Amazing experience from making a reservation to therapy session and post session. Anita was very patient with assisting me with find the right treatment for me and my sister. Angel was very attentive with my needs and check if I was doing ok. Get to wind down with a post treatment tea and dessert set ☺️ Great value for money, will definitely return!

First, to get to this place, it’s like a maze.had to take 2 lifts, walked through an amusement centre before you get there. This place is sold as a premium spa. The view was probably the most ‘premium’ as you could have a 180 view of Penang city. Other then that, there wasn’t much premium service. Upon arrival, we were served a small glass of sprite. Then we were led to the shower room to change and keep our belongings in the locker. The room was neat and has similar view as the lobby. The therapist Jas has strong hands. After the treatment, I needed to tidy up. However the hair brush and comb provided in the shower room has hair on them! Decided not to use them. Then we were served a slice of almond cake which is very dry, similar to the one sold by ikea, and a cup of jasmine tea. Here’s the surprise, the receptionist, therapist, server, cashier were all the same person! There’s only one staff at the entire place! For the price paid, you can get similar service at a fraction of the price, less the panoramic view. It will be the first and last visit.

I highly recommend the spa for anyone looking for a luxurious experience. The top of the world package was exceptional, and the manager, Miss Nita, went above and beyond in ensuring my birthday celebration was memorable. Additionally, the masseuse, Miss Angel, provided excellent service, and the thoughtful gesture of a birthday cake and post-spa tray was a delightful touch.

Comfortable environment with extreme beauty view in highest tower at Penang. So relaxing during massage. The dessert and tea makes brain and body clean after spa. It is a best experience for us in our trip.

Firstly the views from this spa are amazing, especially on a clear day. Secondly, the service provided is outstanding. We both felt very relaxed and muscles smoothed after the massage. Male restroom also has superb views of the city so you can shower while admiring the view. Staff are courteous and attentive, from the start they offered us a butterfly blue pea drink till the end of massage they gave us hot tea and a yogurt muesli snack. Someone will come and fetch you from 5th floor of the shopping centre to take you up to the Top. It was also easy to liaise with the person over Whatsapp.

Came for my honeymoon, and Anita kindly gave us 10% discount! We first had a (don't know what) drink with blue pea butterfly tea, which was sweet and good. We had a foot spa, scrub, full body and head massage. We asked if we could use the jacuzzi after our massage, and Anita let us use it for free even though the original price was RM198. I am more sensitive to pain, so I asked the masseuse to massage lighter, and it was just right. The whole experience was great, the views were phenomenal. Anita even helped us to take photos when we were in the jacuzzi. Their masseuse gave me a tube top to cover my chest during the jacuzzi. Super romantic having all these while overlooking the view. Anita was super friendly and smiley, which made the whole experience super relaxing. After our shower, we had a mini high tea set. The custard tart, tea and yogurt was damn refreshing. Will be back again next year. 2 pax for RM700 after 10% discount. Thank you Anita. Will be back next year

The massage was awesome with a spatular view! Anita, the manager was very caring and warm. Don’t be disappointed by the old TOP building (I was😅). Just approach the Attraction counter and someone will chaperone you to Tower Spa! Once you reached the spa center, it’s all worth the climb😆

Very happy with my experience. Fantastic view both in the lobby and in the massage room. Our masseuses were very attentive to our massage, really loved the work they did on my legs in particular. We had a pleasant and relaxing soak in a tub after with cold drinks. Genuinely refreshed, no complaints.

I recently visited this spa that, while housed in a beautiful and spacious facility with an impressive view, sadly did not live up to expectations when it came to the actual services provided. Despite the fresh and appealing ambiance, the quality of the massage I received was deeply unsatisfactory. The therapist seemed to lack the necessary training and technique, failing to properly engage with pressure points, which resulted in an inconsistent and at times uncomfortable experience. The erratic approach to the massage left much to be desired, detracting significantly from what one might expect given the premium pricing—on par with top-tier spas in regions known for excellent service like Singapore. Given the cost and the lack of skill displayed, I cannot justify a return visit nor recommend this spa. Those seeking a truly relaxing and beneficial massage experience would be well-advised to look elsewhere.

Most definitely not worth the price of RM798 (per person) for a 2.5hr session. Booked a couple room. The room was uncomfortable and smelled of paint. Temperature and power of the aircond couldn’t beat the heat from outside. The aircond even died half way through the treatment and it got super warm coz of the direct evening sun. Had pauses in between the massage and even had to change rooms (which separated us). Masseuse was talking and chatting with the colleague, couldn’t focus on being zen, also not attentive to details filled up in the form prior. Scrub was just merely applying the scrub but not actually scrubbing. Paid RM1500 almost in total to shower using cheap soap and shampoo (head & shoulders + shokobutsu). Lotion in changing room was baby’s johnson & johnson. My first spa experience with my special one and it was an unpleasant one overall, although the person in charge did try to make up for it. Just not worth it. You’re better off going to one of those Thai spas. This place is just good for the view i guess.

I had a wonderful massage experience. The manager Ms Nita did explain very well on the services and my therapist Ms Angel was very good in massaging. Overall a wonderful massage experience. I would definitely return again. Only thing is the treatment is a bit pricy but worth the price

It has a very beautiful view. If you come to Penang, Malaysia, this is a must-go place. The massage here was enough to relieve all fatigue and the service was great. My two kids enjoyed their massages here. It is also suitable for children. This place where you can get a massage while looking at Penang is a must-visit place!

Beautiful building and sights. I love the background music in the lobby and during my wonderful relaxing massage. My bath was great and overlooked the whole city. Would recommend!

Have had a massage here, great view, nice staff. Really have a pleasant experience here. Please be reminded to make a reservation before you go there as the spa is located in a restricted area. Enjoy the observation deck here.
