the store and cant "just go back" and their idea of lettuce wrapped is one tiny piece of romaine??!

Not impressed with how the drive thru is such a cluster...they need one entrance...and the people at the window need to not shove food and drinks at ya so fast that you spill them. Employees need to learn customer service skills. It would be nice to have service with a smile.
