Oh my, oh my, the place is amazing but I wish they can provide moreeeeee of 3D part. I don't want to post more pics, try visit! Once you enter, you will see tricky mirrors. Find your way out! Actually you can save MYR2-3 if u buy tix in advance within 24hours. I think every station need to have a worker especially during weekend. Not many can read the instructions you know? That's all.

Very interesting place to bring your kids, or even nice place to enjoy yourself with friends. A lot of prop for photos & very instagrammable. These are only some of the props, they have a lot others with different themes. Definitely worth the ticket. Would give 5 stars if they still have the shows which opt-out from the offers.

A great place to spend your time while visiting Georgetown. Entrance Fee RM23/adult. There is no magic show but you can take interesting pictures inside with the help of the staff. There is also a cafe that provides drinks and desserts inside.

Ok for the decoration. Ice-cream not worth it. Go buy sunday cone.

It's okay, probably I wouldn't have gone if I knew what it was like. I am glad that I didn't pay for the ice cafe. The staff members are friendly but quite intimidating. They stay close to you, watch you, direct you what to do too much. I wanted to explore freely by myself but I felt rushed and intervened too much.

- Staff provided different information about age of children/ wanted to charge student with adult enter rate. - The mirror maze takes only 2-3 minutes to finish, disappointed, staff awaited us at the exit trying to hint the way out, which basically ruined all the fun. - Staff kept rushing guests to finish each spot as quickly as possible unlike those attractions in Thailand of the same sort (we love it more in Thailand) , here we could't even take time figure our own pose. Staff kept rushing us and pressuring us to do the pose they have in mind and tried too hard to sell the pictures taken by their camera. - Hope they take this review as a constructive one.

My wife and children have a very good time in Magic World. We have taken lots of pictures and it is worth spending time there. The ticket price is inexpensive too and the staffs there are very helpful and helping us to take lots of family pictures.

It was funny to visit this Magic World. Kids and parents had fun in taking weird pictures. Go with an open mind and enjoy

My kids are very happy. Nice and interesting museum If you enter Phantamania museum you just can enter Ice Cafe for photo shooting but if you just entering the cafe you are not allowed to enter the museum. For easy transportation i just use Grab Car service since the parking are limited there

The place is famous its focused on raking picture . There is even a app that they created to take 3D picture. The Ice cafe was wonderful woth cold environment and tasty ice cream.

The props, illusions were well done . One of the worker however, she was very pushy in making us take photo fast. Yes, there were other visitors behind us but the she could've been more polite about it instead of hurrying us up. Oh btw, the ice world, it needs improvement. Tacky, not realistic, icecream sold at exorbitant price. Im surprised this came from the same team that created the Ghost Museum. Polar opposite.

A bit rushy where the staff was more busy rushing you to take photos than allowing you to explore. The fun part is the magician teaches you tricks based on the magic kits you purchased.

It was okay. It's expensive for what you get and less organised. You can skip it as it's not that great as a tourist attraction for foreigners. I would opt for the upside down museum instead.

A small place for some magical illusions, staff are quite not helpful but you can request their help. Great place for kids/family. There is a store where you can buy some magical tricks.

Nice...staff very friendly. Actually charges for Entrance Fee Rm 10 is for you to get rebate when you purchase and food or drinks.

This place is mind blowing! Imagine the entrance is smaller than my eye but then you enter to a very interesting places you would never believe how they’ve done this!! And the staff 🥹 I recommend this place for everyone ♥️♥️♥️

Fun place to visit in penang, we can took a lot of photo inside and they also have funny magic show for 15-30min. Beside that place the also have ice world, it’s already include the bundle with free ice cream. Inside it’s just restaurant with unique ice themes.

best place to visit.the staffs are very helpfull and friendly.must visit places with friends and family.worth the price ticket.will takes at least 1hour to tour around.or maybe 2-3 hours.a very nice experience for the kids

I'm very happy and very recommend to my friend when I go to Magic World. When I take the photo, I feel very surprise when the photo is came out👍And also thanks to the person who called Jaxx. He is very helpful and very patience when he takes photo for me. He also will teach me how to pose and to have a nice picture 😁Have a great experience 👍

The children love it! Especially the mirror maze and the little magic show. This place provides helper in some sections to take pics to get the max effect.

The performance is fascinating and remarkable. Good interaction between the performers and the audience. The magic tricks are well presented and shocking. The studio is cozy, with nice, soft sofas for the front audience gives more relaxing and home like feeling. Need to improve on the sound systems, and to consider of increasing the number of magic tricks. Really enjoy my self. Please have the front sit so that you can enjoy the close view of the tricks and having an interaction with the performers.

I've been there before the Covid19 and it was FANTASTIC! SPENT MORE TIME THAN PLANNED THERE. Used to have loads of activities, like group excursions, gater all together to the beach playing volleyball, parties in town.. It is super CENTRAL, 2min walking to Love lane, and loads of clubs around.. also plenty of street food all around. Aircon in the rooms!. And a super welcoming staff, thanks to the charismatic and lovely owner David for the journey! Now as most of places is way too quiet as there is no people around. Hope it gets back to normal again soon. Defo recommend!

a cool place to take photo, but some sections are broken and the sections are quite limited. friendly staffs, and it wasnt busy when I visited

We came here before this it is totally amazing and fun cause have lot of things we can see and enjoy specially like magician show, body cut into half and etc. But now they dont have anymore. But its ok we still can enjoy it. By the way the staff is very helpful, that chinese girl (forgot her name) she's very good and have patient on take our pictures and help us how to react or posed.

Interesting museum and thanks for the museum guide Jaxx for helping my guests to take many nice photos. After the tour of museum can go to ice cafe which is just link to the museum, ice dome theme cafe.

It was a nice experience for me . And the tour guide took good photos which was excellent. Noor was our tour guide and she was good in taking photos and it help me to post in social medias

Definitely the perfect place to take your kids to. Kids just love the fun displays at the place. Quite a small place but what is on display are actually quite interesting and fun. The staff are incredibly friendly too. Had a great time visiting.

Good guiden. Nice place to visit , but the ice cafe dissapointed me , i order 5 dish , but they forget to take my 1 order and we were waiting for 30min . And lastly we waste our time by waiting , price very highher for the drinks tq

Very quick. there’s staff help us to take quick pic abit rush 🤙🏼 before Exit will pass ICE CAFE. 🧇 🥤 Before we enter museum cashier teach us how to use AR STUDIO which is at the last session. At the end can use for Video. But sadly there’s one couple foreigners they didn’t know, CS no one told em to download (#cn move when u videorecord ur phone )

Okay place. It is not really worth the money if you have been to magic shows. they have credit card sign saying accepting but insists to pay cash only at the counter. As a tourist I don't want to carry cash. Something management to take note of this.

As a tour guide i find this museum educational and fun..Ghost n Magic World. same company ..both have own identity and special focus objectives ...When we go in a group or in a family to learn and to have fun and to chill out ...the experience indeed awesome..moment of truth..I enjoyed myself n will definately promote and bring my tourists and friends and loved ones here again. Thanks for hosting us . Virtual reality is a simulated experience that can be similar to or completely different from the real world. Nice place to go ! It is recommended to go with family. The staff also very friendly. Although there is no magic show only can take photos! After that will go to Ice Cafe 🥶 eat dessert！🤤🤤
