It is probably one of the few Nando’s outlet that is not located in a mall or a regular shop lots. Really love the design and interior of the place, with the woody and cabin like theme. It really contrast with the weather outside, quite cooling. The food, I don’t think I need to say much, it is really good & delicious and kept up with the usual Nando’s standard. The staff were really helpful and attentive. Noticed that they were helping customers that not used to ordering via QR code. Parking might be hard to get in the vicinity of the place itself, there is plenty of parking around the Auto City Shop-In d’Park area, walking a few distance might be needed.

BBQ chicken with it's signature sauces of Peri-Peri, Lemon Herbs, Garlic and etc. Delicious, tender, well served Nando's styled marinated chicken with condiments. Tasty and NOT excessive oily or greasy chicken (eg. Fried Chicken) and wide selection of side dishes from rice, fries, salad, potatoes, vegetables and etc. Satisfying and tasty meal.

Their main door doesn’t have the mounted door closer. While i was entering the restaurant today, the door slammed on my ankle, leaving me with unbearable pain. I was just standing there in pain. After a brief minute, continued to order and to my surprise, the staff came to me and mentioned that she saw I got hit by the door, and offered a slice of their red velvet as a token of apology. Truly appreciate the gesture of concern. Also requested to change the chicken breast to drumsticks, done with no complaints at all. Staff service: 5 ⭐️. Will definitely be my favourite Nando’s from now on. But pls have a door closer😅

Quite some time i had been there, the food wS fantastic and we ordered platter set which is worthwhile. On top of that the staff are very friendly and helpful. Had good time with the family.

After many months, I went to Nando's for my birthday. Juru Auto City Nando's is something special, I would say. Big space, cosy, and comfortable. The food we ordered arrived fast and it was absolutely delicious. We, as a family, enjoyed every bit of that chicken. I'm glad I chose Nando's.

Lunch time not enough crew. Place order and pay online via QR code scan on table, but need to wait for around 20mins for the food to be served during this peak hour. The drinks we ordered is available online but in fact there’s out of stocks in this store. We forced to change 2 times and the drinks only come when I almost finish my meal. Can arrange more crew during peak hours? Aisha (or Aisyah? Or?) She is the only crew I can see walking here and there so busy servicing food and attending customers. What I can see is, when she passed by, there’s almost every table also got customers stop her ask her questions or ask her doing something. But she can still be very patient to assist with smile on her face. Although the dining experience at Nando’s today is not so satisfying, but Aisha turned it good with her smile and passion.

Food not bad. But hate the system. Order with phone. So if the table has 3 pax, 3 orders and all need to go queue at cashier for payment ( if you do not pay, no food). In order to get the member Chilli, need to above RM30, so if you order individual from phone with less than RM30, no chilli. So, they wanted you to pass the phone all over to friends to order…. COVID!!

Been visiting this outlet since 2010 maybe earlier, can't remember exactly. Experienced both good and bad service but the food was always great. But today everything was BAD! 1. Leaking aircond with pail to accumulate the dripping water. 2. Pay first before eating. 3. Bottomless refill to walk over to counter while eating. 4. Toilet is DIRTY 5. Food quality was bad both the burger and 1/4 chicken I ordered. 6. Staff/Cashier who reacted like I owe him money. In short, my most disappointing Nando's experience ever.

The staff should be more attentive to the customers especially those who came alone and ordered immediately online. The food is up to the Nando's standard nation-wide.

I love Nandos, especially this one in Juru. I usually bring along colleagues and clients for lunch here. Shout out to the service crew, Malay kak but I not sure the name. She wore bandana instead of tudung. She is super friendly and observant. Even during free time she will walk around in and out. Make sure the table setting well maintain. Keep smiling and greet customer loud and confidently. Appreciate such service crew. I dine in 16/11/23, around 7pm. Instead there is one crew who looks younger, when she saw I walked in, she quickly look at another crew with eye contact (to serve me) and she continue with her phone.

All the staff and crew in this restaurant is very friendly and genuinely help you out. Finally a good experience in F&B restaurant after MCO. I will go out of my way to dine here just for the service here. Thank you.

Have ordered for delivery very early, and the staff has promised will reach before 12pm. In the end, they wanna save their process, they prepare another delivery together, which have delayed my order. It's a lunch arrangement for a very important meeting, if the staff could be honest that they could not make it in time, I could have made other arrangement to pick up. Plus the restaurant is not that far from the venue.
