3/2/2024. Brought our son for the first time to SPA. He did enjoyed so much and all the staffs are so professional in handling the kids. They are so patient and handling the babies with good care. Very clear explanation on all the services and products they using. Special thanks to the staff Shikin who take a good care of our son. Highly recommended.

3/2/24 Shikin was very understandable on handling toddler. She very good on managing my son. Very comfortable with her. All of the staff are very friendly even we came late. They still allow us for the upcoming slot.

3/2 Took for Baby Spa session assisted by Ms Atrah. Fully recommended, my baby was scared in the water at first but she handled it professionally. Would repeat again soon. Or maybe could consider to enroll the class 🥰

My baby very syok & happy..😂Assist by Ms Atrah..She very friendly, entertain my baby during spa session and doing a good massage for my baby..Already booked for next 9 session here..hopefully my baby will be happy..

First time here on 4/11. Very good service and professional way of handling the baby. Baby felt comfortable throughout the process. Staff Nad explained every procedure well and baby had a wonderful time here. Definitely recommended and will come again.

My 8 months baby and I had a very happy and enjoy experience in Hippopo Baby Spa Lotus’s Seberang Jaya with the therapist Dumi. Once we entered the place, she was very friendly and enthusiastic. The interactive with my baby was very good. Overall was very nice and comfortable!
